Went in yesterday with my laptop due to battery issue. Technician assured me he would get a quote from their supplier and send me a quote by COB yesterday. It's now Tuesday and not an email nor did he call me back! pathetic service boss. Will take my business elsewhere. Store was better run when manager Anthony was their!
