Levi was the one who scheduled my appointment on 11/2. When i arrived on 11/3 he was rude when speaking to me. He said that he had forgotten to add my appontment into the system. I asked if they were still able to get the work done that day to which he assured me they would. He also took my number and assured me that i would get a call from them when i could come get my car. I went to run errands with a friend that was driving me around. After 3 hours i called them but they did not answer because they apparently close at 6pm. I had checked the hours of operation on a thursday which displayed they closed at 8:30pm so I did not know they would be closed by 6pm or I would have made sure to be back before then. I show back up at 6:10pm and no one is there to give me my keys. I attempted to call customer service but the hotline kept ending my call. I called the police, because at this point they have essentally stolen my vehicle. The police did not want to help. So I come in on 11/4 at 7:30 am which is 30 minutes prior to opening. No one arrived until 7:50 am. I knocked on the door and told the man that I needed my key, that they had not called me the day before so I could get my vehicle and they held my vehicle from me all night. He did not inquire about the situation or try to help me with anything. He hands me my key and I get into my vehicle to find the work was never done. Needless to say, do not give these people your business. Levi needs to be reprimanded for his mistake.

Where do I start? I had called 2 days prior to set up an appointment. Scheduled it for a Thursday morning at 8am. Had the car there on Thursday by 7:55am. They checked the car in. I went on to work and called them around 11am. I was told that the alignment machine was down and that they were calling someone out to fix it. Cool..called back about 1pm, was told that they had just spoke with the technician and he was on the way to fix the equipment. I also wanted to have a rim replaced on a the car before the alignment. I was told that the rim was put on the car. I got home from work around 3pm. I decided to do a stop by to see what was going on. As soon as I pulled up, I seen that the rim was not changed and that the cat wasn't parked where it was left. I stormed in and asked for my keys. Two things wrong with this situation, one, I should have gotten a phone call once it was realized that the equipment was not working so that I could make an informed decision on whether or not I want to leave my car. Two, the LIE that was told to me just about the rim being changed already just to appease me. The truth would have worked better. Since they did nothing at all, I took my car and ended up at discount tire where I bought 4 new tires. Had they atleast tried to do their jobs, they would have had my business. It's not about the money, it's the principle of the matter.

I called to schedule an appointment three days in advance for a Wednesday morning. They said that I wouldn’t need an appointment. I show up at 8:15 AM to be told it would take an hour to see my car. After that hour they put my car in the air where it was for 55 minutes so at this point it has been almost two hours and they then told me they couldn’t do the work on my car because parts needed to be replaced and it was going to triple the cost. I’m upset I waited long after not being able to schedule an appointment and I was there for almost two hours and I left with ZERO work done on my car. Pretty sure they were trying to get me to pay more money based off their conversations I overheard with others. Going to get a second opinion. Probably won’t come back here. Even if it does cost 350 for an alignment, I rather give that money to someone who cares about their customers. Not deciding an hour later to tell someone why no work has been done Also, they tried to loosen bolts but said they couldn’t get them off, but my car is shaking and pulling way more than it was befroebi

I highly don’t recommend this place I just came to get one tire and I had 0 lights on when I went there and then after they were done the light was on , then they lost my dust cap to my car and I tried to tell the guy my light was on and he said this is Jacksonville there are lots of nails in the road but you just put a tire on my car didn’t say anything about a nail being in my tire but there isn’t one in the tire anyways it’s just the way he said it , didn’t even have the time of day to come and look at why the light was on ! I’m very upset about my dust cap I don’t even know why they took that off anyways ! And the lady at the desk ask to look at my phone and she makes her own review on google I was not happy with my service so I’m not going to give you five stars !

Very poor customer service … I declined service due to lack of time I was originally bringing my car back when I could drop it off at a earlier time , it took them a hour to bring my car out of the garage and they only had to put the tires back on but most of the staff was inside hitting on a woman and started making underhand deals with her dropping the price of a full ac job down to $600 … it really is what it is but if your going to do something like that at least don’t do it in front of other customers. I felt like that was very unprofessional and I’ll pretty much take my vehicle to another company… I didn’t mind the price they stated but if I have to pay more to be treated equally and have better service I would rather do that.

