Came in today at 4:40 to buy a pair of work shoes. As soon as I walked in an older lady was rude off the back saying “if you want shoes why would you come 10 minutes before we close.” I had been working all day and it was 20 minutes before close and was just going to get the first pair I found so don’t know why it was a problem. Then had someone named Mike help me who was one of the rudest customer sales worker I’ve ever doubt with in my life. If he wanted to be as rude as he was to customers than he should not be working in the industry. I was so fed up with the rude service and belittling from Mike and the older lady that I didn’t even buy my boots. To make things worse I think Mike is one of the managers. Mike should really learn some customer service skills and treat people better if he doesn’t want to lose more customers for marks.

Absolutely terable experience. I'm a landscaping company owner and I came in for a warranty problem with my staftyboot. The warranty is 100 days and only 1 change. So even thou they start to break down around day 30 I wait untill day 90 to return the shoses as they only allow one swap. I was accused of abusing the policy as I've purchased 5 diffrent boots from them over my 8 year landscaping career and now request all of my companies employees purchase their stafty boots from elsewhere. Every boot I've purchased from them has the base of the shoes rips off and the steel plate or the steel steel toe falls out. The manager of this store is a very aggressive individual that loves to blame the customer for manifactors defects with there products. Do not shop at this location.

As far as I know Marks has always welcomed dogs in to their stores, we frequent the location at Burlington centre and our golden retriever is always welcome there. But when we decided to visit this location on Applebee a male store clerk asked us to leave because of the dog. The funny thing is another shopper with her dog was in the store just before us and she wasn’t asked to leave. I understand that the actions of this clerk might not reflect those of the corporation however if it is the policy of Marks to welcome dogs in their stores they should train their employees to keep their prejudices to them selfs.

Number 10 store. Good quality and reasonable price. You should definitely come.I was very surprised that the products are of such high quality and modern in this store that I came to for the first time. It is exactly what young people and young people will like. I also like it very much. There are also clothing and products related to occupational safety. PRICES ARE ALSO VERY REASONABLE. There are places where products that are not of this quality are sold more expensive. You should definitely come and you will be satisfied with shopping.

Unfortunately I can only give this a 1 star. Today I went into marks looking for a pair of work pants which marks is supposed to be known for but they had a total of 6 pants in the style I needed for work. It’s really getting annoying to drive to this store and find that nothing I need is ever available and I’m then finding myself finding it online having to wait 3 weeks for shipping. Marks is definitely not what it was, won’t be surprised if this franchise goes under if they keep this kind of stock.

Not impressed at all! I placed an order on November 27 that included items for both Christmas gifts and birthday presents. I received this notification on Dec 3, simply saying you’ve cancelled my items and too bad. The lack of customer consideration especially considering these are sale items. This is not acceptable; no call, no offer of alternatives or solutions. Just cancelled. It is now a few weeks from Christmas and I’m left without gifts and limited time to replace them.

I went to exchange something and I asked the clerk if they have a x large size he checked on his scanner and said no they didn't have it than he told me to go to Watertown store when I arrived the clerk said that they didn't have the size i was looking for and told me that the store i just came from that they have it in my opinion service was unacceptable

They are very high quality products. Definitely a store you should look at when buying clothing. It is one of the few high quality stores in Burlington. The prices are very reasonable. The products are of good quality. I definitely recommend it. Shoes, slippers, underwear, outerwear, men and women, young people, you should come.

Marks has gone down hill for a while. The Denver Hayes and Dakota brands are junk. Definitely not what they used to be. Jeans tear at the pockets after 2 wears. I have tried to return items with receipts to this location and are always treated like I'm trying to scam them. I no longer shop at this overpriced non-work wear store.

Stopped in around 5pm. Not very busy. My son was looking for something so I tagged along. Found a nice polo shirt for hubby but was ignored by the cashier, in fact she walked away from the registers without a word to us. Came back shortly and continued to ignore us. I put the shirt back where I found it and left the store.

If I could give this store a 1/2 star I would. Worst customer service! Came in for a warranty exchange, associates were incredibly rude and accusatory. I'm sorry your products don't last maybe you should get better products and if you don't want to offer a warranty then don't. Never shopping here again.

Very poor customer service at this location. The guy at the cash wouldn’t exchange my boots because I tested them at the office and not at home. Another store took them back no problem. Stay away from this location, they don’t honour their return policy. And wasted my time

The Manager who helped me, Matt was fantastic. He helped me pick the best option for work boots as I have a knee injury. It was the best option for me and it was a better price. He steered me to the best protection at the best price while not compromising foot health.

We had a number of purchases, exchanges and returns which we had to make. We were helped by Eric who was excellent. He was patient and extremely helpful. Great service made what would normally be a tedious shopping experience so much better. Thanks.

Went into the store today to buy 4 outfits and was told I could only try on 3 items in one visit....not a good way to treat your customers or get your revenue back. I will never shop at your store again and your staff have terrible customer service.

Had ordered some clothes online. Products were ready for pickup from the the store within a couple of days. I was able to take advantage of curbside pick up. There is a designated parking spot with a sign and number to call. They confirmed

I love that Marks carries a Tall feature on their Denver Hayes men’s shirts line. Have a tall husband and these shirts and sweaters are perfect. Had to order a couple and they arrived in 3 days to my house. Great quality clothes.

This store had a great selection of quality materials the place was well lit clean and was easy to navigate. The staff was excellent they were funny helpful And spoke to me about stock levels to tease me back in again soon

Went in quickly to purchase sweat shirt and basically got ignored by lady behind counter so I ended up just leaving it on counter and walking out. They are not helpful at all and they all seem like they hate being there.

Customer service is excellent here, everybody is so friendly and knowledgeable. Great stock too and very willing to search other stores if they don’t have it. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a while.

Bought safety shoes on the Saturday. Due to tight fit requested to return and exchange next Saturday. Store manager refused. I had to drive to another store where I got great service. Don't shop at this location.

A diverses selection of outdoor casual and work clothing for both men women and children. Huge selection of casual shoes and work rated boots. Socks, winter, summer, friendly staff, lots of parking.

Good sale on. picked up a couple of thermal gloves. Always staff available if you have any questions. Good place to shop if your looking for comfortable clothes and outdoor activites

They didn't have the items I went in to get even though the website said it was in stock. However, I still picked up few other things I didn't know I needed. Some good merchandise.

Poor return policies that make no sense whatsoever. Waste of time trying to be logic with this location in particular and will not return to Marks.

Staff was friendly and lots of clothing options. They've really changed their products and seem far more upscale but with an honest price point.
