Number 1 SPA in Marrakesh am a real spa gourmet and always visit the best spas on vacation. when I arrived in Marrakech, I experimented with several spas, but I was not satisfied…until my friends recommended me to visit the Marajah SPA i fell in love with it from the first minutes . the staff is very friendly, caring and polite. I was taken care of like a real Queen!!!!I want to note that in the spa, sanitary cleanliness is like in surgery, you don’t have time to leave a mark, as they immediately clean it up, in the dressing room they were waiting for me a heated bathrobe and a towel, which was nice to put on a heated bathrobe on the body and girl take me to the hammam, where unreal pleasure awaited me. the scrub ritual, special body products, combined with the professionalism of the girl who did the hammam ritual for me, gave me true relaxation and pleasure….The hot hamam completely relaxed my body, disconnecting me from reality….I was also offered a fresh bottle of water in the hammam, which made my stay even more comfortable. then I was taken to a relaxation room with a wonderful design, relaxing music and sweet treats with hot Moroccan tea and the girl put a cool towel with a wonderful aroma on my face, the aromatherapy moment was wonderful and at that moment I felt that I was really in paradise))) I was offered choose the smell of massage oil. and while I was relaxing, they gave me a foot massage, it's really a complete pleasure. then I was taken to the massage room, where a girl with delicious massage oil gave me an hour of massage, pleasant quiet Arabic music and professional hands of the masseuse made me feel like 7 heaventhe massage was really professional. I will definitely come back next week to this spa ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recommend to all my friends. this is deservedly the number 1 SPA in Marrakesh‼️‼️‼️

After being quite nervous because of a previous hammam experience, I booked in for a massage at Marajah SPA and was looking forward to a relaxing 60 minute massage. The treatment price was more expensive than surrounding competitor hammams but I was particular about the area being segregated as a hijab wearing woman. They explained that I would be a in a separate cabin and there would be no men working in the spa which was imperative to me. 10 minutes after my appointment time I was hastily ushered into the women’s changing room, given a robe and told to change. When I exited the changing room, only in my robe, I saw there were multiple men present in the corridors and entrance to the shared area of the spa. Embarrassed and upset, I ran back into the changing rooms, got changed and left without my treatment. I felt incredibly uncomfortable as I was expecting women-only facilities as that is what was sold to me. It's an understatement to say that this was a complete breach of trust on the spa's part. The staff should have informed me that there were male guests present and to make matters worse, this hammam is located in a Muslim country, where I certainly did not expect to encounter such a blatant disregard for religious norms. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and let down I was regarding this experience. I hope that this review serves as a warning for others and encourages this establishment to change their ways and recognise the importance of respecting their customers and taking the time to explain to hijab wearing women that men are present throughout their establishment and to only change into their robes when in the private room. This experience was not only unacceptable but also utterly disrespectful. I urge other Hijabi women to be cautious of this establishment and go elsewhere for their spa treatments.

I'm typically not one to give negative feedback, but my recent experience at this venue was truly disappointing. Despite having a reservation, we endured a wait of over an hour before finally being seated. Upon entry, we faced another 20-minute delay before the hammam session began. Communication was a struggle due to the staff's limited English proficiency. As the treatment progressed, products were applied without any explanation, and unfortunately, one of them triggered an allergic reaction in my friend, which lasted for a frustrating five days. The only highlight was the mit scrub. Moving on, we received a lackluster foot rub in an adjacent area, followed by a half-hour wait for a combined massage and facial. Shockingly, what was presented as a facial turned out to be an aggressive extraction process. We requested them to stop, but our plea fell on deaf ears. As for the facial steam, it was scorching and damaging – it actually caused my lash extensions to fall out. Despite my concerns, the staff briefly adjusted the steam and resumed the process. The massage itself was underwhelming, leading to a prolonged period with a towel covering my face. What was initially meant to be a 3-hour session stretched on from 9 pm until 1 am. The steep cost doesn't align with the conveyor-belt atmosphere of the establishment. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this place.

