I recently had a distressing experience with this medical facility where my cousin was admitted due to chest pain. Dr. Sunny Uppal attended to her in the emergency department and initially diagnosed her with bronchitis. Surprisingly, no other pulmonologist examined her during her stay. As her condition deteriorated over time, we sought a second opinion from a local pulmonologist who clearly stated that this was a case of medical negligence by Malix Radix, as my cousin actually had pneumonia. To add to our disappointment, when we received the bill during the discharge process, it amounted to ₹41,146, with a staggering ₹12,000 listed for nebulization. This seemed exorbitant and unreasonable. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the bill and raised my concerns about the inflated amount, the staff swiftly dismissed it as a typographical error. Overall, this has been an extremely negative experience for us. I would strongly advise against visiting this facility, especially in emergency situations.

लूटने का तरीका इनका बहुत ही साइलेंट है आप एडमिट होइए 1 हफ्ते से पहले ये छोड़ेंगे नहीं और ना ही आप छोड़ोगे इन्हे क्योंकि आपकी हालत एडमिट होते वक्त जितनी खराब थी उससे कहीं ज़्यादा तबीयत ख़राब हो चुकी होगी। बेड से उठने लायक नहीं रहेंगे आप। हॉस्पिटल कम होटल ज़्यादा बना रखा है इन्होंने बिल बनाने से मतलब है इन्हे। सिर्फ और सिर्फ शो ऑफ़ है, ऐसा लगेगा कोई वीवीआईपी हॉस्पिटल के सेट पर हो आप , अभी सलाइन चढ़ाते हुए आपका शूट किया जाएगा । बहुत ही बुरा अनुभव रहा सुना था एक भगवान ऊपर होते है तो दूसरा नीचे .. डॉक्टर के रूप में । लेकिन यहां तो शैतान है गुरु। और एक गौर करने वाली बात ::- रेटिंग्स देखकर हॉस्पिटल मत चुनिएगा ,आप रेटिंग के डिटेल्स में जाइए या तो 5 देने वाले मिलेंगे या 1 वाले । बीच वाले बहुत कम। कारण ये है कि इनके स्टाफ बहला फुसलाकर आपसे फोन लेकर 5/5 डाल देते है या कोई डॉक्टर के करीबी है तो उनके द्वारा रेटिंग 5 दे दिया जाता है। बाकी आप समझदार है बच के रहिए।

В больницу я попал по страховому случаю с приступом гастрита (еда в Индии вкусная и острая), по приезду разместили в приемный покой и боролись с приступом, пока врачи (Отдельно спасибо Доктору Юнусу) занимались мной, управляющие помогали моей жене с вопросами по страховой, настояли на то, что бы еще пару дней под контролем врачей и мед. персонала полежал в больнице, определили палату с личным туалетом и душем, удобная кровать, русскоговорящие врачи смогли подробно объяснить, как вести себя после приступа, выписали таблетки и выдали их на месте. Отдельное спасибо поварам и мед. персоналу, поварам за вкусное трех разовое питание, а мед. персоналу за ту заботу которую они создали вокруг меня. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Jain . I went to him for a hernia operation in September 2022, but unfortunately, May be the procedure was not done properly and my pain persists. Not only that, but his post-operative care has been extremely negative and has made me even more afraid about my recovery. Instead of being supportive and offering solutions to my ongoing pain, Dr. Jain has been dismissive and uninterested in helping me. He has only added more anxiety and fear to my already stressful situation. I expected better from a medical professional and am very unhappy with the treatment I have received. I do not recommend Dr. Jain to anyone looking for proper medical care and treatment. Even ICU ward looks like a general ward,this hospital isn't worth the money we spent.

NICU experience: Pathetic. They charge 20k approx for one day and with pathetic service. 2 nurses for 20 approx. newborn. Nurses are also helpless because of workload. How can 1 nurse handle 10 newborns ? Babies keep on crying and sleep by themselves. Never recommend to anyone. It’s painful to see small babies cry. Also doctors are in full attitude. Highly recommend: dr. Shayam kukreja (karkardooma)- he is too polite and highly experienced doctor. I have never seen such a doctor who says when to visit a doctor and when to not. Because now a days doctors share incomplete and false information just to make money.

