I would like to commend all the staff I have dealt with in the Ringwood Office of Maurice Blackburn but in particular lawyer Suzy Bec and paralegal Conor Beveridge. I found Suzy to be very warm and friendly with an excellent knowledge of workplace accidents and claims. She was able to explain the processes honestly and in terms that were easy to understand, making a daunting process seem 'normal'. I not only value her opinion but trust it. Conor always quick to answer any questions I had or provide extra information on a day to day basis. A great 'go-to person'. During the process of an IMA (Independent Medical Assessment) for an Impairment benefit Conor managed the booking and paperwork, which was a little daunting for me. I had an excellent outcome receiving a lumpsum payment which was more than I had anticipated from the process. Without the assistance of Suzy and Conor I doubt I would have received such a sum.