We used to have hamam and massages in this place since the premiere opening. The experience was just great then. But now, it’s being like a factory. The staff doesn’t care about the customers, it’s just about money. They don’t take your appointment seriously and they have the habit of over booking. When you complain about the waiting time and the bad consideration they always serve you the same excuse that it’s the first time it happens. In reality they don’t have enough staff to handle all the bookings. As a result you may expect more than an hour of delay. I booked for 7 people, we ended up at 5 friends in the hamam that could obviously receive only 3 persons. I had my scrub with my friend’s feet in my face! As for the massage, after 45 minutes of waiting. the noise of the air conditioner was the cherry on the cake. It’s a shame this place lost its cost and welcome atmosphere. They closed for refitting the place, but nothing improved : same small changing rooms, same old with hole bathrobes,… very disappointing when I know how great was this place.

So guys me and the wife eventually made our decision that we are going to marajah Spa, we done alot of online digging and thought this would be a safe bet!! I was totally blown away by the hospitality and the treatment this place offered 10 out of 10 and I really mean it!!! From the start to finsh everything was amazing could just be our luck but wowww! The hammam was carried out by two professional women one was named najma & the other aminah ablsoute amazing well done to those both to create the experience . Followed by a beautiful refreshing tea and some delicious biscuits and then a beautiful foot massage before going into the main massage area which was upstairs. The two ladys to carry out the massage named farah & khadijah amazing amzing I fell asleep & had to be woken up by my wife ! Thank you guys for making this special I would not look any further if your looking for something classy clean and the job done well then this is your place hope this helps or answers anybody deciding where to pick in marrakech!

A good experience where they really pamper you. I went for the traditional package with a 30 min scrub and 1 hr massage. The massage itself was only 45 min and they left me to sleep for 10 mins, the massage was also a 6/10 compared to the ones I usually get from trained practitioners in the UK. The scrubbing was ok but a little uncomfortable and don’t think it was good for my skin, my skin also did not feel super soft after, compared to when I use an exfoliant. While in the Hamam, the woman (misuse) kept opening the door which was very disruptive for the experience and was also uncomfortable with other staff women peeking in while I’m lying almost naked.. I also felt like the woman was in a bit of a rush and that translated into my experience. They have a lot of bookings so the women are probably over worked and in a rush due to that. However, it was a one time Moroccan experience for me, would probably not do it again.

Very nice experience overall. I do recommend this place. But there are some things they could do better. Firstly, there is a lot of noise everywhere, and it does take away from some of the relaxing atmosphere that i was quite honestly expecting from a spa treatment that i paid 1150 dirham for. While in the hammam the employees had loud conversations in the small room we were in. Secondly, we got quite thirsty in the hot room, so we asked for water repeatedly, but nobody brought us water. We were naked and covered in clay so we had no way of getting water ourselves. Other than these minor annoyances the spa treatment was very good for its price. We had the most expensive one which lasted for 3 hours. Feeling super relaxed and fresh after full spa treatment including facial treatment aswell.

The waiting time was half an hour, despite the fact that the reservation was made in advance. During the wait, no one at the reception even offered water, which for me is extremely strange in a place like a spa. There are a lot of people in the cloakrooms at the same time, noisy, which indicates a complete lack of organization. This hammam is more like a factory, where everything is buzzing and noisy, in the bath part it is impossible to relax, which significantly spoils the impression. Second part - the massage was already in a calm environment, as it should be in a spa. There are much better hammams in Marrakech where customers are given attention. I have impression that this place just concerned about taking more tourists at one time and making more money.

My only hamman experience so I don’t know if it’s traditional or not. Pros: -Place is nicely renovated -Tea and cookies is a nice touch -One of the few hamman opened in the evening / nighttime - Lockers with keys - Nice and friendly, let you choose amongst a choice of three flavours of oil Cons: - You will be naked in one of the cubicles yet the sliding doors don’t seem to close fully while you’re inside - The waiting room is mixed gender but you will be just covered in a robe - Did not experience black salt and massage is quite soft - The staff are chatting and laughing in Arabic throughout in the hallways, not very attentive and not very comforting for someone who doesn’t speak the language I would probably try a different place next time

We booked the signature one and It was 3 hours long. However we were in there for almost 5 hours. We were made to wait for a very long time in the reception area and then inside the relaxing area . The hamam was good and the staff who did our hamam kept checking if we were doing alright. Our massage included body and face massage. The body massage was relaxing but I would not recommend getting a face massage as it can be really harsh on your skin. I was left with a mark on my nose and it stayed for next three days. Most of the staff doesn't know English at all, so if you don't speak Arabic or French, it will be a struggle to communicate your needs. Over all the experience was alright but I don't think it is worth for 1150 MAD.