Malik Radix Hospital = A Total Scam Place! They offer False treatment, False reporting and Even FALSE BILLING !!! Recently, I got cheated by this hospital as the Bill amounted to ₹41,146, with an extraneous amt. of ₹12,000 listed for NEBULIZATION ONLY. Later on, When I spoke against that then they gave a revised bill of ₹ 30,346!!! Such a shameful act done by this hospital on the behalf of Healthcare Sector. A request to everyone, please make sure to ask for the detailed breakup of bill before payment otherwise they deceive people by charging ridiculous amount of money.

Blessed with a baby girl. The whole process was super smooth. Only the TPA department/claim department took time in our final settlement and they took 4 hours to complete at the day of discharge. Rest, I assure you once you admit in Labour room and till your discharge day, you will go through a super smooth process. Special thanks to our doctor, Dr Manju Gupta. Staff is too helpful and polite. Good experience all together.

Worst experience.... in the gyne department. May be some people got good service but truly speaking I am not satisfied.... They charge extra except the PANEL fee... if you're from any panel so you've to pay extra amount for Doctor's clinic fee. You are going to the hospital nd then you've to pay clinic fee I mean it's completely illogical. They charged for a doctor but junior doctors will assist you but not seriously...

रेडिक्स हेल्थ केयर मेरे घर के समीप ही है इसलिए मैं यहां पर आया था । साथ ही यहाँ की व्यवस्था और यहां का स्टाफ बहुत अच्छा है जो केयरिंग है बाकी ओवरऑल सभी मुझे ठीक लगा । ICU 3rd floor पर मेरी मुलाकात हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ नरेंद्र भाई जी से हुई बहुत ही व्यवहार कुशल और मरीजों की सेवा के लिए हमेशा तैयार रहते हैं । जो सेवा के लिए अपना समर्पण भाव प्रदर्शित करते हैं। ईश्वर उनकी हमेशा रक्षा करें और उनको ऐसे ही प्रसन्न रखे।

Doctor Malik is on leave and All junior doctor are useless. Making the life of children miserable. My son got UTI just because of wrong medication and dengue positive still no doctor in emergency is capable of handling the same. Emergency staff not ready to admit the child. Very sad to say... we are coming to your clinic from last 6 year but now the qualified doctor and staff are missing. Regards

Got treatment by Dr. Sunny. The doctor was very polite and his medicine worked very well. The staff is well spoken and helpful. The hospital looks very nice and luxurious. It is a bit expensive. The only problem I had, was searching for a charging port for my phone everywhere. The receptionist said that the 2 out of 4 that were free were not working and could not find another one anywhere.

First time seen dr and team suggesting normal delivery to family warna ajkl ka concept ban gaya hai ki hospital wale lootte hai Jan bujh k operation kar dete hai. Yaha pura time dr try karte hai normal delivery kliye. Infact family wale hi bol rahe the ki c.section kar do. Staff well trained and polite hai. I am happy ki maine Malik radix health care ki chuna delivery kliye.

JMD Radix is provided very good facilities for the nearby area people's life. Any kind of medical emergency you can come here without any doubt. Doctors of this hospital panel are very good and cooperative treated you with good way Special in children's case all the time good and cooperative staff Spl. No professional ethics followed here . Patients are returned basis customer loyalty to other Doc. really disappointed . reason stated are : Professional ethics over patient health . That too from senior most Doc(Mrs Renu Malik). Its pure business hospital nd rates are absurd even billings is not explained properly here despite medical insurance policy.

Waste of time and money. They asked about which policy you have before checkup of patient. No doctor visit till 12:30 pm. No Management facility. Please don’t visit here if you want healthy treatment please visit another hospital. If there is rating options in minus then i choose -10 out of 10. They trying to normal delivery in operation.

Trust me this hospital is heaven for me. I have no words to describe how lucky I am. My uncle had treatment at Max for his heart surgery and they said that he would not survive, my friend told me about RADIX hospital, and trust me they are such professionals in their job, with caring staff and a clean and neat hospital.

I went Radix healthcare for surgery of CBD stone. They admitted my mother for one day and done the test, made there bill for approx 28000 and then next day they referred me to MAX stating that CBD stone surgery is not available here. They were well aware that my mother is having that problem instead they admitted her.

Really had a bad experience with Radix. Totally pathetic. It's been 18hrs, they are not shifting the room just giving lame excuses and charging unnecessarily. Didn't even allowing to see the baby. Staff behavior is also not good. I will suggest you guys to please visit to a good health care center.

Hospital is good, But Doctors generally used to come half an hour late. Physiotherapy Dr kirti often comes 12.45 instead of 12.00, Receptionist Mr Shahnoor do work very fast. He knows the things clearly. He is to be appreciated.
