We have been using MarketBuy software since 2018, at first it was every so often as we were using a prominent online auction platform very successfully to the point where I was the #1 agent in Australia 2019 for the online auction company. I tried to purchase a property where the agent used Market Buy app and I am sharing my experience so people can be aware of the issue with this app. The agent involved was Paul Anderson at Ray White Bargara. I was bidding using the app and received an email 2 minutes before time ran out saying my bid had been beaten. I was told by the agent that if this happens the time extends. It did not extend and I could not place another bid. I was told by the agent that I was the highest bidder. I said that's not what the email said and I sent him a copy proving what had happened. He said it was because I used Gmail as my email account. This is what market buy had told him. I have asked for an explanation but have received nothing from either the agent or market buy. I know market buy have my email address because the agent cc'd me on his email enquiry to them at the time. So buyer beware especially if you are one of the 7 million Gmail users.

I have been in Real Estate for over 20 years but I have never sold my own properties before and thought with my experience it would be relatively easy, how wrong I was. I've been staring a "This site can’t be reached" error for the last 40 minutes while trying to check in on my property sale on Market Buy, which closes in a few hours. I've tried calling the 1300 number listed on Google, but it instantly hangs up. Tried reaching someone on Twitter, but no dice. As a first time customer of MB. and at such a critical stage of the selling process, this is unforgivable.
