Took my dog there for grooming but they didn’t do a good job. They said they could take care of his breed but they couldn’t. I would have preferred they would have told me the truth so I didn’t waste my time. They do have a good selection

If anything employees in that shop are the rudest you can find and generally not interested in helping out or making suggestions. Simple hello or bye is beyond them. Plenty of other places to go to around Chelsea

I left work 40 minutes early and rushed to ensure I made it in time before the shop closed, to find two customers standing outside a firmly shut shop at least ten minutes before the advertised closing time.

I love visiting this store, the staff or friendly and the groomers are kind. and it's located in a lovely section of Chelsea.

It wasn’t opened on Sunday although it says that it should be open.
