I had the worst experience of my life with an unprofessional employee of the company. Or was she a partner or owner? She asked me (the customer) to unload heavy roofing materials by myself out of the truck. When I pointed out that they have to take care of this, she goes: "Did I promise you ever that I'd come and unload the materials; Who have you been communicating with?" on and on. She calls back a good ten minutes later and says she never intended to say all that she said and says sorry but still insists it was my(customer's) mistake and asks me to pay extra money to the driver so that he could unload it. She follows up with another call saying that I've to pay for the transportation charges. It's no secret that behaving like a government service employee ends up taking the company to the levels of a government department. If they want to go in that direction, it's their choice. At the same time, future customers have choices and that is what they should exercise. So, avoid them you must.

I was searching for the terrace roof tiles and visited many places at Bangalore. But I was finally convinced when I spoke to Mr Shajin M Babu. The day I spoke to him, I have decided to buy the tiles from his shop. He was very genuine and trustable. Though there was slight delay in getting the tiles, i have convinced to wait and brought from him. Moreover, he helped me in finalizing the tiles layer (Mr. Anand) and even his workmanship is really good. I have attached photograph for ready reference. What I like the more is that he supported me throughout the completion of work. Thank you Shajin for the support and creating the trust on customers. Though we didn't have much time to interact and it was really a good interaction. We will catch up soon.

I have ordered terracota tile and these people's don't have their own transport they arrange highly costly vehicle. The communicating person is poorly knowledged and taking wrong informations in the orders. No Professionalism has been seen, They are money minded people. Don't really worry about orders reaching site at the correct address. POOR

I recently purchased some clay tiles from Mars Kraft. They supply excellent quality tiles and brands at reasonable prices. It does not stop there.... They offer technical help and advise too. All in all, a wonderful experience and I will surely place orders with them in future.

Firstly i had great advice and quantities on what materials i required, I ordered for some landscaping materials and it was delivered on time. The Staffs was friendly and helpful putting the materials just where I wanted them.
