Let me start of with my service experience over the years with B4W, mohanlalganj and though I have many instances of the poor work quality the reason why my vehicle was getting serviced here regularly was due to convenience only. This is the latest experience I had with them or more precisely my father had with them. The vehicle (Maruti Swift Dzire) was given for paid service during June 2023. When we received the vehicle along with it came a bill of 8k which to me was reasonable since it was a paid service. But when I went through the charges, one of them stood out the most which weas for wheel balancing and alignment. I had recently purchased a new set of wheels in the month of March 2023 and in the process had got the wheels balanced and aligned in front of me. However, B4W claims to have aligned all 5 wheels and charged around 1k for the same. On enquiring further I was told that they do not have proof of the same through on premise CCTV recording. Also, to add to this when my father received the vehicle, since I was out of station, the vehicle had not been cleaned from the inside nor was washed properly. So to sum it all up for you, the owner of a maruti vehicle, if you;re in the market looking for substandard service of your vehicle then this is the place since the quality of work here really suffers and I have been seeing it since 2019. Also, if anyone of the staff here at B4W, Mohanlalganj replies to this in response saying this is not the case and I should provide proof then I'd be more than happy to share my contact info and have that discussion in person. All in all poor service, lack of oversight and well sort of a monopoly in the locality makes them a bad choice as a service provider for your vehicle.

Last month i had gone for service of my ritz car . After service a noise started coming from car .after few days i went for correcting it . They checked and said engine mounts were weak and asked to change them . Even after changing engine mounts noise was coming . I went again this time they said steeing is at fault . Though before servicing steering was absolutely in good condition . They changed bush of steering and asked me to change steering which was costing 32 thousand rupees. This time apart from previous noise started coming from steering too. I came back home after few days . I kept a filled gas cylinder in dikki and the noise was gone . To be on safe i went to another service station . They found shockers were at fault they changed the two rear shockers ( costing rupees 32 hundred ) and a link rod and did griesing and reseting of steering .All problems were solved noises resolved . I would like to ask customers going to this service center what do they say about this . Ofcourse the staffs were attentive.( I think they were just fooling )

Today i send my Celerio car for 2nd free servicing from this maruti authorised service center but when the car was delivered, I was shocked to see the poor status of cleaning. It appeared to me that either vaccum cleaner was not used at all or it was used very casually. Raised the complaint immediately for which some corrective measures done but still remains unsatisfactory besides the menrol agony which i have faced. Let's see how they perform in the next servicing

Very congested place. Untrained technicians. So much so congestion inside the workshop that chances of getting your vehicle damaged are very high. I myself had one such experience recently when my car was rammed from behind while in the process of getting it ready for delivery after service.

Superb support. Well behaved workshop and sales force. Workshop is enough spacious. Body shop is functional. Some cemented and full width ramp at the front will increase the beauty. Caution! Do not rely on any verbal commitment of any sales boy, cross check it with officials.

Service is good but not exclusive to nexa.. Customer lounge requires improvement in every field be it magazines books newspapers snacks pantry, everything needs overhauling!!

For vehicle service it's a ok ok workshop they make unnecessary service active which is not required, just to increase your bill.. Not happy with recent experience

Nice staff behaviour, showroom is around 15 km away from Raebareli district and Raebareli-Lucknow Highway quotation is attached for maruti Swift on road.

How ever advisors are good but quite off the root for lucknowties. And cleaning quality is low and mainly unwill never get full satisfaction.

Little bit congested for parking etc but staff, bodyshop work for Maruti vehicle under insurance claim etc is very good and appreciable.
