DO NOT COME HERE! Brought my car in for simple oil change and tire rotation in return I received a dent on my drivers door with a deep scratch on the same spot. Manager refused to fix the scratch they caused forcing me to call corporate and even told me that I would have to pay for paint to cover the scratch. Never returning here again. Please call corporate every time they mess up for which all dealerships are independently owned. This place needs to be closed. I brought my car to Barry's Auto instead and they are AMAZING. They treat you like family and the best part.. they gave me FREE PAINT. If you have to use a Chevrolet Service Center, then make the trip into New Jersey. Believe me, it's worth it.

I am speechless. Worst service I’ve come across in forever. I got cold stinking attitude from the second i arrived... The guy even mocked at me and asked what I was thinking by bringing “my entire family to do a repair” ...it was just my son... This was my first Chevy I leased and DEFINITELY MY LAST

Very rude unhelpful personal, i would highly suggest all not to waste your time in this dealership!! Try Bay ridge Chevrolet which is not far from this place and honestly you will save a lot! I personally saved a lot by doing so and people are so friendly and nice, just try it for yourself!

I bought my Silverado here in 2016 the Sailsman Bill McDermott is the best I have been buying cars from him for many years. The Service Department is great never a problem .
