Amazing customer service!!! After a horrible experience with Mattress Firm, I started searching for somewhere else I could purchase a mattress. I came across their website and decided to pay this location a visit. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a delightful gentleman named John. I explained to him what I was looking for and the issues I had with my previous mattress shopping experience and he was happy to help me. Even more impressive was that I showed him the tag from the mattress in my guest room that I really like that was 10+ years old, he was able to tell me all about it and while they don't make them anymore, he was able to tell me about all of the improvements they have made on the current models. They had a large selection of mattresses and John was able to show me the ones he thought I would like based on my preferences, and even explained the differences between the various options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. *Tip* If you sign up for their "Outlet Pass", they'll email you a voucher for an additional discount off of your mattress. Mine was already marked down to a great deal (less than half of what you would pay elsewhere) and they were able to take an additional $100 off. I highly recommend this place and will encourage all of my friends and family to check it out.

I gave this a one star because there is not a0 rating after spending over 1000 dollars 3 years ago on a new mattress and foundation with a supposed warranty it is sagging in the middle of the mattress and they will not warranty it because my bed doesnt have supports running from front to back it has 4 running side to side which I think is the standard for bed frames said they would make me a good deal on a new one do not buy from this store total crapp this was bought at the Terre Haute Indiana store I repeat do not buy from this store I bought a new foundation at the time I bought the mattress was told I had to buy new foundation to have warranty I repeat do not purchase anything from this store in my opinion they are total con artist they told me it was a problem with my bed my bed is a four poster and a weighs 1thousand pounds it is not a bed problem Marks absolutely lies about having any kind of warranty I suggest buyer beware better yet dont buy anything from Marks

My kids love there new comfy beds! I'm on the fence about my experience... 1. Initially I thought I purchased my items at a good price but then I was out shopping for other household items and saw Mattresses on sale for similar price with a better return policy. 2. I was told once the items leave the store the policy is no refunds... And u have to sign a form, stating u received the items and the items have left the store. 3. Customer Service wasn't bad but I feel like it could have been better. 4. I also had to wait a few days for 1 mattress to come in from another store or manufacturer. I should have received a call about one of the mattresses coming in, but I reached out 1st...

This is my second experience with this store and it was even better than the first. I was literally in and out within 10 minutes and I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Monique was excellent. I told her what I wanted, gave her my price limit and she got me everything I wanted (mattress, box springs, delivery, haul away, mattress cover and taxes) within a few dollars of what I quoted her. There was ZERO high pressure selling. She listened to me and steered me immediately to the perfect mattress for me and stayed exactly in my budget. This is a great place to find whatever mattress you're looking for. In just a few questions Niqui honed in on what our needs were, led us several mattresses until we found one we both liked, and then left us alone to spend a long time laying there to let us get a feel for it. Prices are great, and there's no sales pressure at all, but she was very knowledgeable about the products offered. We had the new mattress delivered within 48 hours! We've had it for almost a week and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!!!

We had a great experience at Mark's Mattress Outlet. We tried a variety of mattresses and the guy that helped us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses as well as firm vs softer mattresses. I didn't know that firm mattresses were better for back sleepers and softer mattresses for people that sleep on their sides. We found the right mattress for us and got it at a great price. Got bed in a box, all my budget could allow right now. I probably could have gotten cheaper at big lots or Walmart, but I needed to at least see bed and try, plus customer service is very important to me. She helped loaded it in the car, too. Mark's Mattress is a good place. I went there to look for a King size mattress with box stand. They had a very comfortable mattress which came with a smart frame. They got it delivered the next day. I am glad I went to this place. Reasonably priced and great service. The delivery guys were very efficient. They set the bed where I asked them to, fairly quickly. They didn't leave behind any trash.

After being overwhelmed and over sold at Ashley furniture, my mom reminded me about Marks Mattress, and thank goodness she did. Walking out with an entirely new bed, THAT I CHOSE, and wasn’t pushed on me, and thousands of dollars saved. I got myself a bed that I will have and enjoy for years! Had a great experience with Jeff. He was helpful without being pushy. He didn't hover over us and just let us spend as much time as we needed trying all the beds. We actually only went in to get a couple of twin beds, but ended up also buying a king size (2 twin XL) bed for ourselves with the adjustable base since we didn't have a pushy salesman standing over us.

Mike at East side location, Evansville IN, helped my husband and I find the best mattress for the price to allow support and comfort. He was busy the day we came in to the store, but acknowledged us and gave each customer his ultimate attention. Mark’s mattress Eastside location is my go to store when looking for a mattress. Picked out an awesome mattress for a fraction of the cost New. They were super helpful and let us lay on it as ling as we wanted.
