I made an online purchase which I attempted to cancel within the 30 minute cancellation window by phone but due to time zone differences customer service department was closed and sent an email with this request. I called the following day and was reassured that my purchase which was charged in USD would be refunded in the same currency (my return store is located in Canada) and received an email stating my order would be refunded in full if returned in store. When I attempted to return my order in store the staff indicated they would have to recalculate the currency difference based on the date purchased exchange rate and did so for all items (it was a different rate I was charged on the date of purchase). I had been charged and paid duty to the store directly on the full order none of which was refunded. The staff's suggestion was to purchase in store next time as it was "easier" and after experiencing loss of money due to refund provided in CAD and duty paid I was offered a $10 dollar coupon. I have contacted customer service 3 times with no resolution and have most recently been informed I am waiting for 'Tier 2' customer to connect with me, most recently I received an email from customer service stating I am required to file an investigation claim with FedEx or a police report as the order was over $200 to pursue any resolution further. I would not recommend purchasing anything online if you live in Canada and unfortunately had an extremely poor experience in store when trying to return my order.

Lovely staff that are always happy to help. I went in looking for some dressier clothes as I was starting a new job and normally when I go into a clothing store and the customer service rep asks if I need help finding anything, I say no, but I decided that I would tell her what I was really there for and she started shopping for me as if we were best friends! She picked out some things that I never would have grabbed on my own and when I tried them on, I loved them! I was so happy that she helped me that much and treated me like more than just a customer. I didn't even need to go anywhere else as she grabbed me so many things that I was set! Beautiful people there with great attitudes. Always my first stop if I'm looking for clothes!

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the mall Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The sales where clear, and the husband was out. With his son, and a big lip he would pout. Confused by sizes, colours and price Customer service were clear, friendly, and nice! My son was excited to pick the gift. Sales service was friendly and swift! Leopard two piece was clearly the winner, My Son is clearly a cloth spinner. You compliment is paw patrol sweater And his ego is bigger than ever. Thanks Maurices! My wife loved her Christmas gift!

I used to go to this location all the time. The staff would pull clothes for me when they came in that they thought I would like. I stopped going for a while as the people that knew me there left to go to a different location. I went in today and I wasnt even greeted. There were no other customers in the store and the three associates were all standing around just talking to each other. Will not be going back. Make the trip out to the outlet mall if you want to shop at this store. You will actually get service there.

Horible service I was in their store in December a week before Christmas Dec/19 I came in by myself looking for something for my wife I picked up several items and was looking for sizes and price....there were 5 sales ladies walking around and chatting with each other.....not one of them approached me to see if I needed help I even walked by one and excussed myself this one never even kifted her head ...I guess they work by the hour ..

Love this store. Great suprise sales and modern clothes and work clothes for all shapes and sizes. The current manager sucks....not friendly or accommodating to customers. Offered a 10% discount for a damaged/stained top....and final sale. $2.50 off is not worth the risk. Not friendly at all....walks away without saying have a great day or I'm here if you need more help.

I only started to shop in this store earlier this year. Nice clothing for all different sizes. A lot of comfortable clothing and styles are not the same as other stores. Also sells footwear, purses, costume jewelry and sun-glasses. Nice store to check out if you're looking for something different. Sales are great too!!

I love Maurices clothing. The lace makes me feel pretty. I don't love that they've dropped size four. Largest size is now a three. This will limit my shopping there sadly. The staff are always kind and helpful.

Awesome staff. Very helpful. Know how to do their job. A nice change compared to a lot of clothing stores now a days. Went in a couple days ago and needed something ordered and it was their pleasure to help.
