Compared to the Marshall stores that are in Beaverton this one's a little bit lackluster but it's not bad they do have an range of good stuff but not really up to my standards but it's not bad it's great if you just need to get something cheap you need to get out of there their shoe selection is really lacking but personally I think the store just gets a lot of traffic and that's why they don't have a lot of items. Super cool and friendly people well I usually get those folks anyways but yeah really great store to shop at? I ran in because as usual my little 4-year-old niece forgot her tennis shoes at her mom's house so I thought I'd pick some up and I got a great deal on a great pair of shoes for her. The best part about going here at the shopping mall, well you never get asked for money and honestly they do a good job of keeping those kind of folks out they got all of Portland and downtown to go ahead and do that with let's keep it that way..

They do not enforce mask wearing of their customers during a time of a pandemic. I understand the staff is minimally paid and it's asking a lot of them to enforce a mask policy. But Marshalls corporate could do better and hire security to help with that. This was not just one person, but a handful in every direction and they seemed to know no one is going to enforce it even with a sign at the front door directing them to wear a mask. Even when asked politely to mask up, the mask-less shopper responded they do not carry one. How do you not carry a mask after two years?? Thank you for contributing to the continuation of this pandemic. The deals are not worth it. Marshalls should do more to protect their employees and shoppers.

It's Marshall's. They are all the same. The staff here seem pretty cool and relatively content with the state of things. Pro Tip: If you are from Washington and looking for pro or college gear, the fact that it is right across the river in Oregon means that you will not find much or anything from schools or teams in Washington. You'll have to drive 10 minutes across the river to one of two Marshall's in Vancouver! (Alternatively, there seems to be no shortage of Oregon teams in Vancouver, WA stores...the merchandisers must just lump all of them in by the region and tag them as Oregon).

This Marshalls was very organized and there was staff that was overly eagerly helpful. Almost every three to five minutes I had somebody come up to us and asked us if we found everything we were looking for or if there was anything they could help us find. It was rather comical. But it made us feel like if we needed anything there was always someone right there to help. We found some great items and the fitting rooms were quite comfortable. The lines got a little long and right away more cashiers came to the front. They were all smiling and happy and made us feel very welcome.

My daughter asked to go here on. Sunday. I told myself that I wasn't gonna buy anything for myself but ended up spending $145 for a few of my daughter's items but mostly on the "storage solutions" I thought I needed at the time. What ever you do, make a list before you go in there and stick to it. If you happen to see something that makes you think "Oh, I could use that " then do NOT buy it and walk away from said item as quickly as possible. If you do purchase a non-list item then the flood gates will opened and there'll be no holding back. Stay strong. Good luck

Great starting! Greeted at door entrance with carts and again inside next doors. Customers not following arrows of direction on the floor. Customers not practicing 6ft distance or stepping away from merchandise and not far enough to get on their phones to TEXT OR TALK while the other customers are not able to get around them. The PA announcement needs to include that staff will ask Customers to step outside to complete calls or text if not paying attention to being the obstacles that they create for LACK OF enforcing 6ft distance or that the store would be back to CLOSURE.

i was there almost closing time. Only one person said to me welcome. And ask to me do you need anything. Other crews are way to busy and only one cashier opens the her account. So not many customers are there but still we were waiting more than 20mins( 3 people’s lined up) but so many great clothes, home style, seasonal items selection. I hope they hire security guards. I didn’t see any security guards Tuesday night. Anyway good place to shopping. Prices are reasonable and no sales tax. Parking places are huge.

If you love shopping and love finding hidden gems while you do, then you'll love shopping at Marshall's. Lots of name brand items and the gems I spoke of are interspersed throughout many of the well-stocked aisles. Store is clean, staff is fun and helpful, and during Covid, they are taking the necessary steps to keep shoppers safe. Check out is pretty quick and moves along nicely even when busy. The Cascade Station layout can sometimes cause traffic and parking issues, but a little patience goes a long way.

Marshalls is much like Ross (lower prices) but in some ways better. They have a lot of natural beauty and body care products like deodorant and natural toothpastes and even some CBD beauty products. I have shipped there twice recently for Xmas gifts and been able to find what I wanted. Oh even healthy pet products. The only thing that is in the least bit negative is that they cannot look up your charge acct info, but I guess that saved me a bill in Jan. Anyway, It's a great store.

staff is completely incompetent and the store is extremely bare and it’s obvious no one cared enough to make it look presentable I work at a marshalls store in another state, brought my discount card and was told i can’t use it even though it’s a company wide policy you can use your card in any marshalls/associated stores in any sate. Educate you workers on company policy and how to make a store look presentable because it’s extremely embarrassing on your store.

Not friendly to breastfeeding mothers! This location allows their employees to discriminate against breastfeeding women (which is illegal in Oregon) Perhaps Marshall's could EDUCATE their employees to this fact so they don't open themselves up to a lawsuit one of these days. If you are a breastfeeding mother (or if you know, love, and/or respect one) you would be better off avoiding this trash heap of a store.

I really like this location! So many deals and I found lots of stocking stuffers. They had at least 6 cashiers working so no big wait at all! The store manager is so nice. I really liked the whole team the ladies were all so happy and interacting with my 2 year old granddaughter! Felicia was so helpful with my gift cards!!! I’ll definitely be back soon just because of how nice your staff was.

