Good no Great pizza here. Much better than what I have been having lately from other establishments. For those who follow my Reviews, I rate based on: 1) Quality of Product/Food ★★★★★ - Excellent Pizza! ★ - Very disappointed in the cold mass produced marinara dipping sauce for bread sticks (guys you do great pizza, that means you do great sauce and that means eliminate the cold mass produced marinara. It tastes nothing like your pizza sauce. You need to know your staff so graciously provided me and my family a cup of your actual pizza sauce and also warmed it! (See section 2) 2) Employee attitude, knowledge and general work ethics ★★★★★ + a sixth ★ - I'd consider yourselves very lucky to have the 2 that waited on us. They were everything you could ask for in everyway and should be considered for management of the next franchise you open. Marinara sauce mentioned above is one example, THEY BUSED OUR TABLE!, I'd repeat that for emphasis but you get the point. They genuinely care about the quality of their own work not just what is asked of them. DO NOT LOOSE THESE GUYS BY NOT ASKING AND LISTENING TO THEIR OPINIONS! 3) What could have been better or needs improvement ★★★★ I know owners want more in this section and typically I have plenty. 5★'s are not easily given by me but the marinara was the minor issue that needs attention. I realize it's provided by a distributor and lowers bottom line but pay close attention to your competition (J to the E to the T to the 'S) they do not sacrifice on price or quality and you guys compete on their level and to me that's a complement. My opinion is you should provide a cup of your pizza sauce to patrons and toss the prepackaged cold stuff that is falsely representative of your excellent pizza sauce 4) First and last impressions of my dining/takeout/delivery experience ★★★★★ You won me! I'm your customer! Good job guys! I respect your food, your style, your employees and your decor! let's leave out the dipping sauce mentioned above (marinara) in this section! Lastly, all I've got to say that's less than positive is bulk dipping sauce! Otherwise It's safe to say you're doing well! For those that skim these long reviews I'll leave you with this: Don't miss out on the great pizza and bread sticks here because of skimming over me saying to ask for warmed pizza sauce in a cup instead of the packaged sauce simply put that would be terrible!

DONT BOTHER CALLING! Ridiculous phone call, never got around to ordering anything because we couldn't get past our address, in Hermitage, in huge subdivision....Villages of Riverwood. After being put on hold several times, being disconnected (or hung up on) we gave up trying to place an order for delivery with this place. The big problem...... We are in a new house and the map they were using doesn't have our address on it. Our street ends on many maps 5 or 6 houses before ours. I assured them the house was here, the street goes all the way thru now and they would have no problem finding it and getting here. The young lady then put a manager on the line and he then told me they didn't deliver to the "left side of Dodson Chapel." Are you kidding me?? Told him we are on the east side and that we saw one of their delivery cars in the neighborhood a few minutes ago while out walking the dog. That really flustered him! It became clear that they couldn't handle the "problem" and we told them we'd order from Dominos, Sals or Mozzarella's who deliver here all the time. I've never had a more ridiculous call with another human being...or 2, first a young girl who needed her manager to override and then the man who advised no delivery on "left side" of Dodson Chapel...the manager? After that, I wouldn't order from here if it was the best pizza in Nashville! Absolutely beyond belief.....sorry Marcos, we order pizza at least once a week, but we won't be ordering yours!!

I went here for the first time and the young lady who assist me was very nice and kind but the food is awful . All you tasting is thick bread nothing else hype about this place. The chicken wings is gross to the cinnamon square and the cheese sticks and the pizza just plain nasty. My hubby wanted me to take A off day from cooking but you see why I rather eat at home....... When I make A, review I'm very honest and your wasting your funds coming here. I could barely get one Pizza down not good. It's to expensive for nothing!!!!!! Beware

I love Marco's and I believe the associate name that assisted me yet again is Samantha! Samantha is an absolute gem! Always kind and very professional. What she doesnt know is this is my 4th time interacting with her by phone or in person and her level of service has been nothing short of amazing and very consistent. These have been some unprecedented times and some of the service received surprisingly have been been disappointing. To think some of the associates that work for these companies would be more pleasant, especially with so many that have lost their jobs. Marco's, thank you for still ensuring that customer service is priority!!

So, feb 14th valentines day. These guys are making sure everyone on is on point and asking if we need anything and smiling, and just really cool! Macros Pizza is steppin up and i eat a lot a pizza and workout to eat more pizza lol! Tried the gluten free and taste good actually. Old world peoperoni is slick crispy yummy! And the dippin sauce isnt my fortè but the pizza sauce didnt seem to throw anything off so it may be a different blend. Anyway! Thank u and we drove all the way from antioch to enjoy ur shop! Thanks for the pie!! The dood thay check our online app order out was really attentative too!! Everyone rocks!

