I have been to this location before the pandemic, and this is one of the good location they have. However, today that change, I tell you why. It's Sunday 7:30pm dinner, the place is not crazy busy, we were sitted right away. Its along time before closing, but the food trays are kind of empty. I went back 2x, and I didn't see that they did the refill. I have to wait and go back and forth many times before they did a few tray refill, and not every single trays are being refilled. The bbq meat/fish are so dry. The only area that is decent is the dessert table. They are fully stock. We are a party of 10 people, and with that many people dining, they should have a good amount of food supply or are they that slow? Oh no, that's not the case. It seems like they want everyone to be on a diet (by serving less food at a buffet restaurant). I sympathize with the table beside us. They are bigger group and majority men. I will bear my disappointment and guarantee to take my business some place else.

We dined in a few days ago after reading good reviews about this place. It was my husband's birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. My sons were so happy because they could eat what they wanted and as much as they wanted. The options were fantastic and delicious. My favorite was the chicken fried rice. We are definitely going back and will be taking our family members who come visiting there. Customer service was great. The waitress ensured that our table was clean at all times even though we had our toddlers with us.

Absolutely the WORST meal I’ve ever had! I now remember why we stopped eating at Mandarin. The chicken balls are a complete nightmare, I couldn’t even tell you what it’s made of, they turn into a powdery soggy mess and look like they are made with mashed bread and deep fried. The soft noodles are way over salted and they used to have the most amazing honey garlic spare ribs, they are now mostly dried out fat sitting in some clear sugar water substance. They no longer give you the orange crackers for the soup or the little packages of sauce for the egg rolls, and now they charge for the fortune cookies. How do they justify raising the prices and completely ditching the quality? My family will never make the mistake of eating here ever again.

Love this Mandarin! Staff were all really nice and attentive. I am also very pleased at the fact that they HAVE SASHIMI! I wish they would re-stock it more often though, as both times I went, they didn't have salmon. :( I had to grab some off my family's plates, haha). The creme brulee was SO GOOD—very smooth and creamy at this location! Golden crispy chicken is also amazing, as usual. I would also recommend the royal martini. So yummy. Don’t forget to ask for some cotton candy on the way out! (or while you’re there, haha)

It is very elegant place. Rooms are not too big. It creates cozy atmosphere. Servers are vrery good. Food so delicious. We celebrated our anniversary. The server took picture of us, printed it and gave it in a mandarin magnet photo frame. Great memory keepsake.

This location is one of the best one in GTA. Great food,great service and the whole staff is amazing. Especially the manager named Charles is extremely professional and is always on top of the needs of the clients. I've been coming to this location for couple of years now with my whole family and kids and I will definitely continue coming here again.

Variety of options in their buffet and definitely worth 35$ on weekday dinner. Primarily Asian food but also ample salad options , pizza , soups desserts. The ambience is very nice and so is the arrangement. Definitely worth a try!

This is great buffet for service, food, and price. We came from USA and I just search nearby restaurant, then came here. It’s very clean, tastes great and each table has table cloth and they gave u each ppl a hot hand towel at beginning and at ending. Waiters are very nice and friendly. Toronto residents are so lucky have so many great restaurants
