Lovely grounds with 2 integrated play parks for young children & adolescents. Plenty of benches to sit & admire views /nature /flowerbeds, plus plenty of trees to shade under if very hot day. Café on left of entrance (opposite town centre) with toilet for customers. Bottom end of park (opposite Times Square car park) has big open field /space for picnics on grass / ball games etc. At top entrance (opposite Police Station / B&Q) a war Memorial can be seen. Park also has pond with little fountain (please do not throw litter in pond, there's plenty of bins situated around the park for this!) Manor Park now has a cafe with outdoor seating, selling hot & cold snacks, light meals & drinks, as well as ice creams etc.

Great little park just outside Sutton town. Medium sized play area suitably spaced out for age ranges eg. swings for babies, toddlers and older. Two sets of jungle gyms. Benches and tables spaced out. Lots of greenery and grass to enjoy. If you're driving here, then parking at the B&Q across the street allows for unlimited free access. There's a great little french cafe onsite too. Two coffees and cakes cost £11. Very nice. There's also a single cubicle toilet available at the café of a standard toilet available in B&Q. The family love it here. Only a 5 minute walk from the pedestrian area of Sutton.

A small but, nice little park right next to Sutton town centre. Popular with children, dog walkers and youngsters playing football. There is a cafe for tea, snacks and ice cream. There are some areas that have previously been planted with flowers but, on my visit in June, the flower beds were lacking attention to maintenance.

Lovely park and easy to move around in an electric wheelchair. However, don't bring your own food and expect to use the tables for the café. You'll be told no on the grounds of Health and Safety. Despite the fact there are no benches in the park. Access is through multiple entrances. The exit at the bottom of the park has a very steep slope leading straight into the road. There are no toilets in the park

This park is very big located Central of the town. There is food corner available in the park. Hence you can grab a snack any time. This is let friendly park. There are good slides for kids also 2 for babies. My little one enjoyed riding it. The ponds need little cleaning also youngster's are doing some disturbance there. I think management can sort out this with proper care.

Pleasant park that is only 5 minutes walk from Sutton High Street. Playground is fairly well equipped with the basics and all is in working order. Play area fenced off and secure. Plenty of benches by the walkways to sit and relax on a fine day. Cafe with plenty of seating outdoors at park entrance with some really good meal deal offers available.

Very nice selection of soups, sandwiches and cakes, all home made, except the sandwiches, I think they get them from somewhere but they are fresh and lovely when grilled. Coffee is decent for 2 pounds a latte and right in the middle of the park, so great to go with kids or your dog. I saw dog ice-cream sold there, no idea as I have no fog.

  • Peter Allingham

You just have to visit the café, I got such a warm welcome from a genuine family business, all freshly prepared food,( try the Bulgarian grilled sausages or meatball with salad/fries, perfection!) I couldn't believe the great prices in such a brilliant location. Honestly I can not praise this gem of a place high enough.

Nice green space in the Sutton town center, right next to the high street. Dogs allowed. Good fenced play area for smaller kids with swings and slides with carpeted floor. Huge open ground for other games. People gather for picnics and get-togethers as well. Have a very good cafe next to the west gate.

Manor Park is a public park in the town of Sutton in Greater London. Manor Park is small but lovely town centre park. The current Manor Park Café opened in October 2010. This eco-friendly, thirty-seat café has a range of environmental features, including its straw-bale construction.

I really enjoy this park. It's got a lovely pond great play park for smaller and bigger children. They also have a cafe there. Which serve hot cold drinks. They also do kids' parties, and you hire the venue. It also serves doggy ice cream in the summer. Well worth a visit

We had to wait 40 mins for our next bus and luckily this cute park was right next to the bus stop. The playground is super equipped, it has everything a little child needs. Big park to run around. I saw a coffee shop, we didn’t go but next time for sure we try it!

  • Ahmed El-Mahmoud

Nice playground and a pretty park. The cafe is nice and cheap. Would recommend taking your kids there. Only downside is it isnt very big and there are usually lots of kids playing football, especially after school... other than that its very gold

  • Kim Lambert

Lovely clean park and kept tidy. Love the cafe on site too. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and the range of food, drinks, along with a glass of wine if you so wish was a surprise!! Lovely experience with my grandson and daughter.

  • Vanessa Browne

Flowering season is earlier in the year but well kept flower beds, water bowls for our canine friends & a 7Up bottle in the fountain which a visiting pigeon seemed to enjoy when tasting fountain water. No fish seen. Family groups enjoying

  • Peter Scouse

Lovely location inside the park, not too noisy and it's nice to sit at the outside seating. My one continuing problem with al-fresco enjoyment is the thoughtless selfish people who smoke at an adjacent table whilst I'm eating. It stinks!

  • Santosh Kumar

Considerably small park, whoever good for fresh air in this pandemic. Park has several trees and plants and a main central area fountain. The fountain is quite old and council not bother at all to clean it. This is most unfortunate with

Lovely small fenced park in the heart of Sutton near the High Street. On street pay parking. Wheelchair friendly but know that the park is on a slope. Dogs can be off the lead. There are two safe areas of play for kids, aerobic outdoor

  • Jim Wheeler

Nice little park, working across the road, went to the cafe, tea, coffee and a cake, nice little café, clean, good selection of food, also good prices, park, has a kids play area, a typical Victorian layout, and well maintained.

  • James Lockhart

Nice park, plenty of benches and flowers. Can get very busy as it's the only park around Sutton town centre. Unfortunately there is graffiti on a few of the trees and some of the benches are broken :( but all in all nice park.
