I am usually a frequent shopper there but as of today I will no longer be shopping at Marshall’s due to The manager working on Sunday around 630 pm today she made me feel so unimportant , I was shopping I put my stuff down because I realize that I didn’t have my wallet to purchase the items that I had found That I had left it in my car so I realized at that moment that I didn’t have my keys as well but I must’ve put them down when I was trying on the shoes ,I was going to purchase , so I walked up to the front And asked this lady that was fixing the cart if anybody had found some keys she just nodded her head no and went about her business, I said excuse me can you ask anybody in the register ,she just said you don’t have to get like that ...I ask speak to manager ,she said I am a manager I said OK Wouldn’t it be the right thing to make an announcement overhead asking if anybody find the keys to bring them up to front , She looked at me clueless Like she couldn’t believe that I was asking her to make an announcement , I worked in management before and a retail and when a customer would comes up to me upset and worried I tried to calm down and try to comfort them and make them feel better and not just blowing them off like they don’t matter , Her customer service was absolutely trash , the lady at the dressing room was more helpful

horrible experience, cashier tried to double scan $16.99 item three times like I wouldn't notice , like I didn't just come in to buy two gifts. Like I wouldn't know math. When I corrected her and her half wits worker , she scoffed about it. Was rude and then laughed after I was walking away like she's some kind of hyena , or pig , if you value your hard earned $ DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will take advantage of the elderly and of course the ones with 0 perception. Be careful out there. -10/10 will not recommend to anybody.

Just a warning. The manager here will stereotype and profile. She didn’t have to say much for us to know she had the entire line of employees watching us. Her eyes were on us the entire time we shopped, which made it extremely uncomfortable to even pick anything up to look at.. She waited by the door clenching her purse and lurked as we stood in line. We bought our items and left. Will definitely not be returning to this location. Chill out lady, it’s only Marshall’s.

Whoa... It's Dec. 23, 2022 and 5pm, the line waiting to check out is so long, they have customers wrapping the outer walls inside the store and its just about 3/4 the entire store. I'm positive there must be almost 300 ppl waiting to check out... I went two doors down to Burlington Coat Factory, and it was business as usual... The checkout line must have been 30 ppl and flowed smoothly... Best of luck y'all MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

If you've never been to this particular Marshalls, then you're missing out! The Customer Service is IMPECCABLE and they ALWAYS put out new items as soon as they get new items in!! I sound like a commercial but I can assure you, I'm NOT! I'M just a shopper just like ALL of YOU!! It's a shame that not a lot of people value Customer Service anymore. Go see the Marshall's on S. New Braunfels for yourself. You'll see what I mean.

I've never bought so much stuff from here before, they marked down so many items it was hard to leave the store. And they are doing a great job with their workers. I've seen them cleaning and picking items and at the check out the dividers they have to make sure your not to close to someone else is awesome. I highly recommend coming to check out what they have because it'll be gone soon.

This locationnis always busy. It is always a hit or miss as the store is hardly ever stocked with items i am looking for. I waited in line outside the establishment during this visit, due to COVID regulations. I found what I was looking for but the check outline was too long for me to wait so I walked right out without making a purchase.

If you need any help finding something just ask they're very helpful... The only complaint is the perfumes is you must buy if you don't like them you have to return them, I held up the line just to open the boxes of perfumes to see what they smelled like on me before I left the store, Bad Policy.....

Good stuff at decent prices but this isn't the place to go look for something specific because their clothes is unique but fashionable you should plan to spend time browsing through all the different departments you'll be surprised on what home items, pet items. purses etc you can find at good prices

Just seemed like your normal Marshall's experience. The store could've been more well kept since we went close to the store being shutdown for the evening but I thought that it wasn't extremely messed up. No staff interaction. Just went in, shopped, went to the movie theater next door after.

This was one of the best Marshall's I've ever visited. Perhaps bec I was coming from out of state, but man did they have so much nice stuff. Despite being right after Christmas, they were not bare with everything picked over. They're also pretty big compared to other Marshall's I've been to

I love Marshalls. Usually a long line because it's Marshalls. I found everything I was looking for. I put 4 stars I walked passed the the shoe department, and it was a mess and almost empty. Look like they haven't stocked up in awhile so everyone was rummaging through what was left

I've always loved shopping here. Great clothes shoes and most awesome scented candles for a very reasonable price. I'm like a kid at a candy store when I walk in here. Yes would very much so recommend it to everyone who's looking for nice clothing at a very fantastic price.

Don't judge just because of the location. This is the best Marshall's in SA! It is super clean, organized and has an amazing selection. I used to go all the way to Blanco location or Stone Oak but this one is SO much better. Especially better than the stone oak location!

I love shopping at Marshall's but right now they are in transition so there's not much in the store. Update- still the same I'm disappointed that the Halloween section is so small considering I've shopped out of state and they had a better amd bigger selection.

I shop here for last minute birthday gifts and well priced clothes. It's always clean and the employees are always ready to answer any questions I may have. Always seem to get misty at the register and I have no complaints she's fast friendly and good looking.

This place is EVERYTHING!! Like Ross who?! You want some GREAT quality clothing, shoes, and/or home decor Marshall's is a one stop shop that does not get enough credit!! Go visit you will not be disappointed!! Trust me you will NOT want to leave!!!

Poor customer service. Manager Delia accused me of wearing shoes that I was returning and did not want to return the merchandise. Said would make exception and place in on a store credit, when receipt was present

This Marshall's location is a bit hit or miss. We've stumbled upon some hidden gems, but more often than not, it's a bit of a letdown, haha. On the plus side, it's well-organized, and the lines are usually short.

My husband and I visited this location today. I'm impressed with the floor plan and how well organized the store is kept. Lastly, the employees are very attentive and professional. Will be coming back soon.

Great prices for name brand items! Huge selection of purses. I just wish they had more mens in medium stuff as in underwear and polo shirts. I love this store and i love shopping here with my family.

I love this store so much, you can find awesome deals on name brand stuff and there is new merchandise every week! Employees are polite and welcome you every time you walk in.

I love the children's clothing. Not much selection for Adult women. The store it self is organized and clean. Way different from Ross. Employees were friendly and inviting.
