Good day. We chose Mark to be our agent because we found that he sold Himself to us. Other agents told us many things that they were going to do as far as marketing the house to get potential buyers interested which Mark did as well, but he actually was able to sell us on his ability to close the deal. Jane was in Sales for a number of years and I have a background in contract negotiations. We both know how important it is to negotiate and close a deal. Couple years ago i got a chance to buy a house and mark was the sales person for that house, from the first time, he made the deal happen plus after that he sold my house and even with out ask him he reduce his commission when he felt that we did not what we should get because of the market that time, at the end i had some issue to get the mortgage so what happen he arrange the private mortgage through him sell and his ant and over all that mortgage done with out fee i really do not know how i thank you mark , you are the best .
