"I would make a 0 star review if there was an option"
"It is a good store for food and grocery"

"I often go to the shop to take some packs of non-carbonated water"
I would make a 0 star review if there was an option. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. I go there pretty often as I work close and I like the food too but I prefer walking longer so I wont have my day ruined. One time I went and asked for some food I always get and could not find it , trying to explain the lady what I was looking she seemed that she didn't want to help me and the only thing she was saying was I don't understand what you are looking for and then she asked her colleague to help me because she wasn't able to. What I was asking was just a precooked pasta meal and she wasn't kind at all. Last time I went and asked politely if she could break my 20e note the cashier said : "I CANT open the till if you don't buy something". (Kinda yelling anyways). She could offer something or even tell me to wait until someone pays by cash. Meaning that people that working in customer service field need to be helpful and care about their customers. Thank you!
It is a good store for food and grocery. They have many vegan options also available. Also one can get great food items at a affordable price here. They even have 6 packet chips in 1 euro. There is most of times discount on many food items. They have vast options for sandwich. Also there are many varieties of fresh vegetables and fruits available here. They also have yogurt with 0% fat. For some fruits one can get 2 boxes for 5 euro. They have a huge collection of soups chicken soup, lentil soup is also available. They also have microwaveable rice at only 75 cents. Their pizza section is also great and they have 2 pizza and 2 slides at 14 euro. They have a extensive bakery selection and one can get all required breads from here. Near bakery section they also have many varieties of cakes from 2.15 euro to 5 euro.
I always shop in marks and spencer because they have the best quality food in the area. After two years of shopping in this store, yesterday after I paid for my shopping the cashier girl kept the voucher offer for herself and did not give it to me. Today, I shop again and another cashier just offered me my voucher as usual. You guys should hire people with work ethic. I would have given you 5 stars if this did not happen. I believe a store cannot be judged only by its products. I hope that you will take the necessary actions.
Great place to grab something quick for lunch. Lots of healthy choices. There are not as many options as the larger Marks and Spencer but the main focus is convenient food that requires minimal amount of prep. Great variety of prepared fruits and fruit salads and veggie salads. Lots of choices of sandwiches and wraps. So again a great place for something healthy for lunch and for the odd household essentials like milk, butter, bread, etc...
I often go to the shop to take some packs of non-carbonated water. It's been a lottery lately, it seems it is popular among other people too and the packs are there like 40% of time I visit it. If that's some weird way to force me to buy single bottles, then I don't get why it's on the bottom shelf deep inside, do they test my knees or something? Otherwise it's a lovely little shop. Not the cheapest prices but the quality is there.
Most of the staff are rude. Some can be nice but mainly unhappy middle aged women that feel like they don't need to smile or provide pleasant customer service. Actually couldn't believe I overheard one of them muttering under her breath speaking negatively about paying customers. Such a shame because marks and Spencer's have a high standard when it comes to produce. Pity the same can't be said for their grumpy staff members
I go to this story regularly and after tonight I wont go again until the staff are trained in manners. 80% of the staff have no training in customer services and are rude, constantly talking behind the counter and about the customers. Weekly I spend €80 in M&S. Budget brands like mcdonalds have better staff manners and appreciate their customer. It would seam M&S have no concept of customer services.
Forible rude and unpleasant staff in one of branches in Jervis shopping center My daughter and me was served by most upleasnt staff member last night around 6pm We was disgusted!! I just for mine goods not doing any exchanges or bringing goods back!! If she's can't work with public i would highly recommend her to work with animals
I often go shopping because it is close to home. The quality of the goods is very good, but the service of the guard in the store is very annoying. He keeps an eye on me. I went shopping again today and I was in such a bad mood that I just left. It's like being stalked. Is he discriminating against me because I'm Asian?
Very friendly staff. Something I’ve only noticed at this M&S shop is that they are very kind by putting your items in the shopping bag while all you need to do is to pay and say “thank you”. It is a smaller shop and as a result the range of products is not always as you get in the Jervis food haul.
