Honestly the worst experience I have had at any Mc Donalds Took about 10-15 minutes to place my order as the person taking orders was MIA On completing my order I was then told that I need to take one of my mcfeasts off of the bill because they only have 2 patties left in store. Taking anther 5 minutes to redo the order I paid and went through to the collection window, was asked for my slip because "we dont know which order is yours" even though I was the only person in the queue 3 drinks that I had to carry because there were no cupholders To make it the most wonderful evening, once I arrived at home (A nice 20 min drive) and the attendant READ outload to me what was in each bag, they had left one of the fold overs I ordered out, the code was flat and warm and the mcfeast had no relish. Honestly i could buy twice the food from KFC with 3000% better service and will never step foot close to a McDonalds again

Completely disappointed is an understatement. I fully understand that you are a new store and the staff are still learning the ropes, waiting 30 minutes like I did was not the issue here, I have patience. What I do not stand for is allowing the manager and staff members to entertain and completely ignore a group of “men” smoking/vaping at the tables in the restaurant with their feet on all the furniture, making rude comments and being extremely loud. The manager walked completely past it and when I spoke to him he smirked about it and brushed it off as if it was nothing, meanwhile these people were still there but they were not spoken to at all. We got up and left, this is absolutely disgusting, I have never experienced such gutter and disrespect, shame on you.

It's a newly opened branch at the time of this review (November 2022). This was my first time here. On this day I went to get some ice cream, but I like to think that the food is the same as at other McDonald's in the country. The service was good, one of the staff went the extra mile to hold the door for a patron who had a mobility challenge, which I felt was a good thing. I went on a weekday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. The environment was clean and had a nice ambience with the music playing. You have the option to order and pay at counter or use the self service stations in the restaurant.

Thought I would give this newer Branch a try since the Hillcrest Branch is always packed on a Friday afternoon. This is a brand new building, interior very modern. Staff very friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their faces. Only downside is the eating area is very small and there is a lack of parking spaces.

Finding parking in peak times will be very difficult unless the park next door at the mall and walk accross

Meals were the usual quality of McDonald's, but the indoor seating was totally disappointing, having so limited seating its shocking for a McDonald's franchise, However the outdoor seating is annoyingly and unnecessarily bigger than the indoor seating ‍♂️ I don't see much "Sit In" customers coming here plainly because of the very limited place to sit. McDonald's Watercrest please address this if you wish to draw in more customers. I for one will not be returning to your establishment, but will rather go to a McDonald's with more space and more seating.

This branch appears to be experiencing some issues with their service delivery, which seem to be absent in other branches, in particular Hillcrest. Despite having visited the branch multiple times and wanting to give it the benefit of the doubt due to its recent opening, I regret to say that the service provided has not met my expectations. Would rather drive the extra mile to Hillcrest, faster quality service

I don’t normally go to McDonald’s because of their unhealthy meals but I got my wife the McFlurry ice cream here and she says it’s outstanding. Just like me she doesn’t like McDonald’s but she reckons she will go there for their ice cream any day. So that’s one thing I can encourage you to get there. And this is a new branch in my neighborhood and beautifully built.

This McDonalds branch in Waterfall is a smaller shop, but I would say for the most part that it is a well run store and the service is good, and I cannot complain about the quality of the food - in terms of the usual McDonalds quality, it is good. Not usually any delays here when ordering which is also a plus, as there are usually delays in the Hillcrest branch.

Waited for well over 30 minutes and when questioned a staff member I was told that my order had been lost . Really just pure imcompetance . Then when I eventually got my order , I received half the order and waited another 10 minutes and received the other half . First half received was cold by now. Not a very good first impression.

Waterfall branch has no number to contact, their systems are offline and their drive thru is at a standstill (waited over 30min last night before I was able to get a gap in front of me to do a 5 point turn to get out). It wasnt a very smart decision to open it up to the public before they were ready. Please let us know when you are. Thank you.

Service is WAY too slow. We sat for 25 minutes at the drive-thru. Staff member at the pay point was very unprofessional when greeting and repeating our order, while leaning against the wall with a don't care attitude. The staff run around, all wanting to be in charge, yet not one can get the job done sufficiently. Very disappointed

Disappointed. Your drive thought attendant should have a memory that exceeds that of a goldfish and should know the menu. Was funny to see the 3 cars ahead of us also get frustrated to the point that we saw them all in the que at KFC . We got our food there with in 5 Min of driving in.

My daughter likes Mcflurrys but every time we get we pay for extra sauce and never get it. Today she bought one they were out of cups and they charged her full price to give her half an orange juice cupfull of icecream, far less than normal. What a rip off. Its the last time we go.
