Absolutely worst Service Center. I have visited twice and both the times the experience is worst. Nothing is good about the service center. Very bad help desk, very bad service advisors, very bad management, very bad customer care, very bad mechanics and everything is bad about it. They don’t have a proper technical team. The service advisors does not have any knowledge on the vehicle issues. First time when i gave my vehicle - XUV 500 for servicing, the service advisor (Akhil Yadav) has received the vehicle, he kept the vehicle for 3 days and have done nothing. None of the problems listed by me were addressed. After 3 days of vigorous followup from my side, on the 4th day the vehicle was delivered. None of the problems mentioned by me were addressed, but they have just done oil change, filters change, washing, teflon coating and others and delivered the vehicle. Later unlike other service centre’s i dint get any call from the customer care. Infact i called back the service advisor and told that my problems were not resolved but the response from is worst. Still to give a second chance, i again gave my vehicle for servicing. The service advisor (Mahesh Dolu) has received the vehicle. He is worst than the first advisor. Neither he calls for any updates nor takes the calls. He has completely misguided me, kept the vehicle for a full day and returned the vehicle saying that they cannot rectify the problem. It is just a simple fan belt problem and they could not rectify it. Even the next level management is worst. Completely disappointed with the service center and decided not to ever visit them.
Worst experience with the work that they did. Additional worst experience was, CRM called and asked why I didn’t fill the feedback form, shared the reason. Later received a call from HEAD of the branch, explained my experience and remembered that I spoke with him in my last visit, but, he mentioned that this is the first time that he is speaking. I have the records for the discussions that I had with so called HEAD. Received one more call from a gentleman from Chennai, initially he introduced himself stating that he is from M&M. I also had a discussion with this gentleman earlier about my bad experience and see no solution. This time they damaged my vehicle intentionally because I have been providing the feedback and they are not interested with that. They replaced the part when we found the damage, but, vehicle is sounding weirdly. When I was explaining my worst experience with the gentleman from Chennai, he mentioned that my discussions are demotivating him. That means he is expecting positive discussions though I lost my confidence/respect on “MAHINDRA” and not on Automative.
Good service station for Mahindra vehicle. Very well equipped. Reliable and experienced mechanics and technicians. Adequate parking and working area. Located near Uppal station. Front office very courteous. Service engineers explain everything in detail and to your satisfaction. Customer lounge is good with clean washroom, packaged drinking water and tea/coffee facility. WIFI. Flip side is that it is always overbooked and even if you book the slot online, need to reach the place early. First come first serve being followed. Even if booked through Mahindra app. So be ready to wait for half a day or ask for pick up and drop service. Time management needs lot of improvement. Idle stations with most of the vehicles not ready in given time as was displayed on the screen. No satisfactory explanation for the delays. Overall adequately satisfied with the service but not with the management.
Mahindra sucks man,if we complain in mahindra hamesha no one response our complained will be filed but no response,in service center if I send my problem vedio and photos to manager he I'll see them but he won't response....I'm completely lost from last one years ...nearly I have gone there for five time with the same problem they will keep vechile for three days has if there are working on it ..but actual they are keeping aside and atlast day they are adjust some stuff and leting me go out....no one respond ...(my glass has been broken they hav been fixed a new glass from then my problems started...sencors won't work on glass and glass will be open if I push and water will be leaking inside the cabin)no words to describe and spear parts won't be available for nearly one year)I have every photo Nd vedios proofs of vechicle wwork done to me....
Avoid visiting this place, instead keep vehicle without servicing. Irresponsible staff, they don't attend you for an hour. While returning back they make you to appreciate their services where customer without even touching the vehicle is suppose to write a feedback of appreciation. I experienced this time and again on 05-05-2022 and again today on 12-8-2022. They call and disturb but ultimately they don't take any work. Straight from the heart a thank you Mahindra for keeping up your services since ten years what i have experienced. As vehicle is under extended warranty customers are compelled to visit authorised workshop and in turn servicing people take customers for granted
I have been complaining about the Bluetooth issues since the purchase of the vehicle. Everytime I complain about the same thing and they deny the issue saying that they have not observed any problem. I even shared the videos of Bluetooth and android auto not connecting multiple times to the service executives and even to the crm team and service manager. They always promise a replacement of the console and when I visit the service centre, the staff who attended previous time either quits the job or gets transferred to other location. Never an appropriate response was given
They have one of the worst mechanics in body shop and service after keeping my car for more than 1 week they still made me wait for 2 hours because the barnet was not fit correctly that after me coming and checking informed them and they were driving my var without air in the tires and the body shop person Mr. Sai has given the worst service and the way of talking was also very bad and rude normally after giving to a serive we expect them to give the car clear you can check down the photos how they have delivers my car overall one of the work workshop ever
While XUV 500 car was getting the best service in the Mahindra Automotive Service Center- Uppal, the management was ensuring they provide excellent customer service to customers like us waiting in the lounge. 5 Stars for it without doubt. If we focus on the core activity which is the service- Manager Sudheer Kumar and their trusted sub-ordinates give the best service along with the proper advise and guidance on maintaining it until the next service. Overall- A Big Thank you to Owner of Mahindra Automotive Service Center - I am glad i chose you guys !!!!
Every time I get here and go out with disappointment. Every time they lag in time and give late evening deliveries only. I think this might a trick where customer won’t check anything that late and have to adjust with the problem. Please don’t take delivery in the evening . They will try to make it late but don’t even take the service delivery in the evening. See what happen to me. It’s a new car after give it to them they have done interior and exterior wash my car became like this. Whole disappointment in the morning when I started finding out.
Very bad and unprofessional work, team taken 3 months of time to complete the work of flad car, 1.they did connect my front wheel to chaise 2.AC connection were lose,making hell loot of sound 3.gear box fixing was for worst then local mechanic, but they change parts of gear box chargers are also 5 start hotel also very cheaper comparatively 4.they wornt respond to you what ever the problem till the manager level,which will loss control of word and also they won't responce to rectify the problem 5. Over all they took 2L but zero value of work
This is Number 1 in the list of worst Service centers I've been to. This is no less than a Dump yard. They r more interested in selling their 3P products to the car owners. Ok, it's business. But their service is worst. I'm 100% sure that the reviews are paid reviews or they stood by the customer and asked to add reviews. Their business is only by servicing Mahindra Cabs. If you are having a personal vehicle of Mahindra, you better stay away guys. Ull repent as their customer.
These service center do more sales then resolving the issue. When I visited at the center I was complaing about the issue I was facing in the vechile but the guy from the center only interested in selling 4th and 5th year warranty. I don't want mention his name but he called me thrice for the warrenty then I turn down the offer next day he was showing his real side, ignoring the customer and not responding to the calls and postponing the things and have been irresponsible.
Sadly, the worst Service provider. No proper staffing. No responsible answering. Incompetent mechanical staff. You will have to revisit to other mechanics to deep dive. Worst place to trust and give our car. I shouldn't have given 1 star also, there is no option. I'm not sure who are those who gave 5 stars. Now they are responding to review asking for contact number. If you had spend this 2 mins with the cx with 2 calls during service. It would have benefitted you.
Update: Priyanka from Mahindra team has reached out to me today based on my review on Google on Saturday evening. I had an open conversation with her and provided my point of view on the commitment, communication as well as service level. She was very receptive to my comments and had promised corrective action based on my feedback. Deeply appreciate this attitude from Mahindra and expect the service levels to be restored. I went to this location for my Xuv 500. This location is very busy all times. People are waiting for months to get cars back. I think mahendra should have a larger place being a successful company. Parking is worst. No parking for visitors. I wanted a spare part car left bumper lower grill. This part is not available. They dont do service for a month. They dont give parts outside. They dont have online delivery.
1)delay in commitments 2)car wash price is high not valuable to the price 3) first in first out is not there policy 4) bill prices vary for the same item 5)engine wash is also not good These are not complaints these are suggestions..I faced all this when I gave servicing ....it's not possible to talk with management..so just giving the pit falls I faced..pls do rectify it ....or try to reduce them ...
Too slow in work and little expertise. Could update the infotainment only after 3 technicians tried through the day. My XUV was the first work order for the day with basic servicing Car in at 0930h and delivered at 1630h Leaking roof of the workshop and puddles on the floor. But, I guess there is little option for people in Hyderabad Lot is similarity to the Govt office in their way of working.

