Thanks so much to the staff at Mathers Blacktown today. Especially Hayley who was very helpful in finding the perfect fitting boot for my feet and leg (Hamden size 6.5). The bonus was it was a great discount. I tried different boots on and she was honest (if the boot wasn't suitable in appearance) and didn't push the sale if I wasn't happy. She also was patient and helpful with my son who is quite fussy with shoe fittings. She tried a few things to make shoe comfortable, but unfortunately it wasn't suitable (obviously not her fault). I had 3 children requiring school shoes. Hayley was brilliant. Her knowledge and expertise was fantastic. She picked the appropriate footwear based on my children's needs and current trends. She also recognised issues that our GP and podiatrist informed me of previously. What an asset to your store. 5 stars!!
