Absolutely the worst autopac experience, I work for an Independent Living Program down the street and brought a youth there today to get their MPI Identification card. I have been doing this for many years and have been advocating and supporting youth on getting their photo IDs. The workers here were extremely rude and unprofessional, they gave myself and another support worker the run around and was zero help at all. Would not listen to the supports when speaking for the youth as this was their first experience going to apply for their ID. Other costumers were greeted with smiles on their faces and welcomed but the opposite was done for us. They are creating UNNECESSARY barriers for youth through discrimination and their own personal biases. To end this off we had all the proper paper work and more for this to be a simple, respectful, and easy process. We will never use your services again and will definitely be sharing our experience to more then just google review.

I just had my worst experience in an auto-pac so far. The lady in the office was smiling to the last costumer ahead of me two seconds ago and then she changed to a super mean face to me when it was my turn. She refused to issue an license plate to my trailer because I am not a Manitoba resident. When I explained that I not a Canadian and I just wanted to apply for the license plate for my business use. She literally said, "oh so you are not even a Canadian. We won't issue anything for you today." I can't believe that! I have been knowing Winnipeg as a friendly place to live, but this is really a worst experience I had so far.

I've done business with them and they're very good, but other times not very helpful especially when your basically one of their regular customers. So my personal experience was the last time I tried to call ahead just to get the process going because I had my vehicle in shop and seeing as I am almost a regular here and they refused to so I took my business elsewhere. Too much by the book here, not always helpful especially at times when it's necessary

Employee there did not understand how to read a valid Manitoba Safety. Caused all kinds of headaches and unnecessary leg work just to find out that all paperwork was in order to begin with. Also hung up on me repeatedly when I called the store to explain. More training may be needed to rectify these issues. And better customer service would be appreciated as no business (even a provincial monopoly) should be rudely hanging up on a client.

Totally useless staff. Unable to answer questions, give wrong information, don't understand anything. Highly suggest never using these people for any insurance needs especially autopac. Have had nothing but issues with them, yet I go to another broker in the area and they are able to accomplish things easily that these unprofessional women can't seem to comprehend.

My first-time visiting today and the staff member I had was great! Now for some customers on a Friday of a long weekend...remember, the staff are here to help and have lives, weekends and families too. Don't be impatient or rude with them in the final 20 minutes before closing. This was my first time visiting and I will return. Thank you so kindly for your help!

Unfriendly filipino staff and unreliable. No greetings and gave me an attitude. The woman was asking for additional document which the mpi website states that I only need one to present. She wanted me to return and bring the additional document. Very disappointing. Skip this agency and don't waste your time.

Horrible customer service time and time again! My customers go there because its close and convenient for them, there's an issue evetime with staff who don't know how to do their jobs and have no idea what they are talking about. Stop relaying wrong information.

just went there 10 minutes before closing in the hope to get service but they locked the door and none came for 5 minutes and then just replied "only 5 minutes left cant provide you service". Never visiting again

Always go here when I need to renew liscence or registration, very friendly staff. I couldn't imagine working with public, especially when everyone feel so entitled. Thank you for your patience maloway staff

Make sure you read your MPI policy over! I had the same mistake made on my policy multiple times and unfortunately it went unnoticed. The staff seemed confused and unreliable. Will not go back.

This is the only insurance broker I use. Some of the most friendly, knowledgable and fast staff I have ever met. I don't usually give 5 stars, but in this case I will make am exception.

Very poor customer care. I called someone to get some information she was being so rude! And cut off the line before I was finished and also didn’t understand what i was asking her.
