Drive threw orders were wrong, nothing worse then getting to your destination opening your lunch and finding out they put pickle on a burger when you requested no pickle and the tag says no pickle on the wrapper/box. They need to pay attention people have allergies and throwing away a 10$ burger is frustrating.

Very nice McDonald's. The staff is very available and active. Their fries serving is one of the best I've had in Quebec City: a large fries is indeed a large one. Also, for some reason, their burgers just taste better than the other McDonald's. How??? More

Service speed is average, if you want to order something past 9pm you may want to reconsider as it takes a long time before even being able to order. Staff is friendly but are in small numbers. Very busy McDonald's around dinner hours and past 9pm. More

Absolutely terrible. We tried to order in our limited English and a woman actually started yelling at us over the drive through microphone. We immediately drove to the first window where a very nice young woman helped to place our order

You know what to expect food wise, but also know that this place has crazy lineups in rush hours and lineup can extend all the way to the boulevard sometimes, making online ordering with pick up a much smarter option.

Super slow and screw up the order a lot. once I waited for 15 minutes to get my order and received a burger with a tag on that was made 20 minutes before i ever entered the store and obviously is was terrible

I think most McDonald’s management needs to properly train their stuff - poor customer service !! I don’t get this experience while in the US nor in Ontario.

This is one of the slowest McDs I have been to. The employes stand, looking at screens with a look of confusion about their face.

Ordered with the app and did curb side picke up. They didn't screw up my order so that's good but it did take a while to get it.