Attentive, caring and personal service. Lovely team who really know what they’re doing. We felt cared for from the minute we stepped into the spa. We booked the Royal package and had a private couples’ hamam. 1hr of black soap, oil and clay in the Hamam then a foot & half leg massage in another room after s refreshing mint tea and yummy biscuits. Then upstairs for an hour-long massage. Lots of time to relax and unwind. It was our 5th day in Marrakech and we needed it ;) On front desk and organizing everything is a fabulous young woman who booked a car for us to get back to our accommodation. Book this experience in advance though, these guys are often booked out!

When we first make the reservation, we were 2 men. We later changed this reservation to 3, because a woman friend of us was going to join us. Unfortunately she couldn't come and we decided to go alone. The surprise came when they told us in front of reception that they could not serve two men alone without a woman in between because it is a women's spa. I understand the company's policy, but no one informed us the first time we called that two men could not go alone and that it was an exclusive women's spa. You made us waste our time. Terrible organization and very bad information.

Amazing experience. Spa was super clean. Robes, flip flops and disposable underwear provided however you can keep your own underwear/swim bottoms on if prefered. We had the cleopatra package which includes a private hammam and then a hot stone massage. The ladies in the hamman were fabulous and made us feel super scrubbed and buffed. We then stopped for a little rest and tea before being whisked off to a separate massage area upstairs where I had the best massage ever. 100% would reccomend. No men unless as part of a couple with a woman.

My husband and I had the traditional hammam and we loved it! We were seen straight away. Najou and Isabella were so attentive and spoke in English. Robes, underwear and flip flops are provided however the bikini is quite thin so recommend taking your own! We had the hammam first using black argan soap, floral shampoo and clay face exfoliater! Then we were served mint tea and biscuits with a foot massage followed by a full body massage! You get to choose between 3 oils for the massage! 2 hours for 580 dirhams per person! So worth it

This is a great experience and my partner and I really enjoyed it. The scrub, massage and face exfoliating were great. We would give 5* but for timings. We booked the signature session which was meant to be for 3 hours but we were finished in 2 hours 15 at best. I mentioned this and after a discussion we were given 15% off the cost which was fair. However, management should look at this as timings have been mentioned elsewhere on other reviews. If this is sorted then definitely 5* from us next time.

This is my first ever negative review - I really only want to give positive ones but this time I have to say, I was soooo disappointed. Wanted an authentic, relaxing experience and it was hectic and under resourced. Queues for showers, 45 min waits. And we had a booking. Paid approx 100euro each for 1hr45 and spent most of the time sitting in a freezing cold dark room, or in a generally busy area. To put that in perspective, that's more than 2x fancy dinner and drinks for 2. All show, no substance.

The Spa was beautiful and everyone was friendly. Everything was very organised. We had Le Royal package and enjoyed a very hot steam room with body scrub and after a whole body massage. The massage was very pain full on my tummy but after three days it feels perfect and it was really a cleansing, so it was very good for my body. I would definitely come back next time. What i didnt like was the very small changing room and the very cold airconditioner there that made me freeze after the treatment.

Came here for a facial. Facial treatment was good but overall experience not great. I felt very rushed. No refreshments or even water provided. They told me they only have women in the spa (I wear hijab) but turns out they have both genders in the same area sanctuary area. I would have gone somewhere else that offers more privacy, had they been transparent. I had to wait for 30 min in the change room until my mom finished her massage. Not worth it at all. Two stars bc facial, itself, was not bad.

An entirely non-existent massage. We booked a massage for 5pm for one hour and arrived accordingly. At 5.10 we were ushered through to the waiting room. At 6.10pm we were still waiting in the waiting room by this point the nonchalant staff had lied twice about rooms being ready so we realised our time was being wasted and chose to depart. Marrakech has so many wonderful options for massages and hammams, there is no need to go somewhere so unprofessional, disinterested and dishonest

Super experience! Wonderful spa in the heart of Gueliz. We appreciate the hammam ritual and scrubbing and the one hour relaxing massage. Very beautiful spa inside and tea and biscuits and water offered. Everything is at disposal : peignoirs, flip flops and towel and disposable underwear. You can choose the smell of the massage oil. Very good experience. We would go again. The personal looked sometimes tired but it is more shyness, when they get more comfortable the smile again.

