I didn't know about this Marshalls, I'm used to the one on Fordham road, this one is smaller, less variety of products, not so much merchandise (at least not clothes and shoes, I saw they have more stuff for the kitchen and bathroom appliances) you can go there if you're visiting the area or something quick if you have money and free time, I found a few really nice things, the place is clean and the customer service was good, there was a few employees restocking and getting on the way but it's what it's, the line wasn't as long as others Marshalls so I'll definitely be back in the near future.

Horrible customer service, lady worker said I couldn’t have that mirror since that “wasn’t the real price” she then proceeds to put it behind the counter and asked if I still want everything else. I suspect she wanted the mirror for herself since the mirror is TikTok viral. She was also yelling and laughing super loud and sitting down on some of the lower shelves while working. Very unprofessional.

There was a female security guard following me everywhere. When a customer make you feel so uncomfortable to the point where you should be on his face you can politely ask him/her to leave the store so you can be at peace. Today is cold, people with big coats shouldn't be profiled, we are in NY, we don't wear shorts and flip-flops when outside is 50°

One of my favorite stores to go to on third avenue but for some reason they either open late or are completely closed . And I’m stuck going to Burlington … security is always present just seems like there’s poor management. I’m in there at least once a week and I see no leadership present . Usually a supervisor and a cashier trying there best.

The aisles were fully stocked with merchandise. There were more than seven cashiers attending the cash registers. There is usually a line that moves along as customers are dispatched. There was a DJ playing music, but that will not last since that was a promotional gimmick. This store is worth checking out.

Store was sloppy merchandiser, it seemed like everything was dumped on the shelves. I'm sure they must be suffering from a labor shortage like most retailers. Staff was busy but everyone I interacted with was very pleasant to speak with. I'm sure will improve as things normalize

Small but efficient. There is a parking lot near by, but it's not free. Theres a Burlington upstairs. None of the 2 do lawaway. Theres plenty of shopping stores and places to eat near by. The 2/5 train is walking distance. Theres plenty of buses in the area as well.

AWFUL STORE, Very small selection in shoes and clothes. The female staff is horrible and God forbid you forgot your TJMax card, they cannot look you up on their system and other short comings with a female manager that is inflexible and

This is a small store for a Marshalls , but they carry very nice things. I was looking to replace a carry-on travel bag & the selection was surprisingly varied , I was greeted warmly by the staff & will be shopping this location again.

It's good if you don't live too far from there. But this is one is one of the weakest Marshalls in the Bronx. They don't have nearly half as much as the one in Bay plaza and Fordham road.. same goes for Burlington in the same building

Don't mean to be so picky but I worked Retail Management for some time, and I'm just big on Customer Service. This location at times seemed to be short staffed and could be a little better at replenishing products on sales floor

These stores are conveniently located in the same building and have a nice selection of clothing for males and females and home goods. Also its very close to the 149th and 3rd avenue train station on the 2 and 5 trains of MTA.

Great store, even though they have good stock, is not well organized and careful when you come to the store with your backpack cause you'll be followed the entire time other than that you probably find what you looking for

It was 4 PM with ONE cashier. There was more than 14 people in line, and when the cashier called for assistance, nobody came up front. She said the manager was in a meeting. Please do better. - Sincerely a loyal customer.

ive been too others even in Manhattan, and this stores prices are expensive compared to others, very messy and packed not much of a selection, i rather go to Burlington upstairs way more to choose from and cheeper

I met a security lady called : Monica was too professional to help me out get what I wanted. Her customer service as excellent. I am happy I saw her. She deserves to the Manager instead.

Very store neat and friendly staff I wish I can give them a thousand star's. And the worker who help me put all items in the bag was super sweet. God bless them all always.

I'm disabled and can't use the bathroom,so I'm supposed to urinate on myself, very rude and disrespectful employees,i was going to drop $200.00,i left it all in the store.

Mashalls is a great place to shop. I love it. It brings me good memories when i used to go to Florida. Once there i never left Fl with out visiting Marshalls. CS from NYC.

There is nice clothes for any ages you can buy shoes ,dresses for prom for graduation, toys for Christmas. Christmas decorations chairs a lot of things.Is really Good.

Good place to shop. Not crazy about security. Still have a mentality where the color of your skin makes you suspect and security staff will follow you around.

This 3rd Avenue Marshalls is a smaller one floor store. This store provides the South Bronx community the same quality and pricing of other Marshalls stores.

Not a Marshall costumer I won a raffle gift card to marshalls so I went to use it,nothing there I really need s.i I bought an 3 ft artificail fig tree.

Cute clothes, a bit disorganized with the racks. But I always find what I want. Cashier's are fast. Gets real crowded after 5pm. So try to go earlier

I was lucky, I found cargo shorts that I liked & not expensive. The line was a bit long but it went quick because of all the cashier's

They need to stock up on everything, I do like the store. The only thing that changed is the staff and where they stock the items now.

This location is not that big but has everything you want to buy from different company's incase you need another option.
