This guy tried to charge me $60 for a basic wash and vacuum on a Prius at some wonky parking lot they call a car wash. What a joke! Edit: Now I’m getting gaslit by the owner. I never asked for a detail as I got my car detailed in early January. I asked for a BASIC WASH and I was quoted $60. He’s right about one thing though, I did not use his services. I thought that was pretty clear. I did have a business interaction at this location, but the fact they tried to charge me $60 for a basic wash on my Prius made me not want to do business with them. Also, being so rude in his response to my honest review shows his character. Avoid this place at all costs!

I really really want to give this place a higher rating. They offer 30 dollars for an exterior handwash and then between 20-40 dollars for the interior. My little car was pretty dirty. They were very friendly and worked well, but they left a lot of details undone which could easily be wiped with a finger or a towel. They shampooed my carpets and degreased the leather and plastic, but there was still places of dust and debris which seemed untouched after almost a full hour of cleaning Overall, I feel like I very much overpaid but I would return if I am sure to get closer to what I'm paying for.

He charged me $120 for an extremely mediocre job with washing and vacuuming my car. I booked an appointment for a mini detail. They guy up sold me which I was fine with because I thought he was going to clean the seats and the hinges plus wax the exterior. The service only took 40 minutes which signaled to me that they didn't do a very thorough job. When I got to my car, all that had been done was a wash, wax, and vacuum. He didn't even do a good job because I had to point out there was still dirt under the front 2 seats and dirt between the car doors.

06’ Tahoe: I’m not sure of the guys name, but i think he was the owner. I got a full inside detail and a shampoo on the seats, floors and trunk in my Tahoe. Pros: It took a couple of hours because of the work it needed but the work was great. I’m really happy with the results. I was unsure because of the location at first, but they were professional and looked out for me so I’d honestly recommend them to anyone and I’ll definitely go back. Cons: The only negative thing i would say is the bathroom need to be cleaned and it didn’t have any tissue.

Hear me heard, I took my brand new car for a detailed clean, they charge me $250, they did not vacuum the trunk, and they messed up the black trim with wax and try to tell me it was decolored from the sun, is a new 2021 car, and the wax in the trim look so bad, not worth the price and now I have to buy extra products to try to restore the trim. I almost cry! EDIT first time I took my car I got the 60 mini detailing and it was great, that is why I returned here.

Warning to new people who have new cars or new paint, Do NOT come here, They left swirl marks all over my brand new car that now needs a entire $300 clay bar treatment to fix the damage that was done here They are using dirty towels to wipe the car, and a rough bristled mop that i believe is what done the damage to my car, If you care about scratches and marks left in your cars paint job, then DO NOT COME HERE! I will never come here again.

Excellent Customer Service and service delivery. I'm from out of town, found this place on Google and drove over. The team opened up for me and got my SUV degreased and degrimed from the hardcore roadtripping I've been doing. Reasonably priced and diligent in their work. Would definitely recommend this place. 100% hand wash :) FYI Google reads Magic Car Wash but the sign actually reads VIP Car Wash.

The car wash was great, but I felt it was a bit too expensive for what it was. They did make sure I walked around the car and approved before I left, which had me pleasantly surprised. I will mention that the location felt a bit sketchy, which impacted how comfortable I was during the wash. Price and location will likely keep me from coming back, but good wash to anyone that wants to give it a try.

The employees here are very nice people but the services provided were not good at all. Paid $100+ for a swirl mark removal package earlier today and my car still has swirl marks. It seems they just buffed the car to look shiny but the swirl marks were not removed at all. If anything the swirl marks are worse now because it’s more noticeable now that the car is shiny.

Sign now says “ under new management”. My first time using them. They charged me $25 to clean the inside of my car. It was not really that dirty... just a little sand and drink rings in the cup holders. They wanted $45 to do both in and out. They did a fair job. (For example they didn’t dust part of the dash.) I shouldn’t have gone there after they told me the price.

