My girlfriend and I came across a listing for a house for sale and fell in love with it. We, at the time, did not have our own realtor. I was a little apprehensive at first being represented by someone from the same company, however they make it very clear they are individually representing each party involved seperatly and independent from one another on their team. Life changes fast and we decided to sell our first and only home of 23 years. We had no idea how to go about selling our home so we called our Financial Advisor with CIBC, Alex Lemay. Alex told us of Sue Meadus, from the Maleeha & Steve Real Estate Group, who helped him to buy his home. He quickly followed up our discussion by outlining what we discussed in an email to us and Sue Meadus. The entire team was top notch and very professional, helping us to present our house to its fullest charm. 5 days on the market with plenty of viewings that lead to 11 offers, 9 of which were firm.
