Horrible florist in Brooklyn if you wanna get ripped off and pay $150 for 24 stems of roses that’s not even fresh this is the place,I ordered on Uber eats to send my mother a surprise bouquet of flowers for her birthday assuming $150 for a bouquet will be loaded and full flowers and would be put together nicely and professionally to me and my mothers disappointment they did not exceed our expectations we called to understand how just 24 stems of roses could be worth $150 as many florists in Brooklyn wouldn’t charge more then $40 for 24 stems of roses and that’s not even fresh the guy that answered the phone wouldn’t even hear us out just started arguing with us totally unprofessionally and rude he said he put what he understood on the app and opened a “fresh” new box of roses and put it just like that ( as you can see the flowers aren’t even so fresh the top of the roses had all wrinkles ) then just shuts in our face instead of hearing us out and accommodating us we paid $150 make sure your customers are happy they clearly didn’t care nor want to hear us out horrible customer service the disappointment we had was terrible if we would have known they would treat us like that or on top of that not send us fresh roses and nicely put I would’ve never ordered from there and I will never order from there if I could rate them 0 I totally would , wouldn’t recommend this place

Madison Florist, and more specifically, Robert Agge were absolutely AMAZING to work with! He delivered the wedding of my and my husband’s dreams and surpassed my expectations. Robert listened to every thought I had with patience and kindness, and trust me, after postponing my wedding two times over two years due to Covid, I had A LOT of ideas! He is so detailed oriented, with a very chic tasteful eye, and he truly listens to your vision while also steering you in the right direction. He’s attentive, responds promptly and is a true joy to work with. (I wasn’t so lucky with another vendor, which only made me appreciate Robert even more). My guests were floored when they walked into both the ceremony and reception spaces, with so many people telling me the space looked, and I quote, “magical”. Definitely line the perimeter of your room with flame less candles if you can! It was romantic and ethereal and was so worth it. That is an example of one of Robert’s ideas that truly elevated the space. If I could give more than five stars I would. Highly highly recommend!!

Madison Florist went above and beyond when it came to making my wife's and I wedding vision come to life. Robert was not only such an amazing person to work with, but he was also very responsible, organized, and his shop was very welcoming. Robert made my wife and I feel so comfortable from the beginning, almost as if we were already friends. Our LGBTQ wedding could not have been what it was if it were not for the beautiful work and flowers that he provided us with. Although everything was exceptionally beautiful, our absolute favorite part was our outdoor ceremony! The outdoor canopy was breathtaking; much more beautiful than we could have imagine. Working with Robert at Madison Florist was one of the best experiences I had during my wedding planning endeavors. Flowers were important to me, but not a knowledgeable subject of mine. Robert patiently educated me on which seasonal flowers would work best with my palate, wedding party and venue. Having a rather eclectic style, Robert took my vision as an opportunity to get creative, and boy, did he exceed my expectations! When it came time to see sample centerpieces and bouquets, that moment is when it all became real to me. Everything I dreamed, saved for and invested in was all coming together in the most beautiful way imaginable. The set-up and take down during day of my wedding was seamless ( and was such a relief having one less thing to think about! ). Looking back at everything that was included, the attention to detail and genuine care and thoughtfulness, our florist was worth every penny. I was referred to Madison Florist by a good friend who got married a few years ago. I was not a super picky bride but flowers were VERY important to me because I am obsessed with all things floral. I knew exactly what colors I wanted but that was it. After showing Robert pictures of arrangements I loved he helped me figure out exactly what kind of centerpieces I wanted. From there everything fell into place. When we met to approve sample centerpieces I was blown away - he nailed it. He walked me through what my bouquet would look like, the corsages for the moms/grandmas and everything else. I left feeling so excited. When our bouquets arrived at my bridal suite on wedding day everyone (including my photographer and day-of coordinator) could not stop saying how gorgeous the bouquets were and especially mine. I lost count of how many people complimented all of the flowers at my reception. Thank you, Robert. I am eternally grateful to you for making my vision come to life.

