Oct 2017. The service is unprofessional and poor. The serving staff will just shout out the content of the dish and splat the food onto the dinner plate. The food spill onto our clothes and the serving staff did not even apologize. Waited for 30 minutes for a bottle of water despite reminding the serving staff every 5 minutes. The manager was worse, totally ignoring to the waving hands to request for service. The food was not nepalese food and just typical indian food. There is only 3 short 5 minutes performance by the dancers. The manager was very fast to serve our table the bill without any prompting and asking. Not recommended. There are better places in Kathmandu for Nepali food and culture show.

Great food, great service, great cultural performance. Located opposite of the main entrance to Narayanhiti Palace Museum. The staff can speak good English, very joyful and friendly service. We were served Tareko (fried potatos) as appertizer, a small cup of Rakshi (rice wine), Kawatee (nine beans soup), main dish was Daal Bhaat with wild boar and curry chicken, dessert was yokurt. The food are very tasty. Cultural performance was well performed, the performers themselves were enjoying the dance. Love to see the staff enjoying their job.

Our Hotel recommended this as I think they thought we couldn't handle traditional Nepalese food - appetisers were appetising enough, soup was ok and you can't do much to beer and rice wine to f*ck hem up but the Chicken Thali was free of any redeeming features - the vegetable dishes were over-cooked and tasteless and the chicken with honey was flavourless. Dancing was fun but the bill was too high for what we got.

A destination purely for tourists by the bus load. Food is mediocre. The only authentic part is when you get the bill at the end and see that they’ve charged tax on top of the service charge and their credit card machine isn’t working (although it was only hours earlier when taking the reservation).

This a an authentic Nepali food place. They offer Thali system only. There are no separate dishes to order. But great thing about the restaurant is there live traditional Nepali dance performance are running on every Sunday evening. They are worth to watch and enjoy while having meal.

Lovely and cosy place reflecting the culture of nepal. This place comes with the whole package. Traditional welcome, rice wine as welcome drink, traditional dance programs and the yummy nepali thali. A must do if you are in Kathmandu

Solo han opción de menú cerrado, que cuesta 1.700 rupias y las bebidas aparte. No merece la pena, el menú es muy básico: dos tipos de legumbres, mucho arroz blanco, verduras, pollo y tocino de cerdo. El postre no se podía ni probar.

As mentioned in the name, their cuisines have authentic Nepali taste. I found their snacks much better and tastier than the dinner. I hope they meet my expectations next time and force me to give them five stars …

It was great here i loved the food the aesthetics are totally Nepalese and we can see that decorated with every traditional tools and utensils it has really helped to preserve the importance of Nepalese ethnicity

Not good place to have culture dinner for your guest. Food dont have any taste and the service was very slow. You need to wait for couple of minutes to make your dinner set complete.

This is quite a unique restaurant. Unique in the way that there is life performance of dancers and music on a stage. Guests can enjoy dinner with life entertainment.

Food was ok. Quite pricey. Dessert... Disappointment. If you want to experience better Nepali food then it definitely is not the best one in town.

Typical place for not very demanded tourists. I would not reccommend it if you are looking for goid restaurant or fancy or local authentic place.
