My husband bought a $25 pair of pants at this location. They were the wrong size and he went to exchange them for a $21 pair of pants. The girl at the register returned the wrong item on the receipt and he ended up PAYING an additional $15. When we realized the mistake we walked right back in and told the girl. First she argued that it was the right price even though we brought the exact same pair of pants to her with a $25 price tag. She then got the manager because she couldn't figure out what to do. The manager came and after 25 minutes of standing there, hands my husband $3 and says have a nice day. I began to argue that she needed to pay him the $15 he unrightfully paid. She kept saying no, that, that money was going towards the pants. The pants he already paid $25 for. So now he is has paid $37 for a $21 pair of pants. I told the manager to please call whoever she needed to call but that I was not leaving until they paid him the $15. With a horrible attitude the manager sabrina ended up just refunding the transaction. Not at all what I had asked for. This stores management obviously needs to take some math classes and perhaps relay that information to their employees. She didn't seem at all bothered that her employee just put a pair of $25 pair of pants back on the rack for $7.99 either. So if your not in to paying extra money because of someone else's lack of basic math skills, I would stick with Ross.

Went in for exchange, never given a receipt for that exchange at all from older lady she jst traded it so if I need to return that set I can’t. … Younger Hispanic female opening in the front w the older Hispanic lady is rude to people . She seemed annoyed people are calling about hello kitty as if it’s hurting her pockets and not making sales in the store. Store associates need better attitude. Also found a shirt w no tags probably part of a set someone stole , normally they would put it on clearance rack which is where it was , but didn’t have a sticker lady wouldn’t let me buy it until “7 days” this location is clueless . Took them about 10 mins to even look up and see what the item was apart of and there was a whole line behind me . They didn’t even find it . Opening crew needs better attitude and proper training in the front . First time ever having a weird / off experience at this location . Store is changing for the negative. Should of spent $75 at the almo ranch location where everyone is friendly and happy to help.

My very first visit to this store & I was in a hurry, I did like what I saw as far as merchandise, brands & pricing; HOWEVER, it was very very messy merchandise just scattered all over the place (out of place), then again that is not the stores fault, it's the customers, I did see a couple of employees working hard at getting their departments in order, so maybe they just had a shipment come in, even though they were very busy an employee went out of her way to help me look for an item, overall great experience, yes I do recommend this store. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the store can do better, if only they hired more help because the employees I did see were very busy.

1 star only because the cashier was nice. Today truly was a disturbing experience. Honestly I never really shop at Marshall's but i felt like doing it. Everything was going good up until two employees decide to make a rude & uncalled for remark. These ladies were in the beauty section marking down merchandise & placing them on the clearance shelves. I was very respectful & standing a respectful distance while they were working. One of them dropped an item & said things are falling cause I'm being watch. Then the other employee says yeah i know what you mean & they both laughed. I was the only one standing there. Yes i did report them!

I always used to lump this place into the same category as Ross (which is a disorganized and dirty mess), so I would avoid it like the plague. To my surprise Marshalls is actually clean, organized, and didn't make me feel dirty just walking in the door. It is way more in line with a TJ Maxx than it is a Ross, but with more name brand selections and better prices than TJ Maxx...... if you're willing to take the time to do a little digging. Overall, it's a great place that's worth the time to drop in and do a little treasure hunting. You never know what you may find....... but you'll always know that you got it for the best price!

I needed to return an item that I bought a week prior, and I had the original receipt. However, I no longer had the original credit card that I used to make the purchase. I called ahead and spoke to the manager and and explained, and was assured that I would be able to receive my refund to a different credit card given the situation. When I arrived at this Marshall’s location with the item and the original receipt, I was told by the manager that they refused to honor their previous word, and would only give me a gift card. I do not shop at Marshall’s and have no use for a $200 gift card. Very poor customer service.

This Marshalls was well stocked, clean and neat. The quality of the merchandise is high and the prices are low. They carry almost no jewelry, but they have a higher selection of shoes and TJ Maxx. They carry women's, teen, children's, and men's clothing and shoes. They also carry exercise clothing, swimsuits, and lingerie for women. They have some pet products. They carry towels, shower curtains, and sheets as well as some Home Goods. I love Marshalls and I would recommend it to anybody.

Good selectio of merchandise and clearances. The long lines for check out presents a burden for seniors who have to stand up How about a check out clerk for thos population. A bench near the cashiers would also help. Thank you for your consideration on these suggestions. The clerks were very professional and respectful during my shopping trip today. The store was clean. Some of the corridors between the racs were too close and walking with carrying merchandise makes it awkward.