I showed up and they started working on my car right away. They gave great attention to detail and even got out a stain that had been on my car that I’d been unable to remove. Very efficient and great customer service. Additionally, I’m a woman who went there alone and I felt very comfortable around the three gentlemen working. I’ll definitely be back! :)

I don’t know why this place is rated so highly. I pulled in to their very sketchy location where stray animals were running all around, very weird layout in terms of where you drive your car up to, asked how much for just a basic car wash, the guy had to ask another guy and then told me $40. $40?? For a basic car wash? Absolutely ridiculous

First time using this car wash, Arturo cleaned my car. They were super friendly and fast, greatly priced. They also own a food truck on the property so I was able to eat lunch while I waited. I’m 100% satisfied with my experience and will be coming here again. Great place to get your car washed or detailed if you live in the downtown area.

The owners and workers are great people; however, the workmanship seems a bit rushed, there’s not too much attention to detail for a business that’s providing a detailing service. For the quality of work they should charge less. I will definitely go back but I am gonna micro manage them a bit more to ensure I get my money’s worth.

Omg I was driving with my dirty car for so long and I’m so happy I found them! I called before hand and the woman over the phone was so nice and straight to the point! I came in and stayed in my car through the entire wash. Freaking great service! I drove so happy with a clean car and freaking dope service! Bring your car here!!

This is the best car wash in San Deigo located right outside of San Deigo downtown. This Car Wash located right across from Auto Zone and Neighborhood Walmart. Hand car wash, not machines which is great for your cars body paint and you also get more of a detailed washed. I recommend this car wash open 7 days a week, stop by.

(pet dog hair ALMOST EVERYWHERE) but I can not truthfully place all the blame on my 2 canines. A piece of sweet determined to sunbathe in my cup holder and after that objected against my driving abilities by solidifying. Essentially, My day was going harsh!! These guys transformed my day into unicorns and also rainbows!

Best car detail in San Diego, I always go back because they are so nice and work so hard to make my car clean and perfect. I always recommend it to my friends, I still drive to this place even tho I moved to mission valley! They are so nice, they even pull out a chair for me and ask me if I need anything.

Called this business to see how long the wait was to get a car wash. They said one hour. I said “awesome I’ll bring my truck over now. I live right downtown. So it will be like 10-15 minutes until I get there. I pulled up 15 minutes later and the guys left for the day. Lol.

Price for my wash/paint clean up changed several times while I was there. Took over an hour without any vacuum or inside cleaning, still have bits of paint on my car, even after pointing out specific spots. Spent almost $100 - would recommend somewhere else for service.

I was greeted by what it seemed to be the manager, he asked me if I wanted interior and exterior service, he opened my back door and looked at the car for about 5 seconds and said, it would be 65 dollars! I asked him about exterior only simple wash and he said 35....

The men who work here were great to work with. They did a good job cleaning my car and it looks and feels so much better than it did. There's also a stray cat that wandered over to say hello so you know I'll be coming back great service and very quick. …

Had an appointment but was still going to have to wait for an extended period, couldn’t just drop my car off. Also, price quoted at the establishment was 50% higher than what the website says. Ended up going elsewhere. SCAMMERS

Our '21 Rav4 was filthy and went several weeks without a clean. These guys are amazing! High attention to detail both inside and out, and very reasonable when it came to price. Highly recommend. We will be back.

It's the first time ever when I didn't ask to treat the spots missed. They did a great job: car was spotless, headlights restored and clear, interior was wiped perfectly without any greasy residue left.

They did a great job on the car, but over charged me by $100. Since I live near Los Angeles, I was, able to go back there to complain. Didn’t get a receipt either. Disputing the charge through my bank.

Came here for an exterior wash. They did a great job. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is bec the price you see online is not the price you pay. That needs to be fixed. For that reason I will not return

I spent $35 for interior and exterior hand car was for a 4door mid-size sedan. They do good work and provide great service. My car popped and looked fresh and clean :)
