I have never worked with any one who has so much compassion!!!! I am talking about Deb McLaren! What can I say? In my time of need as a client, she dedicated her self 100%, she was 100% professional BUT also showed me and my kids compassion! It’s as though she felt the stress I was going through when I was looking for a rental! She promised to help, AND she delivered! I wish the world had more compassionate property mangers like Deb! I am now motivated to be a better person at my place of work, and how I treat other human beings in their time of need! Max Brown, thank you for allowing Deb to be the light and hope! I would totally recommend this real estate to any one out there who is looking to buy or rent! My goal is to work hard and buy my two boys a house! I have trusted Max Brown to manage my property for 6 years. I gave it to them brand new with beautiful kitchen, bathroom and wooden floor boards. After 6 years it's still in mint condition. I was impressed how the rental contract included separate pages guiding the tenants on how to protect my property. They really do go above and beyond and the service I recieve is second to none. I have quite a few properties and deal with many other property managers. Sarah Steele is a stand out with her professionalism and passion. I trust what she tells me and she communicates openly and consistently and when needed. She gets the balance just right for me. I m truly disgusted by the actions and ignorance of Max Brown a Croydon . I came home this evening to find an advertisement board in front of my lawn which I have spent so much effort to grow and maintain!!! All of this happened without even a courtesy of asking for my permission and when called and spoken to Mr Alan Holmes I was told that he and the team had no idea that the sign was installed and will have to wait until Monday before anything can be done about it as he has no direct contact to the company that installed it. To be honest I would think twice before conducting business with them. This action really shows that they have no regards or care towards anyone.

Worst service ever takes for ever to get on top of things that need to get fixed etc when renting though them kept complaining about bad smells only cause the toilet was leaking and kept on saying will get someone over to fix it for like 2-2.5 yrs but didn’t happen till just before I moved out reckon such rude staff always putting the blame on me when if the leak in the toilet was fixed straightaway Then there wouldn’t of been a bad smell such rude staff never renting though them again. Best rent though someone else highly recommend Bell they get on top of problems/ issues like within a few Business Days (they’ve had no problems with me so far and Vice versa )

From the very start of meeting Brenan McGann we new he was the right fit for the sale of our house. We had a sensitive case as our children have special needs and we wanted someone that would treat our marketing plan with sensitivity, calmness and get to know our family as a whole. He went over and above to do this and on the day of our auction he made us all feel calm and that there would be no surprises.
