They don't send text message if the package has already arrived. They don't deliver in the nearby areas. I wouldn't really know if my package has arrived if I wouldn't check the tracking number but not all people has the luxury of time to check the tracking number always especially PHLPOST website takes so long to load up during daytime and only functions properly after 9pm which I am already asleep. ‍♀️

I only get my postal ID today, but that was requested last year of September 15 (8mos). They told me they will text and call me when the ID will be delivered, but none from the personnel of post office did it...it was stocked at their office instead, so I initiated to come personally to get it. Bad experienced, I only have 2years left to use my postal ID, for it will be due on 2025

They told me 3 failed delivery there are no one to received how did that happend, their office is open Mon-Sat 9am-7pm. Or they never tried to deliver.
