When it comes to calling Maricopa County Sheriffs office after hours non emergency the operators are nasty condensending as if your intrupting them ...when tired of dealing with such rude attitude all you want is to speak with a sheriff , they obviously know the address your calling from even after giving it to them they ask again ..when requesting to speak with supervisor they dont like transferring and attempt to sound nicer, once they transfer you the supervisor also rube for intruotingthrm when saying yo want to file afirmer complaint they say that is to there discretion..no it goes information if an indent ent panel...people would be less nasty to the sheriffs office if there personal actually was nicer to start with .... we understand we can be difficult and the reason citizen are difficult is because of the attitude the personnel has towards the citzens

They have taken away my video visit permission with my husband for no reason. And refuse to give either one of us a reason. We have done nothing wrong, my husband is polite and does what is asked and helps out. Never gets out of line. But they pulled our permission to visit. Kind of sucks they have the kind of authority when the inmate is in compliance 24/7. Next I will be calling the news.

Was the victim of a vehicle burglary. Got told everything I did wrong even though the circumstances didn't allow me to stay in the area. Had to catch a flight at 6:30 very poor service. As a veteran and law enforcement I understand now why in big cities the public doesn't trust law enforcement.

Great place to park when looking for free parking spaces in downtown Phoenix if visiting an adult probation officer or stopping by the Maricopa County sheriff's department.. It's located just off Madison Street.. right across the street from the building, on the same side of the road.

I called 7 different number in the past 40 minutes just trying to speak to a real person on the phone SINCE their DATABASE NEVER shows inmates or their information! I'd give negative stars with how frustrated I am. I JUST WANT A RECEPTIONIST.

There is no excuse for torturing handcuffed detainees with obviously poorly trained k9s. The fact that they cleared the deputy responsible shows that they're unfit to wear a badge. I'd call them animals, but I don't want to insult animals

I went in this morning to the West Courts Building and was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating officer at the check through station. All officers and staff there during my visit were very professional and helpful.

They are a pathetic excuse for law enforcement. The police here do not know the laws and let their emotion and ego dictate their decisions.

Even though yes I did break the law and ended up here but the way they treat people is very inhumane and very very sad

The staff who answer the phones are by far the rudest people I have ever dealt with.