My friend and I both had a fantastic ‘couples’ massage from Khadija1 & Ramia. We opted for the energizing Tonic massage and were not disappointed. This was a full body massage, (back, front, feet face, head) but the ladies were happy to adapt this as we wished. Clean facilities with changing rooms, showers, etc. Also, great communication as we had to move the time of our booked massage and were able to do this via WhatsApp! Highly recommended. Waw! Such an amazing experience! At first I was a little sceptical after reading a few reviews, but most were positive. So we booked it anyways. And what a pleasant surprise it was! The place is beautiful and clean. We had the Maraja Signature. It was my first time at a Hammam, and it was really good. The scrub, and massage was really nice. We felt very much relaxed after a busy few days in Marrakech. I would love to go again if I am ever here again

Me and my partner visited DEC 2023 and booked Royal Package Long story short I literally fell asleep as soon as the full body massage ended and was given short time to relax. I truly felt £120 for both of us was very very cheap considering the experience. It is supposed to be 2 hour but we were in the spa for just over 3 hours. Nice shower facilities and everything is provided. Hats off to the staff for making it Muslim friendly for my wife.

We went to Marajah spa and had the Royal couples treatment. It was beyond incredible. Nagwa and Nesreen treated us to the Hammam. Nadia 2 and Farah treated us to massages. All 4 of them were incredibly professional, kind, and had us feeling so relaxed and wonderful. The place is exceptionally clean and wonderful. Thank you so much for such a wonderful Hammam experience. Come hydrated and ready to be treated like royalty. It was amazing!

Good massage but the hammam was really disappointing. The lounge area was busy, cold and loud. My hammam room was right outside the break room and it was too loud for me to relax. There was a steam machine in the room which was also very loud. The scrub was not as thorough or strong as other hammams I've been too. The bathroom lock was broken and there wasn't much attention to detail. It didn't feel very professional for the price.

I had a visage , didn't quiet like it. The scrubbing wasn't done properly and too much force applied to extract the white heads i have marks all over my face now all this and i still don't have smooth skin Massage was great though ( they do a short hand feet and head massage during facial) But no facial massage! Surprised! I thought Dublin has worse facials than Pakistan, but they've defeated Dublin!

Visited the spa today with my sister and had a really lovely experience in beautiful surroundings. We went for the royal package and it was very relaxing. All the ladies were very attentive and polite. Our skin feels so good now after the scrub and oil massage. I was clumsy and slipped over at the end of our visit and a kind lady was so helpful and caring. Would highly recommend.

You get what you pay for. I opted for a 1.5 hour treatment, it took 3 hours with 1.5 hours idle waiting in between. If you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience as a one off holiday treat to yourself, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a cheap scrub and massage then it might be your place. Also there are men around so if you cover then keep that in mind.

We were very welcome in the spa today by very professional ladies, It was our first time trying such a treatment and we were surprised for the best We came out feeling clean, relaxed and well rested! The whole vibe was very calming and the place is designed beautifully Definitely worth the money!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who comes to Marrakech Thank you!

The hamman and massage were nice, but the place is overprices. Bath ropes are very old. The ladies of the hammam and massage do not speak english at all, so you can’t communicate. The hamman is super noisy, and at the end in the shower they do not have proper shampoo, or hair conditioner or other amenities. The price js exaggerated for the level of the service.

Place is pretty and clean inside, but massage services were delayed about 45 minutes and quality was below par. We got the feeling that the masseuses were already very tired in the evening. The hostess was friendly though, and explained that our long wait was caused by a big group before us who arrived late, and even offered a small discount as an apology.

Came for the 2H Royal treatment with 4 friends. We all thought it was honestly incredible. The women were all very kind and professional, despite a little language barrier they were always smiling. The hammam room experience was amazing and the massage very relaxing. We felt it was like heaven and have all left feeling very relaxed. Thank you!

Would give zero stars if I could. Was looking forward to a relaxing evening but you’re greeted with rudeness and poor service which is not how anyone wants to begin their spa experience. Ending up leaving as we were sat there for so long and ignored by staff. Recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a nice time and value for money.

Really good Hammam experience, nice staff. We had the Royal experience (1h Hammam + 1h massage) and we really enjoyed it. They gave us disposable underwear (just the bottom part), a bathrobe and flip flops to go around the hammam (you can wear your bikini if you feel more comfortable). The massage was so relaxing. Really recommended!

