I went to buy a corporate gift, and I specifically told the sales lady my budget amount along with the type of flower I wanted. I inquired about an item which she told me it suits the budget, but while preparing the invoice she wrote the amount agreed plus the box value, the VAT, and the delivery which was an addition 50% to the specified budget; and when I told her that I can’t buy something that’s more than the budget, she said sorry I can’t sell it!! She didn’t suggest other available items, nor did she bother to sell a customer. It’s a very robotic customer service; they don’t know how to keep customers or maintain a standard to the shop. I previously dealt with a different sales person (a year ago) who happened to accommodate my requirements within my budget. It’s a disappointment to have a service standard go this low, for a flower shop, customer service is everything!

I ordered a hand bouquet for my best friend’s mum as she wasn’t well (on the phone). It was easy to find this place and when I got there the bouquet was ready and super gorgeous! Needless to say the price for the huge bunch of roses, peonies, and more was reasonably priced and the staff were lovely. I also got a glimpse of them preparing gift boxes for brands like Tiffany’s and Bvlgari. I swooned! Lol!

Will never forget the kindness of a sweet worker back on 25th June where my partner and I were extremely tired and had loss of service on our phones. This kind staff member allowed us indoors to have a drink of water and kindly phoned us a taxi. You deserve all the happiness in the world.

These are the nicest flowers I've ever ordered/received; they're long lasting, and the packaging is extremely elegant. Not only are the flowers amazing, the customer service is consistently the best I've experienced in Dubai! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!
