there's much to be said. the employees here don't communicate internally. it would be a much more pleasant experience if the living customers could speak to anyone there. and get a prompt and knowledgeable response. I'm the financially responsible party. when I asked how much do I owe you? I don't know let me write your debit card number down. when can I pick up my father's ashes?. oh I don't know somebody else does and they're not here. I realize that you probably have a lot of customers but if it's so overwhelming that everything has to be compartmentalised maybe you should rethink company policy. I don't think it is unreasonable that I should be able to ask everyone there a question get a response from them.

It was the best experience in such a difficult time. The staff did a A++ job in every aspect of the service for our mother. They were there in the planning and the day of service someone was right there if we needed anything. They were always accommodating and compassionate. We used a Pastor from their staff and he did an outstanding job, we told him about our mother and his message was spot on almost like he had known her. We followed up with a luncheon that again was a wonderful meal and we had an excellent catering team. Guest commented that it was one of the most beautiful service they had been to. I'm sure my mother was very pleased with everything.

From the moment we stepped into McGilley & Sheil Funeral Home we were greeted immediately and made comfortable. We met with April who walked us through everything we needed, to make this experience simple and smooth. Thank you, April. The care and compassion we received during the funeral service was excellent and allowed us to experience the grief and sadness of losing my mom without worrying about all the details. Thank you, Dennis. The burial was handled with understanding and compassion as well. Everyone is to be thanked so very much for a beautiful experience.

I cannot fully put into words how much appreciation we have for the love and support we were given by Jason and the staff at Mcgilley and Shiel .Every step of the way I felt like Jason held our hand and navigated us through one of the most difficult moments in our lives. He was genuine and kind and truly helped us to honor the life of my 17 year old nephew. Although this is something we wished we had not been doing our gratitude could never fully be put into words. Thank you genuinely for making such a hard thing just a little easier.

Bob was fantastic but the computer program was terrible. He had to re enter all the information three times. The IT Department needs to upgrade sooner than later. Also one of the emails was in my spam. I now wonder if you are the company that IWant to take care of my wife and me, after we die.