Its been 8 year being a mahindra customer but coming to service its very pathetic and worst. They always make excuses though the repairs are said before. On personal experience one should surely wait atleast 1-2 hrs after they say that vehicle is ready because ull still find issues what u mention before..please dont spoil the name of mahindra with this type of worst services
Disappointing with the service no proper action taking on the complaints. Just simply avoiding. Its been two times i have visited this service center , they have telling the gear shifting will be tight and is common untill 10k kms, my door handle got damaged its not going inside now. Its my advice kindly acknowledge customers complaints try to please rectify it.

Employee name Sai who is handling spare parts we have ordered windshield for my brand new XUV 700 on 3 Oct still no response from him. Worst place to expect service as being Mahindra Indian made I couldn’t got counter sale as the warehouse staff are denying to issue stock which they already had perhaps they are advising me to go to Jedimetla I think I have made a mistake purchasing Mahindra car at least Mahindra should look into this case of counter sale
Worst customer service from Uppal service centre 1st time they have added 7000 rs cosmetics service without asking owner permission. 2nd time they took 1 week just to diagnose the vehicle problem Very very delayed service and they lacking in proper communication with the customers.
Excellent feed back from their team since 2014 I've been giving service in the same service station. No change in their behaviour. Polite n friendly too. They do suggest change of parts n wait for customers' approval before changing them which is a good thing I liked.
They are not maintaining properly and the time they told me to deliver my car is not done and the issue to find they took two days for it actually it's 30min work but they took two days for it ...I love Mahindra cars but this service centre is worst then worst
Completely satisfied with the 2nd free service at this service centre. Kumar took care of my 700 very well and kept me updating the details to maintain the transparency. My favourite servicing center. i will definitely refer this service centre to others.
These PPL are creating monopoly for their parts they don't want to open the parts and check just asking to replace with new and taking a month of time guyz don't buy Mahindra cars instead go for Suzuki or tata …

Work is good. Advisors seems to scam my or fishy! They said servicing would cost Rs13000 but if I pay Rs1000 in cash they can reduce the bill to 8K. So be careful to company and Customers.
