To be honest, I did not really understand quite what estate agents do for their fees, and know that they have not always received the best coverage in the media. However, from my first interaction with Steven Eustration at Martin & Co, right through the entire property sale process, I have been extremely impressed by their attention to detail and help in what turned out to be a very challenging sale, and I now understand that they are underappreciated and undervalued! Dealing with the probate sale of your parents' property whilst living over an hour away, during lockdown, and holding down a full time job was always going to be very challenging - add in numerous legal and procedural issues, and the entire situation could well have been a nightmare. However, Steven's help and intervention - particularly in acting as a communications conduit between the executors, buyers and three sets of solicitors - was key in ensuring that the sale went through as smoothly and quickly as it possibly could have. I cannot recommend Martin & Co at Stonecot Hill highly enough, and Steven Eustration in particular, to any other potential buyers and / or sellers.

Me and my partner decided to look for our first flat together mid august so 1st step we looked on comparative websites. This fortuitously led us to Surrey/Sutton Martin & Co's agent Conor Mustoe. Long story short he was able to secure us our perfect 2 bed for a reasonable price in Tadworth, the property though privately owned by the landlord is managed (extraordinarily well) by the afore named company. Conor was bright, receptive and kind; never condescending considering our lack of experience and 'silly' questions and even advocated for me, OH and our son over arguably a better candidate for the flat because in his words 'It's his job to make the best matched tenants to landlords and properties', I've never met an estate agent so considerate. Conor communicated with us more as a friend than someone we were paying that to be honest I could have paid double the very reasonable fees and it would still have been worth it. We moved in a week after seeing the property and have never been so happy. To cap it off Conor and Martin&co found us a home not just a flat, forever obliged to this company.

The entire team at Martin & Co, Sutton Etate Agents are wonderful people to work with! Steven Eustration and Gianluca Formica in particular have been very supportive throughout the entire selling process. Steven took the time out to meet with me at my flat over a weekend and gave me some very factual information about the market condition by the end of last year. He managed to reason with me to lower my asking price to a more realistic one that suited the current market conditions and within 6 weeks had found me a serious buyer. Having had my property on the market with another sales agent for 12 months, this blew me away! Gianluca had to deal with all my meltdowns and stresses throughout the entire process as well. He was very understanding and personable. They were both very patience and helpful, especially when I almost pulled out of the deal. I have been very impressed with their level of professionalism and service. I have and will continue to highly recommend them as leaders in their field. Steven Eustration of Martin & Co Sutton Surrey handled the sale of our fathers house. As we haven’t used an estate agent in many years we’re not in a position to make any comparisons but I would not hesitate in recommending Steven to someone wishing to sell their house in this area. From initial contact to completion Steven was able to keep us abreast of all that was occurring. He assisted with preparation of the house prior to it being put on the market, importantly he was able to recommend both house cleaning and clearance companies who both performed an excellent job. Steven handled all the house viewing whilst keeping us up to date on comments and responses from the potential buyers. Once an offer had been made he liaised between us and the buyer very effectively. Finally as the sale neared completion Steven managed to keep everything moving in the very rapid schedule between exchange and completion dates.

He was sensitive to our requirements and had a very positive attitude, whilst being realistic about the state of the housing market at the time. Never thought I see this day, COMPLETION ! Conor and Steven have been marvellous and managed what several other local larger Estate Agents promised but couldn’t deliver: Martin & Co speak to you, they answer the phone, they tackle the tricky issues (of which there were several in this case). Conor, what a terrific young man, really worked steadfastly to find a buyer and monitor this sale through to completion. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more and I’m delighted that the weight of all this has finally been taken of my shoulders. Martin and co acted for me as both a letting agent and recently selling agent. With regard to the letting they were very efficient, found tenants quickly who stayed for nearly two years. Most recently they acted as selling agents and handled this very efficiently if not .Always helpful and will try and help. The staff, particularly Steve Eustration and Conor were very polite, knowledgeable, and keen to help. Would use them again, letting rates reasonable selling fees a bit toppybut they performed.

Very good experience with this estate agent, from Steven Eustration's initial visit to the property, through the marketing process, the open days held, and up to the final sale. The only delay was the Probate, where Steven's estimate of how long that process would take was a lot closer to reality than the Probate Offices website.