Hated it! Prejudice towards breastfeeding mothers! If you want to feed your baby like nature intended don't go here! They will send you to a bacteria infested bathroom where the employees themselves wouldn't eat. The dressing room would suffice. Not to mention completely illegal in the state of Oregon to do this ! So angry hope the employees get properly trained.

Nice assortment of standard goods. Tax free and close to WA, so items sell fast. If it is not clothing and you can't it here, wander westward to their sister store, Home Goods. Staff are kind and helpful. Clothes are usually trendy, can be hard to find staple items in your size. Busy store, come early or late. Buy it when you see it! Stock changes rapidly.

Returned an item that they return for 6 instead of the 15 it was bought for because they could not figure out what item it was or find it on sales floor. Exchanged for the exact same item in a larger size (that I found myself) but had to pay more (they wouldn't honor the price when it was clearly the same item). Terrible customer service.

Probably the best Marshall's in the Portland area, in terms of cleanliness, organization and selection. As one of Marshall's "Shoe MegaStores", you get the best selection of footwear, and there's a bit more room to breathe in the aisles since the HomeGoods store is just a few buildings over. Avoid the parking lot on weekends, if you can/

I was hoping for more selection of athletic wear and socks. Minimal inventory of both. Maybe it's pandemic related, but the lines were long and inventory was minimal. A female Manager jumped on a register when lines were long to help out, and had a great customer friendly attitude. Employees were great, inventory just a bit low.

I did last minute Christmas shopping here and was extremely happy with all I found. On another note- I went there last night with only needing maybe 15 minutes to find a good shampoo and conditioner and they were closing. The hours on Google do NOT match their actual closing time. They now close at 9pm NOT 9:30pm.

I love this location. The staff is friendly, Darci the manager is so kind and goes above and beyond for her shoppers. With the new Covid rules it can be tough maintaining a safe shopping experience but this stores staff is doing a great job. So thankful that they work hard to stay open during such crazy times.

Great store, good sorting and choices of clothes. Took me not even 15 minutes to find and try on five different t-shirts that I wanted to bring back home from my US vacation. The location is perfect and convenient as it is close to the airport. Great for a quick shopping stop before catching your flight.

Nice store, pretty much the exact same thing as TJ Maxx and Home Goods since they are all partner stores. Definitely could use a little cleaning up, and there were practically homeless people wandering in there asking people for rides, which was uncomfortable. Security should take care of that.

Marshall is one of my top ten favorite shopping stores. The fabrics are high quality, can always find what I'm looking for and find cool guest gifts. The store in Portland has super nice employees, look forward to shopping there again. Easy to find from the freeway. Tons of parking.

Great! Never hear kids screaming when I shop here now! My mom had many children and never asked to breastfeed in a CHANGING ROOM. For God's sake the changing rooms are always full. Most the women I see will cover their child and still shop. How is that not a win win for you?

I love Marshals. It was my go to store back in NY. When I got out here to Washington, I'd only seen Ross... which can't compare really. Today saw this Marshalls and ran in! It's just as great(and bigger) as the best Marshalls back in NY. Tons of stuff I need or want!

Marshall is one of my favorite places. Their wool hiking socks are ~6x cheaper than REI and other sporting goods stores. While here I bought a short sleeve Calvin Klein shirt. While looking around 4 staff greeted me. Awesome customer service!!!

Prices are good but the return policy is very harsh. I tried to return some shoes that had just been tried on and walked across the carpet and they were nasty. Called the manager and I never did get my money back or even credit.

This is a small but busy Marshalls with rapid turnover of stock. The men's section is smaller than other Marshalls stores. You never know what you are going to find, and sometimes you don't always find what you're looking for.

I shop at Marshall's a lot. I've lived in a ton of different states over the years and this has to be the worst customer service Marshalls I've ever been to. Please train your staff to be kind to the customers.

Really like Marshall's. Its clean. They have clothing for entire family, home goods, shoes, lots of beauty products, purses, etc. Store is accessible and has a good layout. Get there early and beat the crowds!

It looked like the store was going out of business because there was nothing on the racks or shelves. I asked security and he said "this is how it is after the weekend", however it was on a Wednesday.

Shopping in Marshall’s is always a fun experience especially when the staff are very helpful and friendly. And the store is also very clean so it makes the shopping even more worthwhile.

Went into the store today and the line was so long that I just walked out of the store and did not buy anything, I won't be back for a while, it was not fun at all. Super slow checkers.

Witnessed on 10/19 around 7:15PM the security guard stopped a thief. Very professional and he greeted customers when they walk in. Marshalls should give him some appreciation.

The old lady that works at the register has terrible customer service skills. Extremely rude and discriminates people. Truly disgusted by her that I’ll never shop here again

Yeah I didn't buy anything when I was there so the service help was outstanding I was looking for polo shirts with pockets they didn't have any Cokes they had very few coats

Very messy, everything on the clothing racks wwas disorganized, they had size separators and NOTHING was in the right area. Trying too find clothes was a nightmare!

Place reminds me of Ross but seemed cheaper price wise. Selection was better as well being Ross seemed short on many items. Nice location near Ikea at the airport.

Please update actual hours online drove a long way to shop here at 11pm as it said online , upon arriving they said it was 10pm close and tomorrow was 11 .
