Mcintyre Flowershop Parow The worst kind of service including the flowers I have ever ever received. In the pictures below the photo on the right is what I ordered (and sent the photo to the Flowershop Whatsapp) the person on the other end Confirmed she could make the bouquet and a price was confirmed of which an immediate eft was made for on Saturday 6 November of which I would collect on Sunday 7 November (for a memorial service of someone very special) Upon collection just by looking at the bouquet (1st picture below) my heart nearly dropped at the awful sight of the flowers which was made. I immediately told the lady I am sorry but this is not what I ordered and definitely not the quality or what was confirmed. Long story short the staff member (very kind elderly lady agreed the Pic and the flowers doesn't look the same) Contacted the owner who then told me "I'm sorry this is what you ordered very abrupt. ANYONE can see this is chalk and cheese just by looking at the 2 pics. She told me she would reverse and return my money (R500) the following day (Monday) yet once we left the shop she sent a Whatsapp text message to say "no refunds and no discussion" You don't do business like this especially when clients who lost their lovedones comes to you for a particular item and for a price you tell them to pay. I was extremely disappointed and had to go and find another place and paid another R500 for flowers for the memorial. I went back the Tuesday and all she did was tell me to take flowers to the same value which is clearly not the point!! I am appauled and I will never ever use this Flowershop again.

Most beautiful variety of flowers. Amazing florist and owner is able to customise bouquets, bunches and every kind of floral arrangement you can think of or want. If you show her a picture she can make it. Nice touches like glitter or sparkles can also be added. Prices are very reasonable too.
