I went visit Martha Tilaar Cikini to get a haircut for my daughter, she had a very long hair until her bottom and loved her long hair very much. We had Mas Indra as her hair stylist that day, and our experience was wonderful. He was very helpful and attentive, also there was a lovely lady who came to check on what would us like to drink. When I was getting the receipt at the reception, I saw they have 2 Martha Tilaar instant drinks they offered us earlier with Ginger and Lemongrass flavors and I bought 1 box each for total of 50K. Overall I really recommend Martha Tilaar Cikini, I will definitely return after Covid-19 to try other treatments they have at the Salon and Day Spa.

Pertama kali datang, front desknya gak welcome, gak senyum, gak info2 jenis2 terapinya apa aja (qta yang nanyaaa terus mba nya cuma jawab sekedarnya), kesannya kaya gakbisa bayar, padahal sy treatment jutaan dengan teman saya, dateng pake mobil gak ngemper. Gimana kalau yg dateng pake ojek, melengos kali itu mbak front desknya. Untuk terapist yg pegang saya baik, helpful dan enak treatmentnya. Treatmentnya standar sih kirain ada yang berbeda gitu dari spa atau salon kecantikan lainnya dengan harga yg sampai 2x lipat spa lain. Overal tempatnya bagus, bersih. Tapi ya gitu deh, there's no wow experience.

Agak deg2an sebenernya pas baca mixed reviews nya. Tapi tetap datang dengan bismillah dan keluar dengan alhamdulillah karena experience aku benar2 bintang 5. Keramahan, service, wangi, relaxing duh dapat semua di sini. Pas datang dan setelah pilih menu treatment, kita di ajak ke area tunggu yang relaxing banget dengan wangi dan musik nya + kaya semi outdoor, ada suara gemericik air dan hey ada kura2nya kolamnya :) Treatment aku di handle sama mba Reta, puas banget. Semua di jelaskan dengan detail dan pijatan nya sesuai request. Ada diskon 10% kalo kamu punya telkomsel poin. Rekomen!

Saya memesan wajah putih, whitening facial care, but after treatment my face ia becoming merah(red). Thr therapist squeezd my face without any technics and did not cool down enough. Very painful and the service cannot worth it to money. And the therapist keep recommending upgrade me very expensive package or additional service. 페이셜케어 완전 비추입니다. 미백 패키지라 피지를 짜는줄 몰랐는데, 완전 무식하게 짭니다. 휴지로 마구 누르고 얼굴 전체를 그냥 작은 쇠를 이용해 긁어냅니다. 사후 진정팩도 안해주고 비타민씨같이 자극적인 세럼 도포 후 마사지라면서 얼굴을 계속 만집니다. 돈 내고 피부 버리고 싶지 않으면 절대 가지마세요... 얼굴 마사지 포함이라고 하지만 그냥 손으로 두드리는 수준이지 데콜테관리 이런 건 절대 없습니다.

Most terrible experience I had for facial in my life.!!!! It is the worst place in Jakarta. Will not recommend to anyone. The product use on my face smells strong chemical and my skin immediately got rashes and feel damaged. I have to leave half way of the treatment . I have to pay 1.6M for one hour torture. The staff is very rude and not gentle on my skin. I asked for discount and they still insist me to pay full price even my skin got damaged....intentionly the staff recommended the most expensive package

td saya facial & creambath perawatan standard~ dan cb perawatan hand&foot spa, orangnya ky asal2an kuku saya dikomenin.. menicure jg gak diselesaikan tuntas. Terapisnya bawel, malah curhat... saya jadi gak enjoy... tujuan refreshing kurang tercapai... suasana Marthatilaar cikini biasa aja~ Sejauh ini saya lebih suka di Marthatilaar Malang (jl. semeru) dan Marthatilaar surabaya, atau jogja. di sana Terapis nya lebih ramah, profesional, dan suasananya bikin rilekss bgt.

Very disappointing. Bad and lazy blow dry- I ended up looking like not having one at all. Hair therapist also tricked me into having a hair spa treatment instead of a simple creambath (I even had clearly told her beforehand that I didn’t want any extra hair spa treatment what-so-ever but she still managed to give me one without my consent nor knowledge anyway and revealed it by the end of the treatment), which led me to pay more than what I actually asked for.

