The Manic team are awesome in every aspect, extremely knowledgeable in their products and an amazing customer service. I cannot rate them high enough. We came back to them twice now , once 14 years ago to purchase our treadmill and now our cross trainer. The male who delivered our goods today also quickly fixed our treadmill which we thought had died after 14 years but brought it back to life in a very quick fix. A very positive experience from Manic Fitness. Steve gave some very helpful advice about what I was looking for. I purchased a Bodyworx Air Bike and he was happy to price match and does not give a hard sell. The bike was delivered quickly in a couple of days. As expected, I stuffed up what should have been an easy assembly by putting on a part the wrong way and could not get it back off. I rang Steve and he kindly returned to my home after he finished work to fix what I had done. Above and beyond great customer service and I am very happy with the quality of the bike. I rang on Friday to see if they had treadmill that was advertised on the net. I spoke to Dean and he was extremely helpful. Rang again Sunday to order and spoke to a very cheerful lass who was extremely helpful when I purchased this over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble. The treadmill was delivered by Dean at 930 this morning (public holiday). He was extremely helpful and had it set up and made sure we were happy with it all before he left. I recently purchased a treadmill from Dean and found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding which treadmill I should purchase based on my fitness goals. Dean also went above and beyond by assembling the treadmill himself and delivering it FREE of charge based of my available as well as going the further distance by helping me acquire the correct bolts for a landmine half rack attachment.
