My shirts were not ready even 2 days AFTER the time they told me to come and pick them up. Didn't get any notification. I had to come from far as I had just moved. The second time that I went to pick them up, I thought I'd call. Tried calling twice, no one picked up. So I went there 'hoping' to at least get my shirts back and finally got them back. I don't recommend this shop but since it's probably the only one in the neighbourhood, they might not care about my message here. In any case: Good Luck!

This is the worst dry-cleaner I have ever experienced. They totally ruined an expensive shirt with stains coming from their wash that won't go away. The shirt is absolutely not wearable. I spoke to the owner and to the employees several times. They were all very agressive, and the owner didn't offer anything to make up for his carelessness and I had to say bye to my tailor-made shirt. Will never be back and I advise you not to go either!

I have taken not one but two expensive tops here for dry cleaning. Both times in the space of less than 2 months came back Covered in marks which were NOT there when I took them in. First time was eventually fixed this time still has remnants of blue stains on a white top . I was told done our best there nothing we can do .The stains were NOT there when I took them in.

Consistently surly and overpriced. I would like to give them my business but every time I stop in or call I am met with the antithesis of customer service. Tip: the place on Bond Street next to Grumpy Baker is much more friendly. And generally a dollar or so less.

Rang them at 2.45pm saying I would be there in 10mins the lady on the phone said that's fine no problem. Landed outside the door at 2.56pm and they close at 3pm and they were shut even though they knew I was coming and it wasn't even 3pm

The best laundry in town,they did a perfect job for a absolutely fair price...And on top the owner is a very very friendly guy!!!

Crappy service. Required my towels at end of day but they closed and no towels for my shower tonight or tomorrow morning

Used twice and lost items both times, I can recommend and suggest you avoid

Friendly, fast and easy to talk to people and awesome service.

Been a regular customer of them and no complains yet.