My wife and I saw Marcos on an episode of Undercover Boss. We’ve had it at other locations but this one is the best yet! The person who took our order on the phone was polite and repeated our order back. He gave a time when it would be ready. When we arrived our order was ready to go! The person who rang up our order even checked to make sure the special requests we had were correct! Everyone was very friendly and our food was great! We will be visiting Marcos again since we live close. Thank you to the entire staff!

After DoorDash messed up my order and left me and my family without dinner I called the restaurant direct to figure out what happened. Talking with Crimson she explained what happened and was very helpful. She retook my order and made me feel listened to as a customer. Needless to say she handled it perfectly, took care of the customer and got the tip the DoorDash would have. She deserves a raise… period it’s hard to find good employees like that.

I ordered two pizzas with thin crust instead they gave me thick crust.I explained it to the employee so he made it over,while I was waiting the manager (Jeremy)came out and took the pizzas they made a mistake on,so I asked him what are you going to do with the pizza he made a mistake on,he said give it to my employees that’s coming in later,wow!I also ordered a salad they forgot the cheese and the pizza they remade was still wrong Jeremy was very unprofessional and it’s not a good look on Marcos Issa!

Currently my family’s favorite pizza. They have a really great Italian grilled sandwich. Their pizza crust is much better than those other chain places. I recommend trying the pepperoni magnifico on thin crust. My only compliant is that my last couple of carry out orders said to pick up at a certain time frame. I show up at the latter end of the time frame and still wait 5+ minutes before the pizza comes out of the oven. I chalk this up to being a busy place because it’s good pizza.

Went to pick up pizza. Paid for it, worker cashed us out and then left. Sat for 20 min and had to walk back up and ask again for pizza. It has been sitting there the whole time. So pizza was cold when we left. When I asked to talk to manager I was told she was manager. The only thing she offered was to make us wait longer while they made us another one. Not very worried about customer service. Never offered a discount. Last thing I wanted to do was wait even longer.

Our new go-to pizza delivery is also our new go-to sandwich and salad place. Thin crust anything is superb, also a big fan of the subs and chicken. Delivery folks are just precious, always friendly and professional. (Roughly 12 deliveries so far, and every.single.driver has thanked me for the tip. People...tip your delivery drivers, come on!) Excellent website makes everything clear and customizable. Love the food, the people and the business model!

Happy to report that manager Jordan reached out to me after a sub-par experience and definitely made it right! Just picked up an order and everything is perfect. Happy kid, happy wife, no kitchen clean up! Everyone has "off" days, I must've just happened to be there for one of them, but Hermitage Marco's corrected the issue in all facets quickly! Great pizza and great service, Jordan, you won a customer back today!

Absolutely superb!! The New York Style pizza is AMAZING!! Excellent customer service! You can tell each pizza is made carefully with much attention to detail! Also, they even remembered my name. This store has such a personal feel with the excellence of a brand. They consistently go above and beyond. Very impressive. Highly recommended.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. They put canned mushrooms on it. EW EW EW it threw off the whole taste of the pizza and they were just thrown on the top not even baked on the pizza I will never order from here again

There pizza is my favorite! They have the best gluten friendly pizza hands down, and my husband loves there pepperoni pizza. We love there pizza so much we drive 30mins to pick it up.The facilities are very clean, and the staff is always very friendly.

Clean, fast, friendly service. Staff was knowledgeable and patient with me. Pricing is fair and their menu isn't cluttered. I do recommend for a causal dine in. The pizza was cooked really well and you could tell they don't skip out on quality.

Great simple Italian-American food; pizzas, pastas, subs, salads. Great ingredients. Everything tasted good. Wonderful service, too. And this store opened its doors (and its heart) to help tornado victims. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Pizza was pretty good, service was pretty quick and friendly. Paying cash at the counter I was shorted $10 out of a one hundred dollar bill in change. Always count your change, because many people cannot, or they are just crooked.

I simply can’t understand why, if Marco’s has been around since 1978, it took them so long to get to me. Love the New York crust. But there is NO bad crust here. Just pick your favorite. This is our go to for family Pizza night.

It was great! Food taste good . The only problem was they did have a changing table to change my sons diaper. My wife went to the womens room and it didn't have one either! So invest in some changing tables for the babies!!!!!!