Placed order early April for delivery on 4/29 (best friend’s bday, surprise arrangement). Long story short, they didnt deliver on 4/29 but sent me delivery email making me think it was delivered. Spoke to BFF and she never got anything. Surprise ruined. Birthday flowers ruined. After 4-5 phonecalls w FTD and FTD speaking to Madison Florist, flowers were finally delivered 4/30 evening (yes not first thing in the morning but in the evening despite being LATE already!) To top that off, they decided to tell FTD my BFF wasnt home on 4/29 when she was home ALL day and spoke to me thru wechat with time stamp on it. She even took screenshots of her surveillance camera with date and time and NO flowers! 2 days later the florist tells FTD they called my BFF on 4/29 and spoke to my BFF who stated she wasnt home.. LOL they just come up with BETTER lies each time! Dont ever use them.

Went to the Brooklyn location to have a consultation about my wedding (super short term). Robert was a pleasure to work with! He was willing to go the extra step and even the arrangements in the window were what we had envisioned. Branches, Orchids, the whole 9. He lovingly gave each of us a rose to take home and even followed up with a phone call in which he gave a better price. They are experienced and knowledge, Unfortunately we went with someone else- only because they had specific pictures of the look I was going for. This is deff. worth a look if planning a large wedding.

I booked Madison florist for my wedding December of 2018 and the compliments I received for my floral arrangements were phenomenal! Robert really captured my vision and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! He payed very close attention to details and delivered exactly what I wanted and more! And they.:. arranged the most beautiful arrangement that blew the picture I saw online away ! It was delivered in a short amount of time at the exact moment I preferred and looked flawless . My client wanted to do silk flowers for her wedding in August, because the flowers she desired to have will be out of season. But I informed my client that we may have to substitute for different flowers depending on the florist. I called this florist to make a reservation for a consultation. When I inquired about silk flowers which was my clients first request, the person on the other end cut me off and hung up. Very rude and disrespectful, do not work with people who don’t even value you enough to get your thoughts and ideas across.

After Robert and Madison Florist worked on my mom’s wedding in 2011, I knew I wanted them for my wedding in 2020. The pandemic didn’t stop us! They did a beautiful job decorating the backyard with floral arrangements and a 7 foot arch. It looked amazing and was perfect for a small wedding. After my big wedding was postponed due to COVID-19, Robert and the team were very flexible and helped our vision come to life. My bouquet and everything else was beautiful. Can’t wait to have them decorate for my wedding again in 2021.

It is unfortunate that a well established business can think that customer service is not a factor.. Speaking to the store clerk was a horrible experience, "Mike" answered questions with question in a very obnoxious way. "MIKE" said the drive has called twice, but no missed calls.. "Mike" interrupted and acted like a child while trying to negotiate time of delivery.. I feel that a customer should feel valued and happy with the service, not stressed and disappointed. Nevertheless, flowers were nice. Never again.

Before you rate them , I found out that 315 Madison Ave is a Deploy / Hub where they delivered from . The mother Store is located in Brooklyn 1696 East 14ths street Brooklyn. I got my floors from them delivery by their employees. It was what I ordered. Thank you for a wonderful job and getting it on time.

Bad customer service the owner threw my credit card on the counter after I made a purchase and didn't give it to me in my hand. Never greets when I came in with my family and this is all time. We never feel welcomed not a friendly atmosphere. I am not shopping in here no more also over priced.

I pass by this shop often and have ordered from them for holiday. Very pleased. I also enjoy the custom design I asked for and nicely received. They also let me do curbside pick up. This was great since I have small children and it becomes a big pain to park and get in and out of car.

Not only was the bouquet of succulents stunning. The woman that made the delivery can up to my apartment door instead of leaving in the lobby like the other floral companies. It meant the world to me that she made the extra effort to come up to my floor.