I used to go here often but in recent months, there is less and less products. The Gluten free selection used to be good enough. The customer service is the worst and l used to be able to bring my dog inside (tiny chihuahua) and not anymore . Not a dog friendly space ... not a nice place !
Don’t go to this shop. There are bunch of teenage kids just outside of shop bursting firecrackers on the customers standing and finding opportunities to steal stuff. The guard who is suppose to keep an eye just looks and laugh and does nothing. Don’t come to this shop.
Nice to have an M&S closer to home than in the city! Generally good selection of food but baked goods unappealing towards end of day. (Also. what happened to the cereals? :( ). It's awesome when they run discounts. Great for treating yourself.
The quality at marks & Spencer is top notch. Great selection of products and produce. The store is well organized and you're certain to find unique products. Great for buying food products as souvenirs since everything is packaged so nicely.
Nice little shop with a great selection of gluten-free and vegan food. The staff is not very friendly but is efficient and helpful when you ask for help. The fresh food is expensove but also very good. Definitely a nice shop in the area!
I used to go here fairly often. In recent months, the selection has gotten smaller and smaller. What was once an entire wall of prepared food is now just drinks. The bread shelves are tiny and poorly stocked. It’s gone downhill
Good but like all m and s.stores In Ireland very expensive E.g. biscuits that cost 1 10 formely 1 20 jam and cream can be bought In Aldi for half that price After Brexit I cal only imagine how Expensive your stores will be
M&S is one of the best supermarkets in Ireland and this one is no exception. They have decent clothes in the store, although quite pricy, and in the supermarkets you always find fresh fruits and vegetables. Recommend!
Typical m&s with great food options and everything clearly labelled. despite being a small store, it's not too cluttered and everything is kept very clean. Plenty of people on checkouts when it's busy too.
Usually well stocked, service can vary from the friendly person who remembers you come in every few days to the downright surly which is a shame not knowing if you're gonna have a chat or sniffy 'service'
Great store, amazing staff, please may I thank siobhan who served me and went out of her way to help me as I now work near your store I will be a regular customer after receiving her assistance, Jean
The usual small M&S, reassuringly expensive but thats expected and their food is as good as supermarket prepared food gets. Handy location for Luas (mayor square) but parking nearby is limited.
Very nice selection of refrigerated and pre-made meals. Good options of baked products and snacks too. It was good to find 100% fruit juices. Efficient service and neat environment.
Produce is usually lacking. I have adjusted my standards to a city where you can buy half cucumbers, but still you will find under/overripe products here.
Limited selection, seems the shelf life here is shorter than other stores, but food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Quite a small M&S but a decent food range for its size. It's mostly food and drink though so don't go there expecting patio furniture!
Superb staff, friendly greeting in the morning...Always have my items in stock blueberries, strawberries and Greek yogurt!
Great little M&S Food with huge selection including good gluten free options. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful too
Staff airways friendly and helpful. This is a small convenience store, so stock is more limited than in their larger shops
This is a Food only M&S and has a great selection at that. Sandwiches go pretty quick at lunch time (as you can imagine).
Staff is polite & everyone does help you out. Milk n milk products are great. Reduced price items are such a bargain.
Always the best. Can't beat M&S for food quality. A good selection of food and groceries. Very convenient location.
Compact but very well stocked. Very convenient to pop into on route to Connolly station on way home from work.
Super efficient generally very friendly staff, great quality foods and the markdowns are usually superb value
Small but convenient and has a good range of greens, fruits, basic meats and cold cuts, and bakeries & vinos
Small but has everything for a quick shop. Lots of ready made meals including a hidden wine cellar. ;)
Always good to come here, a bit expensive But worth it, the quality is great and the food is amazing
This shop is beside national college of Ireland and is so handy for students to grab a lovely snack
The store has a decent range of M&S Food product, I just wish they'd rotate products a bit more.
Small, busy but well stocked and convenient before jumping on the Luas.