Great experience! I took my 2011 SRX Lux to Mavis because of front end noise, pulling, and other strange sounds. It was no longer fun to drive. I left my car at Mavis the night before so they could start in the morning. I received a call before 9:00 AM, with their recommendation and the cost of each part and total. I was also given the estimate completion date, which is always important! I am pleased to tell you that Mavis exceeded my expectations, and the price was indeed reasonable! Now I enjoy driving my vehicle again! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good service and good customer service for a reasonable price! Very pleased with this experience! (6 STARS)!

Levi of Mavis Tire off Dunn Ave is a godsend. I came in on a tire that was practically flat not only did he assure me he could fix my vehicle he handled my vehicle with care. He was informative the entire process. Although the office was swamped he made sure to check on all customers in the waiting area & move efficiently through the garage. I decided to leave the premises I received communication of when my vehicle was in the garage & when it was ready for pick up. Upon arrival Levi and the guys were in good spirits after a long days work. Levi was truly a pleasure and I appreciate his work in getting the two nails out my tire and getting me on my way safely.

I went to a locally owned shop on Main St for a tire plug, it took them an hour, his 'tech' couldn't get my lugnut off and did a horrible job plugging my tire. When I woke up the next day my tire was almost flat so I drove to Mavis. Mrs V had my tire plugged and had me out of there in under 20 min. The service was great and the staff was very helpful and professional. I will drive out of my way to go here from now on. Mrs V does a great job, met me in the parking lot before I even made it to the door and her staff did an amazing job taking care of me and other customers simultaneously.

I took my vehicle to get the brake done 0n 11 Nov about 10am and was told that it would be ready for pick-up in a couple of hrs, waited for a call to let me know the job was completed. I end up checking on my car to find out that it had not been completed now this was around 4pm now, so I tell them I will pick it up first thing tomorrow (11/12), go in to pick my vehicle up and they tell me that it is not completed, the job had not been completed, nor did they even have the parts to do the job. Very unprofessional, will never visit another one of your establishment.

Went to Mavis on Dunn Ave to make an appt for the following day to get a bulb replaced. The manager Patrick was eager to help and told me he would be on the look out for me the next day. I’m a senior woman and when I arrived he met me outside and advised that I could stay in my car. The service was quick, efficient and cost less than what u had been quoted by other companies. Patrick and his staff were very professional and friendly. They have gained a new customer. Thanks..Jewel

Shout out to Vertoshia, the assistant manager here. Customer service was extremely high. You really don't come across too many kind people in business nowadays. But I am absolutely grateful for her and the team coming through for me on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend this place. They keep you updated as the service goes on. Over-communication is always better than under-communication. So, yes, they definitely deserve five stars.

I took my car in on yesterday (Aug. 4th). Something was dragging under the front of the car. Maria showed excellent customer service skills. She greeted me, actively listened and took immediate care. Josh showed that he is very knowledgeable. He saw what the issue was, explained it to me, and resolved it. He was very pleasant. I am very appreciative for the excellent customer service I received today.

This place is so unorganized. Customer service is great. Every time I come here I deal with Maria. She has such a positive attitude and very understanding. It seems like she is always there by herself working the front desk. There is never enough staff. You are going to wait all day with your car If you go to this place. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Maria’s customer service

Levi at the Dunn Ave location was great! I was in and out quickly. He was very informative in letting me know any upcoming issues I may have with my car and an estimated time I had to get it fixed. We were traveling through the area and we stopped for food. We heard a hissing noise coming from our passenger rear tire. I got to mavis quickly and they took us in almost immediately. They plugged the hole and had us ready to go in 15 - 20 minutes. They didn't even charge us. So I left a tip and we were able to get back on the road. Thanks

I do not recommend! I called over the phone to inquire about prices of tires and appointments available. I was told to come in within 15 minutes and I would be able to get in for tires waited over 2 hours for service so I left. Also it was a black lady at the front desk on 3/25/23 from 10am 12:15pmAnd will be going to another company.

Very Helpful! I called in to see if they could fix my tire after 6:30 on a Thursday night. They told me come right in, I was out before 7. This is a great location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The prices are reasonable and they get the job done fast. Levi is a phenomenal employee and made my experience comfortable and positive. I had an oil change, an alignment and a tire. They did not try to sell me stuff that I did not need and guarantee there work!
