I engaged Stephen to sell my home in what was a tough market with prices falling. I chose Stephen as I had experienced the 'big guys' several times and felt very let down and betrayed by their service. Stephen was the opposite. Even though times were tough he didn't try and make me sell just to get it off his books, but stood by me and supported me through it all. I felt I could totally trust him through the update and downs, we spoke often and i felt that we truly worked as a team. If you want an ethical agent who knows his stuff I highly recommend Steve.

Extremely disappointed with them. Not helping at all when apartment was damaged by neighbours water leaking. It was happened on 31st July. Now today is 12th Oct. I am still waiting the answer of replace the carpet and cupboards in the room and compensation for my rent however there is no response at all . I can’t barely use the big bedroom which it’s not fair for me that I pay for two bedrooms apartment! I’ve been waiting for reply email for ONE month still nothing come through! Not recommend this agent at all!

Sold my home privately with Stephen a year ago. I found him to be honest, forthright and professional. We got an excellent result and saved a lot on extraneous advertising that as Stephen pointed out advertises the agency, not the vendor. I strongly recommend chatting with him even if you are sold on a larger agency. You will get a different perspective and some real food for thought.
