We had the most amazing time visiting Madame Tussauds Sydney! The wax figures are incredibly lifelike, and the exhibits are well-organized and captivating. Not only was he genuinely nice and helpful, but he also offered creative ideas to make our pictures stand out. His warm personality and enthusiasm made our experience even more memorable. Throughout the museum, there were numerous opportunities for fun and interactive photo sessions. The staff member's suggestions made our pictures truly one-of-a-kind, and I appreciate his efforts in making our visit an unforgettable one. We visited on 14/09/2023 want to pass on our gratitude to the employee, Ben, who assisted us in giving us a wonderful experience. He stepped in and helped us take some awesome photos at a couple of places (the Pride exhibit was our favourite). Not only that, but we'd been having some issues with some other patrons who were repeatedly barging in on our photos rather than waiting their turns. He had them step back and wait until we were done before they got in our way again. We really appreciated his efforts and we could tell that he really loves his job and he made our experience amazing. When we tell people of our experience at Madame Tussauds we tell them about the wax figures we saw and we show them the photos, but above all, we tell them about how amazing Ben was and how much better the experience was because of him.

It was good. Most of the wax figures looked like the actual celebrities. My family and I had so much fun! They even have props for you to use for the pictures. They included some Australian celebrities, too, which is nice. They had this whole section dedicated for Pride, which is a huge deal for many. So they were not able to include other important people anymore because there's no more space. Overall, it was a cool experience. If you haven't tried visiting yet, please include this in your itinerary. Also, planning ahead and buying tickets in advance is always best. It's worth it!

We had a great time. There is so many celebrities and madame tussauds took interaction to the another level here. the visitors get opportunity to get ready for the fashion show, to be a DJ, to play guitar with some of the stars etc. I played tennis with Hewett and in a wheelchair. Also, there is many photos opportunities. Our highlight was Taylor Swift. Only thing that we missed was some offer of drinks and/or food to get us an opportunity to seat back and relax during the visit. Madame Tussauds in NYC for instance serves amazing cocktails. That would be great to have in Sydney as well.

Madame Tussauds is everywhere now in the world. I'm from India, it's even there. The wax statues vary from locations. I visited this one some time back and it is amazing. The finishing of the statues is just breathtaking. You can feel the abs of your fav crush I even got a chance to meet the person who made one of the statutes and he told me, made me feel it. It was amazing Royal family statues, Ryan Gosling, Gandhiji, Shahrukh Khan etc. Definitely worth a visit! Kudos

One of the best experience we had today at Madame Tussauds. Since it was a weekend there was no rush and we had had seamless entry and exit. Detailing on all the statues were mind boggling. There was a gentleman from the team who helped clicking photos and directing us making sure we have good pics. unfortunately, I forgot to ask the name but please convey my thanks to him and all the staff members who have maintained this upto an international standard.

I visited the Madam Tussads Museum with my 2 years old toddler. I thought I will just roam around and will have good time with my baby. I wasn’t planning to take of pictures of mine. But when I saw some statues of my favourite people I can’t stop myself. Unfortunately I was visiting alone and I had no one to click my pics. Ben, one of the team members helped me and took some wonderful pictures. He literally made my day. Thank you Ben for being so kind and generous. On top of it, you are a good photographer too. Love the experience!

A really fun place to come and see the stars. Staff were helpful especially with taking photos. The Royal dress up photoshoot was amazing. The magazine photo didn't work for me as I couldn't get online connection inside. Elle was a lot taller than I expected. The politicians were shorter than I expected. There was a jukebox to play your favourite songs. Well done to the creators for making the whole experience so enjoyable!

With the release of Harry styles wax figure, they launched a dance party at Madam Tussards. We were also able to go through the museum, which was a unique fun experience with lots of photo opportunities and elements of interaction, for more value for money I'd recommend bundling up the packages for Sydney wildlife zoo and Sealife as they're right there. Nice for a family outing or a bunch of friends

This was so fun and lovely. I miss how it was when I first came here before it originally opened (my dad got a pass through a friend and we came weeks before it opened to the public). It was incredible then and it’s pretty great now! I didn’t know some of the younger pop stars in there but we did get lots of photos!

A very good experience for the whole family to go in and enjoy it. Some of the statues look pretty real! Good job . I would recommend booking 2-3 attraction sites including Madame Tussauds Sydney and plan ahead of your trip to avoid delay and make the best of your day. Getting there was also easy through Wynyard train station, so you don't need to bring your car and drive in the city.

If I could give it ten stars I would, brilliant time was had. The staff were friendly, the experience was so interactive and throughout the exhibits there were staff taking photos for you, beno was amazing he clearly loves his job and it showed! I can't recommend this enough as a must do when in Sydney

First time to a wax works and as a mid 50’s man…I really loved it. Most are absolutely fantastic but there’s a few that’s just not 100%. Still 5 stars because you have to go at some point in your life. Just do it. So much fun….for the kids of course.

Smaller than I expected. Also I heard from past visitors, some wax had been removed. However, it’s a fun place to be in with friends and family.

A nice place to spend around 2-3 hours. The figures and statues are very real and the decor is nice. There are several sections and themes change as you walk through. Buy tickets in advance (online) and buy as a package. You will save money

Good entertainment and has some changes made in past few months. The bollywood scene from DDLJ has been removed and LGBT Mardigras has been put up instead.

Beautiful place, most of the stachue are beautiful, some are excellent few models are not upto the mark. You can enjoy 2-3 hours in your weekend.
