This is the worst post office branch in the whole city. On top of the staff being horrible, unfriendly and unhelpful. Every parcel I receive has been damaged to a level that is irreversible and they refuse to take any responsibility for it as well. I would suggest to pay a little more and use private modes of couriering in the country.

Due to redevelopment of building, post office at Zakeria road Malad west has been shifted to 1sr floor building opposite Ration card office near Old new Era theater. Humble professional staff observed in this post office. One Aadhat support counter also there, who helps you to change address and other changes in Aadhar card

Building under construction, so no proper lights on staircase. This center is used for sending speed post, money order, courier etc. The post office on Jakaria road is only a collection center.

Staff is not supportive they follow time strictly , but during working hours they have snacks tea and time pass but if you are late for two minutes they ask to come next day...

Worst service, we actually feels rightly stated government departments, very poorly mishandled services even to senior citizens- Hope Post master HO. replace staff