Poor selection of juniors. Double check clothing items before you buy. Most have stains, holes, ribs, loose threads, missing buttons. Also check zippers on pants, shoes, and bags, a few ive found are not functional. Really disappointed to see this in a big city like SA. I've been to small towns here in TX and outside TX with much nicer selection and quality. Also, the dressing room here is super hot and smells like mildew. Could hardly stand trying on things in there.

The customer service I received while here was amazing !!! I bought these huge vases , the staff held them for me while I went to go get transportation, had them wrapped, and without me asking- offered to carry them out . It was so sincere and I really appreciate it ! Christine the manager and staff is just awesome!!, not to mention great finds !!

I love this store...better stuff, and I got my refund back. Ross doesn't give refunds back, but I got mine back at Marshall's with my receipt of coarse. I give this store a 5. It was nice, clean and organized. Especially, the dressing room. I give this store a 5 star. I will definitely be going back. My experience was great...

horrible experience with my little sister today… I always dedicate my time at this store and have shopped for many years and to be told it was a new policy whenever i bring my employee discount card . I’ve never been notified at all was just embarrassing and I could’ve saved so much money .. disappointing

Well me and my nephew and his best friend were the last one's there. So that was a good thing. But other than that the employees were generous and kind to let us finish getting what we we're going for. Plus the store was nice and clean. Compare to other stores. And that's why I give them a 5 Stars.

This is actually one of the better Marshall’s in the SA area. The store is well-stocked and I can ALWAYS find good stuff here for my home. There’s another Marshall’s that is a lot closer to me, but I definitely prefer this one. The employees here are also very friendly and helpful.

Store was clean and organized for the most part, besides unthoughtful patrons who were throwing things on the floor and picking things up and not putting them back where they got them. They had good selections of merchandise and the prices were decent fpr a discount store.

I never go to Marshalls and I went today because my granddaughter wanted to look for something well she didn't find anything she wanted and I bought close to 100.00 kin things I probably don't need but I found at a good price. Store cashier was very nice and friendly.

What can I say, I love Marshalls!!! I buy my boys & hubby nike, tommy & polo here. Me & my daughter love there cute dresses and shoes. Saw the same red Ralph lauren shirt here for $30 & at Mays was over $60. Im a smart shopper & rather save money for other things...

Good place for discount clothes, housewares, shoes etc... The only downfall that seems pretty consistent has been the merchandise, especially the shoes and makeup departments, which have been disssheveled. Overall, though, it's a good place to find a bargain.

I like this Marshall's it is a nice clean store and all the staff are friendly the works will move out of your way when you are shopping even though they have a long line when checking out i like that they are fast and you wont wait in line for a long time

This Marshalls has been my favorite store to come to but upon my visit today I see nothing but dead crickets in certain places it’s absurd that I have to see dead crickets everywhere while shopping and no employee seems to care to do something about it

I know this store has real potential but lacks great Customer service and mediocre greetings if any...bathrooms are disgusting and cashiers are rude. Not very customer oriented or lacking human emotion. Like the one at register 6 at 4pm. Sad.

I went by on Saturday about 9:25 I was told I could not come in because I did not have a Marshalls credit card and that I would have to wait outside till 9:30... I decided to walk 2 stores down to ROSS and spend my $188 there..

Great store. About the same as a Ross Dress for Less. Maybe slightly more expensive selection of shoes and clothes. Well organized. Only two single bathrooms. Bathroom is sometimes gross. Friendly staff. Great prices.

everytime my family and I come over here we have people follow us around like if we are going to steal...or the will try and count t how may items I got in my ha hate this place

I love this place! Everything is amazing I always leave spending so much money but they have so many great things. The environment is pleasing and the service was great.

This site was particularly picked over during the holiday season. Lots of clothes and items off the rack. Wasn't a very good shopping experience at a Marshalls overall.

I went in, found my husband an UnderArmor jacket, paid, and walked out. All together I was in the store 20 minutes or less. The line was short and quickly moving along.

I really didn't buy much this time, I couldn't find the conditioner and soap that I usually buy. I try to use the restroom but it was so dirty and disgusting and filthy

Good prices but the lines have been terrible the last two visits. Most of the employees were in the back of the store while only 2 cashiers were on the register.

Will definitely shop here again, cashier and manager were very friendly and fast. The only thing wrong was it was messy other than that I found what I needed.

This Marshalls is so messy and the restrooms are gross. Always too packed also. Too many items are damaged---- and most of the shoppers are just trashy.
