Went at 5:45 on a Saturday and it's closed Edited on Aug 15 to respond to the owner's comments that reviews are not meant to be used this way. I made an honest review. That's the purpose of reviews... to be honest. Let me expand on my disappointing experience with your laundromat. The OPEN sign was not on, but I thought it might have been an oversight. I thought, maybe it is open, and they just forgot to turn on the sign. I pulled on the door, and it was locked which told me the place was closed. Instead of alleging random strangers are writing reviews for the wrong reasons, you might want to take this feedback and improve your signage. There are two doors to your building, so I naturally assumed both doors were for your business. Maybe I made a mistake, I don't know because the door to your business was not obvious to me. I looked at your building from across the street, and I had no idea which door to use. None of the doors say "Entrance" or gave any other indication letting the public know which door to use, so I decided to try the door that was closest to me. Had the OPEN sign been on, I would have tried other doors. I was very disappointed that I bothered to try this business because I was on a deadline. If I knew I would be accused of writing a false review, I would have video recorded my attempt to use your laundromat. I may have tried this business again in the future, but based on how the owner replied to my review, there's no chance of that.

I been to Easy Wash 3 times so far, sure it all looks clean and new in side, but have you ever looked under the black rubber seal in the washer right inside the door? It's disgusting. First time I went there I couldn't figure out why all my clothes had dog hair on them I had to rewash them. FYI I don't have animals. The next time I went, I watched a customer lifting up the black rubber seal, and wiping it out with a cloth,before putting her clothes in the machine, I asked her why she did that, she showed me why,,, It was full of animal hair(fur), I went around to the machines that were not being used and not one of them were clean. I had to clean them out, and did that the 3rd time I went too. So sure the machine get wiped down outside but they don't take the time to clean them inside. Be aware of this before loading your clothes in the washer. Also maybe you should consider putting a bathroom in for customers to use. I never been to an laundry mat that didn't have a bathroom. It's just a thought!

I just moved into the area and I was looking for a place to do my laundry since my apartment doesn't have any. I came home from work, one night(don't remember the exact time) and I saw this laundromat and they were still open(the open sign was on it). I went in, wanting to make inquiries about how their services operate, but unfortunately, I didn't see anyone. I knocked on all the doors so that someone would come out and answer my questions but no one came out. Later, I heard a voice from a speaker telling me to leave, I tried explaining that I just came for enquiries but they wouldn't listen. I agreed to leave, but now I couldn't open their door. I tried explaining that I couldn't open the door, but they kept on telling me to leave so rudely like I came in to steal. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt so bad. Poor customer service.

Lugging up the stairs, there is no other way to get in. Otherwise, decently priced, clean, everything or almost everything works, always available machines, no waiting for others to finish you can plug your phone into the socket while there, and considerate evening hours - it does not close till 9 or 10pm

Such a clean and positive atmosphere! The owner is always so kind and answers all questions, doesn’t judge anyone. Best part of this laundry mat is that the washers are triple loaders! The dryers dry all of my clothes in the 24 minutes it runs! I’d highly recommend using this facility!

I have been using various Laundromats throughout Hamilton for the last 25 years. I give Main East Easy Wash a perfect score because they are the cleanest, with the most current and modern machines. They have the largest washers that allow me to be in and out in no time.

great laundromat, the driers are nice and big as well as the washers with everything being reasonably priced. furthermore, the man who helped me after i messed up the washer was so kind and understanding, definitely my new go to, especially with the late hours!

Tried and true! A diamond in the rough. Always clean. Plenty of change and well maintained machines! With all the laundry we need to do it saves not only time but MONEY! I have been very pleased and will stay a loyal customer. Much needed in our community.

This has been the best laundromat that I have been to. Very Clean and Tidy Facility, Very reasonable prices, large capacity machines, soap dispenser's, change machine, cozy lounge, just what the neighborhood needed, what more could you ask for.

It's a convenient and neat shop to do your laundry. Would appreciate if the instructions on the coin changing machine could be a bit clearer for the first time customer. Rest, would recommend going to this store for your weekly laundry!

Good laundromat & big washers, just wish the washers could actually be cleaned out and the top part where the soap goes in, there is always tons of soap left in it. The washers smell pretty musty and gross most of the time as well.

Been coming here for 2 and a half years now. Always clean and does a good job on your laundry. Clothes are almost dry when they come out of washer. Try it you will like it. Worth the drive. …

Great clean place. New huge machines. I do 6 bags of laundry a week and it takes under an hour no problem and free parking too. Will be back again for sure.

This place is covered in dead bed bugs, and it's filthy. Someone should be on this, this is unacceptable. Decent machines but I'll never be back after this

Quite dirty and has a bad smell of sulfur. Very old prison feeling. Could use a paint job . No sanitizer or sink that has running water .

Good laundry coin machine machines to take heavy washing loads. I love the fact that it dispenses coins for use within the building.
