I was impressed with how nice and clean the upfront area was, bright and cheerful. The girls behind the desk were so friendly, professional, and helpful. They set me up with a Lift driver to take me back home after I dropped off my car. The service men kept me informed by phone about the diagnostic test and only proceeded work on my car after I gave them the ok. They were quick to take my calls and quickly got my car back to me. Isaac went out of his way after hours to pick me up from my home and then back to the shop to pick up my car. He was very polite. Jurnior worked on my car and fixed it. They stayed open a little late to get me my car. This is the best experience I have had as a woman with any car shop in my life. They went out of their way to accommodate me. All the workers treated me good . I waited a while before placing a review to see how well my car would do after they worked on it ...all I can say is Junior and all others that worked on my car did a great job. 5he car runs beautiful. This is a great crew of mechanics. We were on a cross country move with our ford van and trailer that had 350k miles on it. Blew a spark plug out of the triton V8 rolling into Albuquerque (common problem with these engines). Absolutely crippled the engine with all our belongings in the vehicle 800 miles from our new home. This could have been catastrophic. Frantically calling around the next morning, we were quickly referred to Mango Automotive. They weren’t phased at all by the problem and knew exactly what to do. They even moved some jobs around to get us in that morning and had us on the road by 2pm, just in time to miss the snow storm in flagstaff. Their flexibility and competence (and confidence) kept my family and I calm as they performed surgery on our engine. And at the end, they presented us with an honest, fair price. This was much appreciated as we were completely stranded. I’d trust these folks with anything auto related. A rare gem.

Like no other place I've ever been to for service. I had an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. The staff up front was friendly, courteous and helpful. The mechanic was actually interested in what I had to say and obviously knowledgeable about the problem. He got me in and out in very quickly. I was quoted $3,500 from brake Masters around the corner to replace a water pump. I brought it to mango automotive and they quoted me $1,000 to do the same job. That's 1/3 the price. Then after getting into it they discovered that I did not need a water pump at all! Stay away from brake Masters! Mango automotive is fast, affordable, and most of all honest. They saved me over $900 by the time it was all set and done because I had them do an oil change. If I had gone with brake Masters I would have spent $3,500 on a water pump I didn't need. Stopped by Mango Automotive earlier in the week to discuss the issues I was having with my brakes. They set me up with an appointment first thing the following day. After dropping off my vehicle they called me shortly after to speak about the repairs recommended. They were not pushy nor trying to over sell me on any repairs. We decided what repairs were needed and within a couple hours they contacted me that my vehicle was ready for pick! Fair, honest pricing and fantastic work! I have found my new auto repair shop!

The ppl were very kind. BUT my car was there for over a month with no calls, no updates the entire time. Poor communication. Then they finally "fixed" the issue but it took them almost 2 months to return my car. Then to have the issue still there. It was NOT cheap so all this for nothing was pretty upsetting. Unfortunately I had to get rid of the car bc it started giving me issues AGAIN just a month later with the original problem. Nothing was truly ever fixed. Felt ripped off. I do not recommend them!!

I called Monday and they scheduled an appointment for me on Tuesday. Like all businesses they seem short staffed. I was there at 9:30 and they were able to get my car in at 10:00. Oil change, brake pad replacement and tire rotation. Crystal helped me. Professional and friendly Im retired so I read for a couple hours and walked my dog. I trust their work and will be back for fluid flushing and other recommended services.

I had installed a 3" Rough Country lift on my 2008 Nissan Frontier with 285/75-16 at all corners. Then I called around to make an alignment appointment. Many 4x4 shops didn't even answer their phones. Pep Boys said no-can-do because of lift kit. Mango got me scheduled for next business day and it was timely completed. They were also very professional and provided a follow up call to ensure satisfaction.

Over the years I have taken cars here for minor work like oil changes and they have always done very well. After new ownership I brought my lifted jeep to them a few times for alignments and they always do a great job. They even put up with how particular I am and went in for fine adjustments. Had a Front End Alignment performed on a 1999 Toyota Tacoma. I had new tires put on and made an appointment with them... brought my vehicle in and I was contacted that they needed to shim the right side which I ok'd... Once I got my truck back I was surprised how tight and responsive the truck was when I drove it. I am really happy with the performance and the service! I will be back!

My wife first took one of our vehicles to Mango Automotive. She was impressed because they explained everything that was needed and answered all of her questions without pressuring her towards service. Same experience when I took the same vehicle for warranty work. They were great. They also have a shuttle service if you need picked up or taken home. They have 3 locations around ABQ.

This company was great to work with. I’m always skeptical of mechanic shops but since the beginning, I knew I could trust them. They properly diagnosed my vehicle and could have gouged me but offered only the necessary services at an affordable rate and it was done promptly along with great customer service and regular updates. Got my truck in the same day we called. They diagnosed what I already knew was wrong with it because Power Ford quoted the same issue, but couldn't find a mechanic to fix it after having the truck for three days.
