The BEST Filo resto out west! My family and I have been coming here since it first opened and we love it!! My fave is their pork bbq, lechon belly & kare kare! I highly recommend this place if you’re after a filo food fix! This place will hit your taste buds in all the right places...Nom nom nom nom …
I’ve been here a few times with my friends, family and with my partner. Food is delicious there is no doubt about that. Unfortunately on my last visit, both waitstaff who attended me were not very welcoming and looked so irritated no matter
I will 100% recommend this place for an authentic and great Filipino food. Everything was great. The lechon kawali (pork belly) was crispy, tender and not too fatty/oily. We also had the bangus (milk fish) sisig on a hot plate, the fish was
A definite visit if you want to have awesome Filipino food. Great service and great food. Recommended: sizzling pork sisig. It goes so well with garlic rice. Oh yes please order garlic rice because it's great! The fish is my least favorite
The service is non-existent. I had a booking. We arrived early but they were not ready for us. I had to press the service bell many times and they never came to our table. We had to keep going to the counter to get their attention. We were
Went here on a Saturday afternoon for a very late lunch. The place was still packed even though it was way past lunch time. We ordered the classics: Vegetable lumpia to start, Kare-kare, Pork Belly, Pork Barbeque for the mains and the Ube
This was my first time eating a Filipino restaurant and to be fairly honest, I think it will be my last too. The meat had a lot of fat pieces. I asked for chicken and they didn’t have any so I had no option but to order whatever else they
I would recommend to work on their customer service. When we first walked in, I had a girl go to the counter, and she had her phone with her and she looked at me and then looked back down. Then a minute later, she calls her Mum to point I
A lovely, clean and modern restaurant at the heart of Rooty Hill. Staff were lovely and attentive and food arrived one after another. Halo halo was amazing but a bit sceptical with the amount of sugar waiting to be diluted at the bottom.
Idk if this restaurant is a laugh joke or what. I ordered medium tray pancit to be picked up 29/11 8:30PM, but when i arrived 8:25, the shop was closed already. We had to call one of my friends friend that works there to ask if they are
To be honest, I was buzzing with excitement knowing I was going to travel to the heart of Rooty Hill to eat Filipino food. Next minute, the dishes I wanted to order were sold out. Adding to the frustration, only steamed rice comes in a
I really like this place. Friendly service and tasty Filipino food. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area (I live 45 minutes away and it’s still worth it). Try the lechon kawali, or the lechon belly and the sisig is also
Save yourself the trouble and don’t go. The food wasn’t fresh and for 6 people, $220 is REALLY steep for the quality of food they serve. The squid adobo was vaguely warm and you could tell the squid had been frozen. The pinakbet was
Who doesn’t miss the taste of home? we always make sure to drop by and grab food from this place, with the busy schedule here in sydney here’s a little comfort from home. Staff are very welcoming and the service is always good.
Easily my favourite Filipino restaurant. Feels more home-style and while things are made slightly different to what I’m used to, it feels more authentic and less fancy. Flavours aren’t too intense and the lechon was amazing.
They grill food fresh over lumpwood charcoal. Had grilled chicken and lechon (pork belly) which was really nice, grilled fish and steamed rice. They bake fresh bread there too. Had some brownies too which were delicious.
The chicken inasal was finger licking good! Paired with the calamansi juice, you can’t go wrong. Favourite Filipino restaurant for that feeling of local traditional cooking. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. More
Lunch 30/12/23 good food (lumpia sariwa) , exceptional service, very clean toilet, reasonable price, excellent friendly staff, I'll be back for sure. The proprietor Alan Brown is a good friend thanks Dante More
3.5 Stars. It may have been the dishes we ordered but I wasn't especially impressed with the food. Perhaps I'm just not used to things like the very boney fish and having the cartilage/cuttle in the squid.
The deep fried chicken skin wasn't very crispy, and neither was the crackling on the lechon. The portion sizes were generous, especially for the beef kare kare; the only exception was the squid adobo.
Dinner for 5. $26pp more if you go solo/couple Plates come out no short of servings. You really get what you pay for! Don't Read what is in it (unless you're allergic to certain foods) some strange
I drive long distances to satisfy my craving for their lechon. Very satisfying and worth the drive. Always busy and friendly staff, food is great, very efficient and clean. Highly recommend. More
I have come here several times and the food is consistently good. There is a lot of variety. Service is great, the staff are friendly, and the food comes out quickly. Highly recommend!
I loved Filipino foods specially sisig. I'm just abit disappointed to there sisig It wasn't taste like a Sisig. First NO Mayonnaise and yeah I just can't explain the taste!.
The food was good. The staff was friendly. The outlet was busy when i visited. There are a few vegetarian options. We ordered the garlic rice, crispy pork pata and calamansi.
Delicious and friendly! Love the Filipino cuisine here! We tried the Lechon Kawali and Sinigang and it tastes like home!! Their ube sylvannas are really good too! More
I genuinely feel that this place feels like my own home. The level of service offered here is exceptional, and I haven't encountered any subpar food experiences. More
Decent Filipino restaurant. One of the two eggplant omelettes was too salty, the kare-kare meat could be softer; but overall a good introduction to Filipino cuisine.
I've eaten here before Nd I thought the food was good. I purchased their Hopia and I found a fly leg imbedded inside. Could be a sanitary concern of their kitchen..
Mama Lor serves beautiful Filipino food. Great atmosphere and reasonable prices. The pork sisig was amazing. We will definitely be back. More
Best filo food in town especially the bulalo coming all the way from the northern beaches. To taste mama Lor always deliver the best.
The food, service, atmosphere were great. It was like being in Philippines again! I ordered so many desserts to take away as well.
Bought Pork BBQ and it came with 2 pcs of meat and not worth it for the price for 3 pcs of pork bbq for $18. A total rip off! More
There was a fly/insect leg in our hopia!! concerned about food hygiene and safety. Please be careful when taking a bite!!!
Nothing beats the food that reminds you of home! After days of eating Aussie food in our Australian trip, it is so nice to be
My husband and I had lunch here recently. Neither of us had tried Filipino food before and we didn't really know what to
A mixture of a Filo bakery and Filo restaurant this place serves the locals with traditional Philippines cuisine.
Very friendly staff and amazing food. Would highly recommend stopping by whenever you're in the area! More
