"The city has really improved this park! Now with actual parking and some courts, and a pergola to ward off the sun this park is way more usable, plus the giant green space for soccer"

"What a cool place"
"Our favourite neighbourhood park for many activities"
The park itself has a large grassy area at the west end and a nice playground at the east end. But we tend to walk along the paved path at the west end near the water catch pond where the ducks and geese take a rest. In the fall, you can see hundreds of geese in the pond before they fly south.
The city has really improved this park! Now with actual parking and some courts, and a pergola to ward off the sun this park is way more usable, plus the giant green space for soccer. Plus it'll be nice once the new Strom water ponds have been completed the paths will be opened up again.
Two rinks right now! One for littles and one full sized permanent one with nets. Ice is well maintained. There's a little tobogganing hill, a walking trail and field for soccer. The park has lots of interesting equipment, too for kids of all sizes.
What a cool place., kids playground, shady trees, quite a few benches, space for safe bike rides for kids, and a cute pond with a bridge. There is a skate-rink too, which we thought of using for roller blading in the summer. Clean and neat place.
Our favourite neighbourhood park for many activities. From watching the wildlife, playing at the park or catch in the field, family walks or fort building in the forest! This is a leash friendly park. The only negative is unfortunately dog
Beautiful homes. Always under construction for 5+ years. Constantly expanding Bridlewood. My parents bought a new house there but moved after many building shortcuts were discovered, costing my parents thousands a year after moving in.
It's a good park. Has swings for toddlers and older kids. Two sets of play structures. Picnic tables, gazebo, ice rinks in the winter and a soccer field. Sand underneath the play structures. Only thing missing is a splash pad.
It's alright for a place to stroll around in Kanata. It's not maintained well at all in the winter months (at least in the area where I live). Would be nice to have access all year long to the path...
I'm completely bias because this was my favourite childhood park, but the park itself is wonderful, and the duck sanctuary nearby is an absolutely beautiful place to go for a walk.
Beautiful older park with a large soccer field and ball hockey (summer) / ice hockey (winter) arena. No splash pad (located nearby in Crownridge Park / Bluegrass Park).
Easy access. Took pictures of some White Egrets. There are fences and wires set up to discourage photographers? Just use Photoshop to take them out of the pictures.
My kids love the park. The trail around the lake is getting nicer as the flora ages. The skating rink is top notch and well maintained. Decent soccer field.
Nice park area with settling ponds, some scrubby woods. Would be a bit nicer if they had less invasive species and more native ones, especially trees.
Love taking my pup for walks here. The paved path seems to be fairly well maintained. Always see people out here taking pictures of the birds
Kids loved to play on the structures, beautiful park, many places to park your car, good area to walk as well, I highly recommend it
There's a great playground here for the kids. Also, there's a large green space for other activities (running, picnic, etc.)
The park is nice and bog it a has soccer 2 play structures and a 2 kilometre walk. It is pretty nice …
Nice park for a stroll. The pond is lovely. I wish the handicapped parking spot was marked more clearly.
Love this park! The kids especially love walking over the bridges and the dogs love walking the paths!
Good park. There are two play structures, lots of sand and a whole bunch of grass for running around.