I had the best experience at the Hammam. Coming from the UK for holiday, the hammam was a new experience to us. We were blown away by how sweet and good the staff was at their job. Terrible service, don’t expect your appointment to run on time. No one even communicates it’s running late, girls at the front ignore you when you arrive and just playing on their phones. Absolutely no communication that appointment will not run on time and when you ask for an ETA, they say “I will check” and then disappear.

I had the 'Tonic' massage at Marajah Spa, and was very happy with the service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the massage was great - those ladies are strong! It was exactly what I needed after a few days in the Atlas mountains. The service was professional and I felt well looked after. Would recommend.

Got a Royal treatment with my partner and loved the whole experience! We really enjoyed little details like a small break after hammam with tea and treats. Beautoful space. The only cons are that it’s cash only and hammam was a bit too long for our liking, it got very hot in the room at some point.

This is *the* place to go for a hammam and massage: you can stop researching Marrakech spas and book here with confidence. Toraya gave an expert hammam - such care and thoroughness; and I received the best massage I’ve ever had from Meriam1 (the one but not the only :)). Truly A+ treatment.

A very good first hammam experience - very nice staff and calming space, with mint tea and biscuits between treatments. We had Miriam (one) and Samira for the hammam and they did a very good job, making us feel at ease. Our masseuses were also excellent. Came out feeling fresh and relaxed!

The Hammam and it’s staff were amazing. The appointment was a bit delayed but they made up for it. The service of the lady scrubbing me and the lady who gave me a massage (leena) was amazing. Very kind women who keep checking on how you’re doing and really do their best to satisfy you

What a great relax after spending a few days in the desert. The interior felt very luxurious and the staff was professional too. The only downside is that you don't get a receipt as a proof of payment and that you can only pay in cash. Just something to be mindful of when coming :)

I had the signature Marajah spa treatment, which included the hammam, facial and massage, and it did not disappoint. Very elegant surroundings, I felt like royalty and left feeling super relaxed. Fatima was a fantastic masseuse and beauty therapist, I highly recommend her services.

Amazing experience. My husband and I did the Le Marajah Signature. We had a great time. The hammam was great and the massages were the best. Better than anything l've had in Canada. The facial was good too. Miriam 4th and Soukaina were great! Highly recommended!

Bad service, We made a reservation in the morning for 8 o'clock in the evening, we waited over an hour and did not receive service. After contacting the manager, we were told that we would have to wait another half hour, a humiliating and shocking attitude.!!!

Nice spa experience! 450DH for the tonic massage. My massage therapist was excellent. The locker room area is very small, as some of the other reviews have noted. Luckily it was not busy when I was there. Staff was all very nice and the place was very clean.

I went today and it was a 10/10 experience I had the Berbere package. The body massage was the best I’ve ever had and it was from a lovely lady called Farah. I suggest you request her. Her back massage was amazinggggg. Feel like royalty in this place

I had a lovely experience and the lady that I had was so friendly and always smiling. She made me feel very relaxed and made my experience great. Wish the Spa accepted card though, they only accept cash. Though there is an ATM just round the corner

Fantastic Hamam experience. My wife and I had the couples signature package. It was amazing all the way through. Would highly recommend this place. Only thing (not a big issue), signature tan for 2.5hr but mentions 3hr on the website.

My wife had a wonderful experience, the 3hr Marajah. She was especially pleased with the environment, the quality of services. Note that if you are dropping someone off there is a very nice Cafe on the same block with outdoor seating.

We loved our experience here! It was the first time we went to a hammam and we booked the royal package. We truly liked the products that they use for your skin, which are from a local brand in Morroco.

Great place and very friendly staff. Had “The berber” package. Hammam was extremely good, all the treatments done perfectly. The massage was fantastic and very relaxing. All in all: highly recommend!

1h20 of delay, and waited in a very crowded corridor during this time. No keys for the lockers, staff was overwhelmed. For a place that offers premium prices, forget about an exquisite experience.

Very friendly staff and clean environment. Go to place in Marrakesh if you would like to get a hammam and massage. They offered us free mint tea and biscuits as well which is always a bonus.

I felt like Tutankhamen. Or like a Persian prince. Unforgettable experience, totally recommend it! I had the Berber package with my girlfriend for 720dh each.

I found it a bit to noisy to really relax, and didn’t find the facial that special. I loved the Hammam. Most staff were not uninterested in their guest.
