I had the opportunity to work with Matt on the sale of my co-op in Park Slope and purchase of a condo in Greenwood Heights and highly recommend him for anyone in need of a real estate agent who will look out for your best interests.  As a native Brooklynite, Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and was a tremendous resource to us on both transactions. On the sell-side, he provided fantastic guidance on pricing strategy + staging, resulting in a bidding war among eight offers (all well above ask) after just two open houses, which were standing room only / lined up out the door.  It was clear he was looking out for our best interests when helping us navigate all of the offers he was able to secure. Thanks to Matt my two bedroom coop apartment in Boerum Hill sold in record time during a period of high interest rates when there was really not much movement in real estate. Matt laid out the whole process the first time I met him and everything went like clockwork and ended up selling exactly in the time he predicted. He assembled a great team of refinishers, stagers, cleaners, etc. and I had total confidence in all members of the team. Matt, working with Scott Klein , helped us through every detail of selling our coop apartment for an excellent price. It was a difficult process because we had lived there so long. Matt found us people to update the apartment, do staging, move things to storage, and eventually, move out. He even took me to a garden nursery to brighten the backyard.