Saya ambil paket Body Treatment dan Totok Wajah. 120 menit untuk Body Treatment dan 15/30 menit untuk totok wajah. Padahal saya baru mulai Body Treatment (SPA) jam 16.05, tapi jam 17.30 sudah selesai berikut dengan totok wajahnya. Kecewa dengan harga yang dibayar ga sesuai. Untuk tempat nyaman banget, terasa asri. Namun parkiran sempit, dan saat datang awal gerbang di tutup jadi harus memutar dulu untuk memastikan tempatnya buka atau tidak.

4 bintang yang kuning untuk: -cozy banget tempatnya -ruangan spa nya homy, nuansa klasik, dan musik2 yang bikin relax -pelayanannya murah senyum 1 bintang yang kosong untuk: pengalaman yang belum 100% terpuaskan karena 2x ke sana dpt ruangan pojok dan selalu lama kalau manggil terapisnya... seperti ga kedengeran baiknya ada bel di dalam ruangan spa nya supaya gampang kalau panggil2 terapis. so far so good :)

Had a body treatment package. The service was top-notch, really relaxing, and the ambience was great even considering the relatively small building, it was an old building converted to a salon, after all. I think price is very affordable compared to other spa center in JAKARTA with similar quality. Also, the staff was friendly and I love how easy the online booking/reservation is.

The timing is good as it opens at 9am. It is clean. The rooms are spacious. It is an old house that has been converted to a spa. Rooms are big and clean. For people who are clustrophobic this is a very good spa. They use good amount of oil which is good for the aromatheraphy massage. They have steam also if you want. It is a bit expensive though.

Selalu suka treatment disini, karyawan dan therapistnya ramah-ramah, pijitannya juga aduhai. Sejauh ini selalu puas dengan treatmentnya. Cuma sinyal di Martha Tilaar Cikini (sisi body massage / kanan dari pintu masuk) susah, kalau mau healing dan me time sih enak ya, tapi kalau harus standby pegang HP kurang akan susah banget

A very comfortable place, very homey with fragrant aroma and soothing music. Greeted by friendly staff and given excellent service by professional therapists. the treatments are very diverse. whatever your body needs must be here. don't worry because during this pandemic all use health protocols.

the price is not makesense, only for blow without washing the hair, the price very expensive, also the result wasnt good! better i go to the other salon which ceaper than here but the result better than this place.I have been in another salon and the price very ceap and the result is amazing.

Tempat potong rambut, makeup, spa favorit dari tahun 2018. Layanan yang disediakan variatif, untuk menggunakan spa treatment kita perlu booking beberapa hari sebelumnya, dan bisa di hari H untuk salon. Staff sangat ramah dan friendly. Minuman favorit saya adalah lemongrass dingin ☺️.

I take chocolate rose spa here. Massage and service is good. Drinks are offered before and after treatment like ginger, lemongrass, and tea. Treatment room has old ethnic vibes. Area is quiet. Towel smells unpleasant. Overall still recommended spa place.

I think it came with preferences and whether or not you feel good with the the hairdresser's work. So far, I have a particular hairdresser to do my short hair, so I can say I am satisfied with his.

The facial accupuncture is good. But when I came to have a blow dry, seems like they were short of staff (though there was not many guests). Place is nice, kinda old. Suggest to do some upgrade.

ini nyaman banget spa nya, ada ruangan sendiri masing2, massage nya enak, aroma nya juga enak banget traditional tp mewah… harga sesuai dengan pelayanan nya di sekitar 500-1jt untuk body spa.

I like the ambience here. It has professional hairdresser. The price is also reasonable. They provide warm ginger tea or ice lemongrass. The choice is yours.

For hair salon only. Expensive for a very mediocre haircut. No aircon in the salon, beside me starting to sweat the stylist was litteraly dripping.

Got my hair cut there and the result was awesome. The stylist was very keen and the atmosphere was calming. Definitely would like to go back there.
