Nightmare of an experience. Complete scam on multiple people. As a newcomer to Bangalore, I'd opted for this service with great faith and hope. Initially, the food was really good. Then the service suddenly shut down without any intimation. While I'd like to believe that it was due to genuine reasons, it's very hard to believe that. Having read many of the reviews, this seems nothing but an elaborate scam to siphon off money from honest people. Like me, a lot of people seem to have fallen victim to this. Firstly, for a couple of days in last week of May, the food was getting delivered late, soya chunks were given instead of chicken, cold, and poor quality. On enquiring, Kapil from the service cited health issues. As a customer, I was nothing but accommodative. On Friday (2nd June), Kapil apologised for the delivery inconsistency and asked me to renew my subscription for the next month. Out of good faith, I paid him for 30 meals. Mind you, I'd already subscribed for 30 meals in May, out of which 10 were still remaining. So, in total, I had made payment for 40 meals that were to be delivered (approx. INR 5.5k). The very next day, the entire service became MIA and was impossible to contact. Single tick on whatsapp, number switched off. The day right after collecting payment, they chose to disappear off of the face of earth. Heaven knows how many people they've collected money from in this manner. A few days later, an extremely rude gentleman called from the service number and informed me that the service is shutting down. He was aggressive and hostile and seemed like he was doing me a favour by giving me the information. He had the audacity to tell me that he'll only be refunding 60% of my outstanding money. While they were at fault for shutting down the service without any proper intimation, why should I have to accept anything less than a full refund? After some back and forth, the guy confirmed that I'd be receving full refund within 12th July. Till date, not one word from them, not a single penny. Their number is switched off yet somehow, they are still open and fucntional on zomato and swiggy. If this is not a scam, I don't know what is. I will be registering a fraud case with the appropriate authorities post 12th July, if I do not get a refund. If the owners of the business are reading this, this is really unprofessional and unethical to disappear with the hard-earned money of customers who had trusted you for a basic necessity like food. Absolutely disgusting.

I, alongwith my husband, subscribed to pammis kitchen for the 1 month plan. We paid 6k for the same totally. The trial food was very good so we signed up. But the food that we received in the days after were below par and didn't match with my nutritional needs. Also, we didn't like the taste. My health required that the food be prepared with rich nutritional value that had to be eaten on time. Pammis kitchen sent me the food at 10 pm once. So we decided this was not going to work for us for a whole month, so we asked them for a refund. And there begun our nightmare. They very respectfully regretted the inconvenience and in return we very respectfully agreed to give them 45 days time to refund our money. It's been 3 months. Every message requesting a refund has been either ignored, ghosted or replied with a false promise We were told that we will be paid in installments. I have not received a single penny from them. So if you god forbid stop liking their food midway, you can kiss your money good bye. The moment you want a refund, you are in for ride full of false promises and ghosting. After dealing with them in the most respectful way, conveying to them that we really have a reason to back out due to my health and commiserating with their inability to return the money immediately, we are being constantly ghosted and ignored. Disgusting ethics and complete shallowness. Their dal and paneer was the reason i refused to continue with them. The dal was runny and they put in 4 pieces of paneer when i specifically asked for more. I guess we are not allowed to hate their food, because if we do, we have to forget our money.

Update: they have refunded 60% of the amount and blocked their customers. Have had a really bad experience with this business, just hoping that no one ever again subscribes to this or any other venture that they might come up with in the future. Must have had a really bad luck to have stumbled upon this business. Old review: I actually really liked the food and the services that Pammi auntie’s kitchen provided. However, they had to shut down services due to health concerns and have closed all lines of communication. I paid for 90 meals out of which I only received 13. This is certainly no way of leaving your customers hanging as you disappear into thin air. Please make the refund asap.

I've been a subscriber for about 3 months. This is probably BEST food service in Bangalore. Their food is always fresh, right off the burners - and it tastes amazing. Always on time, even on weekends / festive holidays. You can customize # of rotis, parathas, kind of sabzi you want in each packet (don't think any other food service goes to these lengths to keep its customers happy) You can opt into having food on the days you want, which gives you better control over how and when you want to spend your purchased package. Also avoids wastage of food. It's just an all-round great service. No brainer at their current prices.

Food ( dinner) has been a real night mare for me in bangalore . South indian cooking food after a hard day was becoming very frustrating . Finally I found " Meal Plans by Pammi Aunty " by Mr Kapil , as a god sent saviour . Real good food - Less spicy - Homely food . A real food respite for a staunch north indian like me . Timely delivery . Would give them a 10out of 10 on taste , quantity , quality & punctuality . Strongly recommend for pure nort indian food in bangalore - Amitava Das

Fraud Alert!!!! Been waiting for weeks now. If you have shut down, Atleast refund the money . This is highly unprofessional. How many days would it take you to do it. The phone is switched off and there is no other way to contact you guys. How many days would people wait. Why don't you have the same keenness now, as when you were asking me to renew the food plan. Atrocious!!!

Hi, I am trying to call but no one is receiving or replying to messages. Kindly call back immediately. I have paid for 60 meals and after 18-19 mesls there is no call or response from your end regarding further deliveries. So the balance of 40+ deliveries is still pending. I think if service is interrupted a message is in order but there is absolute silence and no response.

The food is good. But they don't do timely deliveries. Also I paused the subscription for 15 days . And now I am calling everyday to resume my subscription and they are not picking up since then. I paid all the money in advance. Not trustworthy

Fraud Alert!!!!! Paid meals was good After that i took subscription for 1 month and then after delivery 1 meal they got disappeared, neither picking call nor giving back the amount. Never opt for this. Thief Run this service.

Been there with them in their subscription plan for past some months, amazing food and service. Without any doubt best meal service in Bengaluru (non-veg, veg both) must try for all who needs homemade food at doorsteps.

Excellent food-service at doorsteps, homely food taste and no compromise in quality. Highly recommended. Both veg and non-veg options available. I had subscribed for breakfast, lunch and dinner meal-plan for a month.

Hearty and wholesome home style meals curated by Pammi Aunty's kitchen are what make any day a whole lot better in a jiffy! Outsourcing the happiness quotient of the day to these guys made my life so much better!

Food is actually good. But they need to figure out their logistics. Most days food arrives delayed. They should listen to customers more rather than coming up with excuses.

Great service with reasonable and tasty home like food. Delivery service as well was on point. Will highly recommend to everyone who are missing out on home cooked food.

I have been subscribed for a month, food is very tasty and packed superb. No need to use your own utensils to eat. The best thing is you can skip meals anytime
